背景技术
[0002] 耐火电缆是指在规定的火源和时间下燃烧时具有能持续地在指定状态下运行能力的电缆。耐火电力电缆的电压等级一般在I kV及以下,其形式主要有两种。第一种是采用导体上绕包耐火云母带,云母带一般由云母纸、无碱玻璃纤维布和硅酸盐类粘合剂制造而成,遇火后生成不溶不熔的坚硬壳体,从而达到耐火的目的;第二种是采用铜芯铜护套氧化镁绝缘电缆,该电缆采用矿物氧化镁做绝缘,在着火时,氧化镁绝缘不会被烧毁。这两种耐火电缆的显著特点是在导体的外面包覆一层无机的耐火层来达到耐火的目的。而中高压电缆由于其性能要求的特殊性,无法采用上述的结构和方法实现耐火目的。

[0011] 本发明提供的机场航站楼用中压耐火电缆,采用隔氧降温层、隔热层、挡火层组合的耐火结构,挡火层起到挡火的作用;隔热层由绝热材料组成,阻止高温向内层传递;隔氧降温层构成隔离氧气及降低温度,在高温条件下会放出大量水分,水分蒸发会大量吸收热量,阻止高温传递到绝缘层,同时隔离氧气,使空气中的氧气不能渗入电缆绝缘层,从而达到绝缘线芯的绝缘层只受热,不氧化分解效果,保证火灾发生时,通过挡火层、隔热层、隔氧降温层的共同作用,电缆在规定的90 min内正常工作,实现耐火的目的,解决了中压耐火电缆电气性能与耐火特性之间的矛盾问题,不但具有优良的电气性能,还具有良好的耐火特性。
[0012] 隔氧降温层采用以橡胶泥为基体捏合了氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝的隔氧降温层,其阻燃降温原理如下:一是氢氧化物被燃烧时吸收周围空气中的大量热量,因该反应为吸热反应;二是生成的水分子,蒸发过程中也需要吸收大量热量,这就降低了燃烧现场的温度;三是产生了不溶不熔的金属氧化物结壳,阻止了氧气与有机物的接触。所以阻燃降温层是采用吸热与隔氧的方法进行阻燃降温的。
[0013] 隔热层采用石棉层,采用绕包形式,它的隔热效果特别优良,保证了外部的热量不易传导到电缆的绝缘层上,从而保护了电缆的绝缘线芯。
[0014] 挡火层采用金属带层,采用皱纹护套形式,一是金属材料可以挡住炙热的火焰进一步伤害电缆;三是金属有很好、导热性能,可以向四周散热,三是金属皱纹套内空间可以起到部分阻热效应。另外金属皱纹套很好地改善电缆弯曲性能。

具体实施方式
[0016] 本发明的第一个实施例如图1所示,其结构包括包裹有绝缘屏蔽层4和铜带屏蔽层5的绝缘线芯,三根绝缘线芯构成缆芯,缆芯外依次包裹有隔氧降温层6、隔热层7、挡火层8和不易燃外护套层9。
[0017] 绝缘线芯由铜导体I以及铜导体I外包裹的导体屏蔽层2和绝缘层3组成。
[0018] 绝缘层3为交联聚乙烯绝缘层。
[0019] 隔热层7为石棉层,石棉层采用绕包形式包裹在隔氧降温层6外。
[0020] 挡火层8为皱纹铜护套。
[0021] 不易燃外护套层9为低烟无卤护套层。
[0022] 隔氧降温层6为以橡胶泥为基体捏合了氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝的隔氧降温层。
[0023] 本发明的第二个实施例如图1所示,除了缆芯由一根绝缘线芯构成,其余结构与实施例相同。
[0024] 本发明的工艺流程图如2所示,生产工艺流程如下:拉丝一绞线一导体屏蔽、绝缘、绝缘屏蔽三层共挤制一成缆一挤包隔氧降温层一隔热带绕包一皱纹金属层一挤包外护套一成品检验。
[0025]在电缆的制造过程中,各工序均须严格按照规定工艺和要求进行,以确保产品质量。其要点如下:
1、铜导体I由符合GB/T3956规定的裸退火铜线组成(铜的纯度≥99.97%)。在电缆导体的制造工程中,首先由进口的上引法生产线制造无氧铜杆,通过连续退火的进口大拉机拉制单线。导体在绞制时分层紧压成型,保证了导体的紧密和结构稳定。紧压系数不小于
0.9,导体表面光洁、无油污、无损伤屏蔽及绝缘的毛刺、锐边,无凸起或断裂的单线。
[0026] 2、挤出交联工艺
导体屏蔽层2、绝缘层3、绝缘屏蔽层4采用三层共挤、全封闭化学交联工艺。
[0027] 3、导体屏蔽层2
挤包半导电层应均匀地包覆在铜导体I上,表面光滑,无明显绞线凸纹,无尖角、颗粒、烧焦或擦伤的痕迹。在剥离导体屏蔽时,半导电层不应导致有卡留在导体绞股之间的现象。
[0028] 导体屏蔽标称厚度为0.8 mm,最小厚度应不小于0.64 mm。
[0029] 导体屏蔽层2的电阻率不超过1000欧米。
[0030] 4、绝缘层3
绝缘层3采用交联聚乙烯绝缘料,绝缘标称厚度为4.5mm,绝缘厚度平均值应不小于标称值,任一点最小测量厚度应不小于4.2mm,最大测量厚度应不大于4.8mm。
[0031] 5、绝缘屏蔽层4
绝缘屏蔽层4为挤包的交联半导电层,半导电层均匀地包覆在绝缘表面,表面应光滑,无尖角,颗粒、烧焦或擦伤的痕迹。
[0032] 绝缘屏蔽层4的标称厚度为:0.8 mm。最小厚度应不小于0.64 mm。绝缘屏蔽层4应为可剥离型。
[0033] 导体屏蔽层2电阻率不大于500欧米。
[0034] 6、铜带屏蔽层5
本发明第一个实施例的单芯电缆铜带屏蔽层5的标称厚度不小于0.12_,本发明第二个实施例的三芯电缆铜带屏蔽层5的标称厚度不小于0.10mm,铜带屏蔽层5最小厚度不小于标称值的90%。
[0035] 铜带屏蔽层5由一层重叠绕包的软铜带组成,铜带绕包应平整,铜带间的平均搭盖率应不少于15% (标称值),其最小搭盖率应不小于55%,无卷边、擦伤等缺陷,铜带接头应牢固、平整。

成缆节径比控制在25〜30,保证电缆在成缆后缆芯应紧密和圆整及弯曲柔软性。多芯电缆成缆时中心及边缘均应选用石棉绳材料填充,缆芯用石棉带扎紧,石棉带重叠绕包,绕包厚度为2mm,重叠率为10%〜30%。成缆后电缆应圆整、无油条现象。
[0037] 8、挤包隔氧降温层6
采用挤包以橡胶泥为基体捏合了氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝的材料,隔氧降温层6的标称厚度为4mm,其平均厚度应不小于标称值,任一点的最薄厚度应不小于标称值的85% -0.1 mm。挤制后外观应光滑、密实、圆整。

挡火层8为皱纹金属护套,金属采用厚度0.8〜1.0mm铜带。经纵包氩弧焊后,进行轧纹。要求焊缝密封、平整,皱纹内壁贴紧电缆内层。

采用材料的氧指数不低于32低烟无卤聚烯烃材料,其平均厚度应不小于标称值,任一点的最薄厚度应不小于标称值的85% -0.1 mm。护套挤制后,外观应光滑、密实、圆整。
Claims (8)
1.一种机场航站楼用中压耐火电缆,包括包裹有绝缘屏蔽层(4)和铜带屏蔽层(5)的绝缘线芯,其特征在于:至少一根绝缘线芯构成缆芯,缆芯外依次包裹有隔氧降温层(6)、隔热层(7)、挡火层(8)和不易燃外护套层(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机场航站楼用中压耐火电缆,其特征在于:绝缘线芯由铜导体(I)以及铜导体(I)外包裹的导体屏蔽层(2)和绝缘层(3)组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的机场航站楼用中压耐火电缆,其特征在于:绝缘层(3)为交联聚乙烯绝缘层。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的机场航站楼用中压耐火电缆,其特征在于:隔热层(7)为石棉层。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的机场航站楼用中压耐火电缆,其特征在于:挡火层(8)为金属带层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的机场航站楼用中压耐火电缆,其特征在于:金属带层为皱纹金属护套。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的机场航站楼用中压耐火电缆,其特征在于:不易燃外护套层(9)为低烟无卤护套层。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的机场航站楼用中压耐火电缆,其特征在于:隔氧降温层(6 )为以橡胶泥为基体捏合了氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝的隔氧降温层。
