结晶后,即可得到合格精萘。
Description
本方法是采用溶剂重结晶法,由粗萘直接制取精萘。
历来,精萘生产多采用减压蒸馏法。此法有消耗能量大,设备庞杂并需减压操作,设备条件要求严格,操作也比较严苛,尤其因为操作温度较高而带来萘的损失和环境污染等缺点。
本方法克服了上述诸种缺点,避免了高温操作,也不需用减压真空操作。因此具有能耗低,因过程均在常压下操作致使装置、设备的操作简单,设备结构也很简单。由于在常温或较低温度下进行操作,所以大大减少了萘的损失和环境污染,溶剂又可循环利用,致使生产成本降低等优点。
本方法是以醇类为溶剂,采用熔点为76℃,含萘93~95%的粗萘,在温度于20~60℃条件下,与溶剂按3~5毫升/克粗萘的比例,经过重结晶后,即可达到合格产品。
本方法既适合于大规模现代化企业,也适用于中小型企业。该方法精萘总收率为80%以上,纯度可达到98%,色泽洁白,溶剂损失在5~10%以下,可按生产实际的需要,生产不同质量标准的精萘产品。
实例1
1、取熔点为76℃粗萘50克,加入醇类溶剂140毫升,重结晶二次,在温度为25℃条件下过滤分离得熔点为79.6℃的精萘41克。
实例2
2、上例粗萘,经过三次重结晶,在25℃条件下获得熔点约80℃精萘,纯度为99%以上,精萘总收率为80%。
Claims (2)
1、一种由粗萘生产精萘的方法,其特征在于使用含粗萘为93%~95%以醇类为溶剂重结晶后直接获得精萘。
2、按照权力要求(1)所述的方法,其特征在于粗萘,在温度为20~60℃,与溶剂配比按3~5毫升/克粗萘,在常压下进行重结晶。
