本发明涉及一种锁,尤其是一种快速拆卸的轴向限位锁,属于机械设计领域。一种轴向精确限位锁,包括锁片,被限位的内、外管,弹性元件、按钮、弹簧以及锁盖;内外管管壁分别开孔,其中两管上轴向开口尺寸相同,外管上所开孔周向尺寸大于内管上所开孔尺寸,锁片为一刚硬部件,锁片的界面形状与内管上所开孔截面形状和尺寸相同,锁片装在内管所开孔中,内管内部布置弹性元件,弹性元件外径与内管内径相等,对锁片提供一个径向向外的弹性支持。本发明轴向限位锁可以有效降低锁装置本身对内管锁紧时的挤压载荷及避免解锁后内外管相对运动过程产生划痕,提升锁扣位置的准确性和解锁安全性,而且可以延长被限位的内外管的使用寿命,具有较好的经济性。

一种轴向限位锁
技术领域
本发明涉及一种锁,尤其是一种快速拆卸的轴向限位锁,属于机械设计领域。
背景技术
现有轴向运动限位装置,多采用螺钉紧固连接方式,其锁扣原理为利用螺钉与内轴之间的摩擦力。在长期反复使用中,容易出现螺钉滑丝以及螺钉紧固部位内管表面严重磨损,使得解锁后内外管之间产生划痕,致使滑动不灵活,内外管之间出现卡滞等现象,连接可靠性差,使用寿命短。本发明专利设计的限位锁装置,利用锁片对对内外管之间的限位,借助内外管与锁片间的界面剪切力,克服了利用螺钉摩擦力实现限位的不足,限位锁定的可靠性高,且不会对内外管壁形成划痕。
发明内容
(1)发明目的
为了解决传统利用摩擦限位锁设计出现的内管划痕引起的限位不可靠和解锁后滑动卡滞等问题,本发明提供了一种限位精确,解锁安全,避免因锁本身对内管形成划痕的解装置。
(2)发明技术解决方案
一种轴向精确限位锁,包括锁片,被限位的内、外管,弹性元件、按钮、弹簧以及锁盖;内外管管壁分别开孔,其中两管上轴向开口尺寸相同,外管上所开孔周向尺寸大于内管上所开孔尺寸。锁片本身为一刚硬部件,锁片的界面形状与内管上所开孔截面形状和尺寸相同。锁片装在内管所开孔中,内管内部布置弹性元件,弹性元件外径与内管内径相等,对锁片提供一个径向向外的弹性支持。
(3)本发明的有益效果
本发明轴向限位锁,利用机械限位的原理,通过优化设计的弹性元件和弹簧单元,可以有效降低锁装置本身对内管锁紧时的挤压载荷及避免解锁后内外管相对运动过程产生划痕,提升锁扣位置的准确性和解锁安全性,而且可以延长被限位的内外管的使用寿命,具有较好的经济性。

其中,1-外管;2-内管;3-弹性元件;4-锁片;5-按钮;6-弹簧;7-锁盖。
具体实施例
轴向限位锁如附图所示,由被限位的外管1、内管2、,弹性元件3、锁片4、按钮5、弹簧6以及锁盖7组成。当锁扣状态下,由于内管2内弹性元件3的约束,可以保持锁片4径向位置的相对固定,保证锁扣的可靠和牢固。按钮5的非按压端的截面形状与外管上所开孔截面形状相同,且与锁片4的接触面为柱面,该柱面的直径与内管2的外径相同。因此,当按压按钮5时,按钮5将会使锁片4完全按压入内管2管壁内,按钮5较大端的柱面与内管2的外表面贴合。锁盖7通过螺纹实现与外筒1之间的机械连接,弹簧6的一端与锁盖7接触,另一端与按钮5的较大端接触,并利用弹簧6的弹性实现对按钮5的限位。从而组成一套限位精确,解锁便捷的轴向限位锁。

1.一种轴向精确限位锁,包括锁片,被限位的内、外管,弹性元件、按钮、弹簧以及锁盖;内外管管壁分别开孔,其中两管上轴向开口尺寸相同,外管上所开孔周向尺寸大于内管上所开孔尺寸,锁片为一刚硬部件,锁片的界面形状与内管上所开孔截面形状和尺寸相同,锁片装在内管所开孔中,内管内部布置弹性元件,弹性元件外径与内管内径相等,对锁片提供一个径向向外的弹性支持。
