本发明公开了一种抗菌橡胶垫,包括橡胶垫本体和定位孔,所述橡胶垫本体是环形形状,所述定位孔位于所述橡胶垫本体的中心位置,所述橡胶垫的组成为:以质量份计,氯磺化聚乙烯100份、半补强炉黑SRF20-25份、一氧化铅10-14份、氧化铅3-5份、四硫化双戊撑秋兰姆2-5份、二氧化钛2-6份、碳酸钙35-40份、季戊四醇3-4份、噻呋酰胺0.2-1.2份、乙蒜素0.5-1.2份。通过上述方式,本发明的抗菌橡胶垫,所述橡胶垫具有优良的抗菌效果,所采用的组分成本低,抗菌寿命长,从而保证了橡胶垫的长时间使用,对人体和环境造成的危害小,方便保存,使用范围非常广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶制品领域,特别是涉及一种抗菌橡胶垫。
背景技术
橡胶垫又称为防爆地垫或静电皮,属于垫片中的一种。橡胶垫样式多样,多数是用橡胶制作而成,通常我们见到的有透明胶垫、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物胶垫、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物脚垫、圆形脚垫、半圆型透明脚垫、橡胶垫、硅胶垫、橡皮垫、聚氨酯透明垫、聚氯乙烯透明垫、三元乙丙橡胶透明垫、半球形脚垫、半球型胶垫、玻璃垫、防撞垫、防滑垫、防震垫片、防腐垫片、防水垫、海绵垫、泡棉垫等等。但传统的橡胶垫使用一段时间后就会被腐蚀老化,换起来也不方便。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌橡胶垫,该橡胶垫具有抗菌作用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗菌橡胶垫,包括橡胶垫本体和定位孔,所述橡胶垫本体是环形形状,所述定位孔位于所述橡胶垫本体的中心位置,所述橡胶垫的组成为:以质量份计,氯磺化聚乙烯 100份、半补强炉黑SRF 20-25份、一氧化铅 10-14份、氧化铅 3-5份、四硫化双戊撑秋兰姆 2-5份、二氧化钛 2-6份、碳酸钙 35-40份、季戊四醇 3-4份、噻呋酰胺 0.2-1.2份、乙蒜素 0.5-1.2份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述橡胶垫本体的厚度为4-6mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述橡胶垫的组成为:以质量份计,氯磺化聚乙烯 100份、半补强炉黑SRF 20份、一氧化铅 10份、氧化铅 5份、四硫化双戊撑秋兰姆 5份、二氧化钛 6份、碳酸钙 35份、季戊四醇 3份、噻呋酰胺 1.2份、乙蒜素 1.2份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述橡胶垫的组成为:以质量份计,氯磺化聚乙烯 100份、半补强炉黑SRF 25份、一氧化铅 14份、氧化铅 3份、四硫化双戊撑秋兰姆 2份、二氧化钛 2份、碳酸钙 40份、季戊四醇 4份、噻呋酰胺 0.2份、乙蒜素 0.5份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的抗菌橡胶垫,所述橡胶垫具有优良的抗菌效果,所采用的组分成本低,抗菌寿命长,从而保证了橡胶垫的长时间使用,对人体和环境造成的危害小,方便保存,使用范围非常广泛。

实施例二:
提供一种抗菌橡胶垫,包括橡胶垫本体和定位孔,所述橡胶垫本体是环形形状,所述定位孔位于所述橡胶垫本体的中心位置,所述橡胶垫本体的厚度为5mm,所述橡胶垫的组成为:以质量份计,氯磺化聚乙烯 100份、半补强炉黑SRF 25份、一氧化铅 14份、氧化铅 3份、四硫化双戊撑秋兰姆 2份、二氧化钛 2份、碳酸钙 40份、季戊四醇 4份、噻呋酰胺 0.2份、乙蒜素 0.5份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌橡胶垫,其特征在于,所述橡胶垫本体的厚度为4-6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌橡胶垫,其特征在于,所述橡胶垫的组成为:以质量份计,氯磺化聚乙烯 100份、半补强炉黑SRF 20份、一氧化铅 10份、氧化铅 5份、四硫化双戊撑秋兰姆 5份、二氧化钛 6份、碳酸钙 35份、季戊四醇 3份、噻呋酰胺 1.2份、乙蒜素 1.2份。
