本发明公开了一种占用空间小的抛丸清理机上料结构。包括：底板，在所述底板上固定设置有支架和支座，在所述支架的中部设置有支撑滚轴，在所述支座上通过第一转轴转动设置有电动缸，在所述电动缸上设置有推杆，所述推杆的上端通过第二转轴与固定设置在料斗上的连接块相连接，所述的连接块通过第三转轴与连杆的一端相连接，所述连杆的另一端通过第四转轴与所述支架的上端相连接，在所述支架的上端设置有与连杆相互配合的挡块，在所述连杆上通过螺钉固定设置有与挡块相互配合的垫块。优点是：采用电动缸带动料斗上料，占用空间小，对厂房的要求不高，可以适用于小厂房，节约投资成本，同时上料效率高，上料数量多，运转十分平稳。

    本发明涉及一种抛丸清理机上料结构。
背景技术
抛丸清理机使用过程中，一般都需要用到上料机构，现有的上料机构主要用电动葫芦带动料斗上料，占用空间大，对厂房的要求高，投资成本比较大，机器上料效率低，运转不平稳。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种占用空间小的抛丸清理机上料结构。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：抛丸清理机上料结构，包括：底板，在所述底板上固定设置有支架和支座，在所述支架的中部设置有支撑滚轴，在所述支座上通过第一转轴转动设置有电动缸，在所述电动缸上设置有推杆，所述推杆的上端通过第二转轴与固定设置在料斗上的连接块相连接，所述的连接块通过第三转轴与连杆的一端相连接，所述连杆的另一端通过第四转轴与所述支架的上端相连接，在所述支架的上端设置有与连杆相互配合的挡块。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的进一步技术方案是：在所述连杆上通过螺钉固定设置有与挡块相互配合的垫块。
本发明的优点是：上述抛丸清理机上料结构，采用电动缸带动料斗上料，占用空间小，对厂房的要求不高，可以适用于小厂房，节约投资成本，同时上料效率高，上料数量多，运转十分平稳。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1、图2所示，抛丸清理机上料结构，其特征在于：包括：底板1，在所述底板1上固定设置有支架2和支座3，在所述支架2的中部设置有支撑滚轴4，在所述支座3上通过第一转轴5转动设置有电动缸6，在所述电动缸6上设置有推杆7，所述推杆7的上端通过第二转轴8与固定设置在料斗9上的连接块10相连接，所述的连接块10通过第三转轴11与连杆12的一端相连接，所述连杆12的另一端通过第四转轴13与所述支架2的上端相连接，在所述支架2的上端设置有与连杆12相互配合的挡块14。
如图2所示，在本实施例中，为了减小连杆12与挡块14之间的磨损，在所述连杆12上通过螺钉15固定设置有与挡块14相互配合的垫块16。
使用时，电动缸6通过推杆7的收缩带动料斗9进行转动，当连杆12转动至挡块14被其所阻，连杆12保持不动，料斗9通过推杆7的推动下继续围绕连杆6转动，直至将料斗9内的工件倒出。
上述抛丸清理机上料结构，采用电动缸带动料斗上料，占地空间小，对厂房的要求不高，可以适用于小厂房，节约投资成本，同时上料效率高，上料数量多，运转十分平稳。

Claims (2)

1.抛丸清理机上料结构，其特征在于：包括：底板（1），在所述底板（1）上固定设置有支架（2）和支座（3），在所述支架（2）的中部设置有支撑滚轴（4），在所述支座（3）上通过第一转轴（5）转动设置有电动缸（6），在所述电动缸（6）上设置有推杆（7），所述推杆（7）的上端通过第二转轴（8）与固定设置在料斗（9）上的连接块（10）相连接，所述的连接块（10）通过第三转轴（11）与连杆（12）的一端相连接，所述连杆（12）的另一端通过第四转轴（13）与所述支架（2）的上端相连接，在所述支架（2）的上端设置有与连杆（12）相互配合的挡块（14）。
2.按照权利要求1所述的抛丸清理机上料结构，其特征在于：在所述连杆（12）上通过螺钉（15）固定设置有与挡块（14）相互配合的垫块（16）。
