本发明涉及一种氩弧焊焊接工艺,尤其是一种铁白铜厚壁管的氩弧焊焊接工艺。
背景技术
铁白铜以其良好的耐腐蚀性能和耐海水性能被广泛应用于船舶、钻井的海水系统和热交换系统,此时尤其以铁白铜管材及管路附件应用居多。然而传由于铁白铜强度低、热膨胀系数大、高温易氧化,故其焊接时易产生气泡和裂纹,尤以焊接接头处最易出现问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种铁白铜厚壁管的氩弧焊焊接工艺,其采用的技术方案如下:
一种铁白铜厚壁管的氩弧焊焊接工艺,其特征在于,其步骤依次为:
a) 材料准备:
(1)焊丝选用MONEL67焊丝;
(2)氩气纯度≥99.9999%
b) 加工破口:采用机械加工的方式,坡口型式为V型;
c) 焊前清理:将焊丝、焊件、V型坡口及坡口两侧的油污、水分、氧化膜清理干净,保证焊接处表面光洁;
d) 焊接:采用单面焊接双面成形焊接工艺对焊接部位,即V型坡口处进行焊接;
e) 焊后处理:焊后对焊缝进行清理,检查焊缝是否均匀、致密,有无裂纹、气孔、夹杂、未焊透、未熔合等缺陷,若有超标缺陷应去除缺陷后再进行补焊。
本发明具有如下优点:它具有工艺简单,容易掌握,焊接烧损少、成本低,焊接接头处焊缝致密、牢固、强度高,是一种品质优良的铁白铜厚壁管的氩弧焊焊接工艺。

e) 焊后处理:焊后对焊缝进行清理,检查焊缝是否均匀、致密,有无裂纹、气孔、夹杂、未焊透、未熔合等缺陷,若有超标缺陷应去除缺陷后再进行补焊。

c) 焊前清理:将焊丝、焊件、V型坡口及坡口两侧的油污、水分、氧化膜清理干净,保证焊接处表面光洁;
