Abstract
本发明公开了一种建筑框架结构,包括顶板、底
板和壁骨,每个板由两边翼缘和把它们连在一起的腹
板构成的具有槽形的横截面,每个翼缘上有向内凸起
的肋,壁骨用于连接顶板和底板,所述壁骨也是由两
边翼缘及连接腹板构成的槽形横截面,每个壁骨至少
在一侧的翼缘上有构成槽的表面,在安装时用于容纳
板上的凸肋,从而使壁骨的端部牢固地固定在板上,
所述的板和壁骨均由金属材料制成。
Description
本发明涉及一种改进的建筑框架结构、特别是指一些平行的构件与另外一些与之成直角的构件互相连接所形成的框架。例如一种具有顶板和底板的墙结构、中间有壁骨与它们连接在一起。
本发明对于建筑结构中其它一些地方也是适用的。
目前,建筑框架结构使用的是金属杆件,它们具有槽形的顶板和底板,其间由壁骨连接,连接处使用金属紧固件,在这种结构中,精确定位壁骨中心是非常重要的,因为它需要和所使用的底座的固定尺寸相协配。这样操作起来就比较费时、麻烦。
本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的建筑框架结构,以减少现场安装的工作量,同时也简化了框架结构。
简单地说,构成本发明建筑框架结构的顶板、底板和壁骨,是由带形金属薄板滚轧成槽形,至少在板上有内凸的肋、壁骨的端部有固定槽,其尺寸大小是使壁骨能够插入板的槽内,转动壁骨,使内凸的肋与槽的表面相结合。物件的弹力可提供一个牢固的摩擦啮合。在多数情况下,不需要使用紧固件。
更为特别的是,本发明的建筑框架包括:顶板、底板和壁骨。每个具有槽形横截面的板由两边翼缘和连接两翼缘的腹板构成,每个翼缘上都有一个内凸的肋,壁骨则把顶板、底板连在一起。每个壁骨也具有槽形横截面并由两边翼缘和连接两翼缘的腹板构成,每个壁骨至少在一端的翼缘边上有构成槽的表面,用于在安装时使板上的肋嵌入,从而使壁骨的端部牢固地固定在板上。所述的板和壁骨均由金属材料制成。
本发明可以大大减少现场安装的工作量,同时紧固件的使用也将大大减少,有时甚至可以完全不同。金属覆盖层装在框架上。
本发明的一个实施例将结合下列附图详细描述,其中:
图1是框架一部分的透视图,表示板和壁骨是如何连接的,图中所示的L形构造和T形构造,分别用于建造墙角和在外墙上连接内墙。
图2是一个局部透视图,表示楼板上的凸肋嵌入壁骨上槽中的情况。
图3是壁骨底端的局部侧面立视图。
图4是同一壁骨的平面图。
图5是壁骨槽面的正视图。
图6是图5的侧视图。
图7表示本发明用于围墙时的透视图。
在这个实施例中,建筑框架结构10包括多个楼板11,它们与上部顶板(未示出)相同。并通过多个壁骨与上部顶板相连。墙角13确定了一个平面图形呈L形的结构,相邻的板11由L形的角隅槽钢13固定在一起。该槽钢的翼缘14与底(楼)板11的翼缘15的外表面相结合。如果一中间墙需要和外墙连接在一起,则可以使用图中16所示的T形构造。T形槽钢17的安装与L形槽钢的安装可采用基本相同的方法。
由于需要在框架的内、外表面包覆内衬和覆盖层、使这些表面平坦是必要的、而在本实施例中通过在L形构造和T形构造外使用三个一组布置的壁骨则可以满足这一要求、在这些地方使用紧固件把所述壁骨固定在一起。而别处则不需要。这里的紧固件未示出,但它可以有利于使一组壁骨或壁骨组通过增大最小回转半径以大大提高结构的 刚度。另外说明一点,如图1中18所示的中间壁骨则不需要进一步加固,图1中所示是底板或楼板的详细情况。上部顶板与其相同,只不过方向相反。
在本实施例中,顶板底板和壁骨由具有相同横截面尺寸和形状的长条形金属板材,滚轧而成,它们具有相同的截面尺寸和形状。鲈尚秃蟮男巫慈缤?所示,为两边有相对的翼缘15,中间由腹板20连接的槽形。每个翼缘上有一个内凸的肋21,这些构件在整个长度方向上有相同的截面形状,但在板面上轧有内向的槽口表面22并且这些槽口表面沿整个翼缘15的宽度和腹板20上伸展,在壁骨上有孔23以便于线路管道或其它管线穿过。
安装框架时,首先把底板或楼板11固定在适当的基座上,然后把壁骨12的端部插入底板11的槽内,转动壁骨,使凸肋21与槽表面22有效地啮合。由于滚轧件具有不变的形状,具有一种抵触结合,它的摩擦接合力是很大的,可使壁骨很容易地精确就位并固定在所处位置上,而不需要紧固件。然而在某些场所常要用一些紧固件,如用于三个一组的壁骨的地方,即在图中13和16处。
其后,上部顶板固定在墙柱的上端。用人力扭转壁骨的上端,使其嵌入上部顶板的槽口内,然后再用力转动壁骨的上部,使其嵌进上部顶板内,最后把L形槽钢和T形槽钢放在角隅13处的壁骨上和T连接16处。
最后,在板和壁骨的内表面安装内衬层,在外表面安装覆盖层,上述安装中使用紧固件,这些紧固件把板和壁骨固定在一定的位置上。
本发明可以有多种变化形式,例如在图1中的13和16处,可以用特别用途的型材代替一组壁骨,在图4中翼缘15和15′以及腹板20上可有微小的变形部分,以增加稳定性,这些形状当然是可以变化的。
图7表示本发明应用于围墙25的情况,这里框架按图1中所示情况设置,覆盖板26通过紧固件固定在它的上面(另一种方法是通过翼缘15覆盖板固定在顶板、底板的槽内)。
本发明还适用于砖镶面板建筑,在墙的一侧提供一个框架,用于支撑单一的砖墙,而在另一侧则用于支撑一个内衬,这里没有用图表示出来。
Claims (9)
1、一种建筑框架结构,包括顶板、底板和壁骨,每个板由两边翼缘和把它们连在一起的腹板构成的具有槽形的横截面,每个翼缘上有向内凸起的肋,壁骨用于连接顶板和底板,所述壁骨也是由两边翼缘及连接腹板构成的槽形横截面,每个壁骨至少在一侧的翼缘上有构成槽的表面,在安装时用于容纳板上的凸肋,从而使壁骨的端部牢固地固定在板上,所述的板和壁骨均由金属材料制成。
2、如权利要求1所述的建筑框架,其中每个所述板的横截面尺寸和形状与每个所述壁骨的横截面尺寸和形状相同。
3、如权利要求1所述的建筑框架,其中每个所述板的横截面尺寸和形状,在整个长度上保持不变,所述的每个壁骨的横截面尺寸和形状,在整个长度上除了在槽的位置外都相同。
4、如以上任一项权利要求所述的建筑框架,其中所述的板和壁骨,至少是部分由长条形金属板通过滚轧方法成型。
5、如权利要求4所述的建筑框架,其中所述的壁骨上的槽,是通过使所用的金属板变形制得。
6、如权利要求5所述的建筑框架,其中所述的每一个槽是通过壁骨的腹板和两个翼缘。
7、如以上任一项权利要求所述的建筑框架,其中壁骨上的槽表面和板上凸肋的互相结合,是通过把壁骨的一端插入板上的槽内,再转动壁骨来完成的。
8、如以上任一项权利要求所述的建筑框架,其中有两个墙形成L形的墙角和一个墙以T形连接另一个墙,
另外还包含一些连接槽钢,该槽钢分别成形或“L”形“T”所述的槽钢分别设置在顶板的上面和底板的下面,三个所述的壁骨,分别以所述的癟”形或“L”形连接顶板和底板。
