Abstract

本发明公开了一种过滤式导热油分配器,采用耐高压、高温的无缝管两端焊接锻制椭圆形封头。容器设有进油总管和分配支管,容器内部设有异形过滤挡板;挡板设置成圆形,上半圆设有小孔,下半圆为封闭的。当导热油通过异形过滤挡板上半圆的小孔分配给各分配支管;铁屑及异物残渣等固体残留物经清渣管经清洗后排出,从而达到固体残留物不会进入油泵保证导热油系统正常运行。

技术领域:
本发明涉及的产品,广泛适用于食用油脂工程预榨、浸出、精炼工序中加热导热油的分配输送技术领域。
背景技术:
目前,国内各种规模的油脂加工企业使用的大部分设备需要使用加热导热油;一般通过导热油炉系统将加热后,高温导热油输送到各工段的设备使用;在输送过程中为了各工段的设备使用过程中导热油流动畅通及流速。通常需要设置一个分配器保证导热油压力和平衡,进行平均分配。在使用过程中由于高温管道内会产生氧化形成残渣,尤其在安装过程中形成细小铁屑在清理时未脱落;但经使用一段时间后就掉下来,进入导热油炉系统的导热油循环泵,致使油泵损坏。本项目所涉及的产品,可解决上述问题。
发明内容:
本项目所涉及的产品,采用耐高压、高温的无缝管;两端经特殊处理后焊接锻制的椭圆形封头,制成平衡压力的容器。容器上设有进油总管和分配支管,导热油炉系统加热的导热油从进油总管进入容器,进行缓冲后;以均衡压力将导热油从各分配支管输送到各工段的设备。在容器内部进油总管安装位置,设有异形过滤挡板;异形过滤挡板设置成圆形,上半圆设有小孔,下半圆为封闭的。当导热油从进油总管进入容器,导热油通过异形过滤挡板上半圆的小孔分配给各分配支管;铁屑及异物残渣等固体残留物储存下来。容器安装异形过滤挡板的下方设有清渣管,通过清洗将固体残留物排出。

如图1所示,封头1、清渣管2、异形过滤挡板3、温度表座4、一号分配支管5、二号分配支管6、三号分配支管7、四号分配支管8、进油总管9、容器筒体10组成。
具体实施方式:
本项目所涉及的产品如图1所示,容器筒体10上方,设有温度表座4、一号分配支管5、二号分配支管6、三号分配支管7、四号分配支管8、进油总管9;容器内部进油总管9与分配支管之间设有异形过滤挡板3;异形过滤挡板3将容器筒体10隔成两个腔,一个混合腔、一个为过滤腔。在异形过滤挡板3容器筒体10的下方设有清渣管2,方便混合腔集渣后清理;容器筒体10两端设有封头1。当导热油经进油总管9进入容器筒体10内,由于重力和异形过滤挡板3的作用;导热油通过异形过滤挡板上半圆的小孔分配给各分配支管,铁屑及异物残渣等固体残留物储存在混合腔;经清渣管2排出。过滤后的导热油经各分配支管分配给设备使用。

Claims (4)

1.一种过滤式导热油分配器,其特征:用耐高压、高温的无缝管两端焊接锻制椭圆形封头,容器设有进油总管和分配支管,容器内部设有异形过滤挡板;挡板设置成圆形,上半圆设有小孔,下半圆为封闭的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,容器筒体10上方,设有温度表座4、一号分配支管5、二号分配支管6、三号分配支管7、四号分配支管8、进油总管9;容器内部进油总管9与分配支管之间设有异形过滤挡板3;异形过滤挡板3将容器筒体10隔成混合腔和过滤腔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,异形过滤挡板3设置成圆形,上半圆设有小孔,下半圆为封闭的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,当导热油从进油总管进入容器,导热油通过异形过滤挡板上半圆的小孔分配给各分配支管;铁屑及异物残渣等固体残留物储存下来。容器安装异形过滤挡板的下方设有清渣管,通过清洗将固体残留物排出。
