The amine antioxidant is p-phenylenediamine or diarylsecondary amine.
The phenolic antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-cresol, styrenated phenol or 2, 6-tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol.
The nonionic surfactant is sorbitan ester or alkylolamide.
The all-water-washing sewing machine oil has good quality and excellent oxidation stability, and can be used for a long time without thickening or forming sediments; the product has excellent lubricating property and wear resistance, and can provide good lubricating protection for sewing textile machines under a lower oil consumption level, thereby prolonging the service life of equipment. Meanwhile, because the product of the invention has good water solubility, oil stains on the leather fibers of the cloth can be directly removed by washing with clean water in the operation process of the equipment, and the product does not stick any other oil stains and has full water washing performance. The product of the invention not only has excellent cleanability, but also has good corrosion resistance, can prevent equipment from rusting, ensures long-term operation of the equipment, and further prolongs the service life of the equipment. In addition, the product of the invention can also prevent static accumulation and be biodegradable, has little pollution to the environment and meets the requirements of environmental protection.

The invention discloses full-water-washing sewing machine oil which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of No. 26 white oil, 10-20 parts of naphtha, 10-20 parts of polyalkylene glycol, 1-4 parts of antioxidant, 3-8 parts of fatty acid ester, 1-3 parts of polyester and 8-12 parts of nonionic surfactant.
The raw materials used in the invention can be obtained from the market, and are the prior art, wherein naphtha is a generic name of a part of light petroleum fraction, and is obtained by distilling crude oil or cutting corresponding fractions through petroleum secondary processing, the boiling point range of the naphtha is determined according to requirements, the range is generally wider, such as 30-220 ℃, and the extraction boiling point of the naphtha used in the invention is 80-150 ℃.
The antioxidant is prepared from an amine antioxidant and a phenol antioxidant in a weight ratio of 1: (0.5-4) in proportion. The amine antioxidant is p-phenylenediamine or diarylsecondary amine; the phenolic antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-cresol, styrenated phenol or 2, 6-tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol. The two antioxidants are mixed for use, so that the oxidation stability of the product can be greatly improved, the equipment is prevented from rusting, and the product is not thickened or deposited in the long-term use process.
The addition of the polyester in the invention can improve the product performance and increase the working efficiency, and replace the conventional fat or aliphatic compound, thereby reducing the biological invasion.
The nonionic surfactant is sorbitan ester or alkylolamide, can be obtained from the market, is used, has the characteristics of easy biodegradation, low toxicity or even no toxicity, has small pollution to the environment, and meets the requirements of environmental protection.

The full-water-washing sewing machine oil consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of No. 26 white oil, 14 parts of naphtha, 20 parts of polyalkylene glycol, 2 parts of antioxidant, 3 parts of fatty acid ester, 1 part of polyester and 10 parts of nonionic surfactant.
The antioxidant in this example is obtained by mixing p-phenylenediamine and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol in a weight ratio of 1:0.5, wherein the p-phenylenediamine and 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol are 2 parts and 1 part, respectively, based on 100 parts of the all-water-washing sewing machine oil obtained in this example.
Example 2
The full-water-washing sewing machine oil consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60 parts of No. 26 white oil, 10 parts of naphtha, 12 parts of polyalkylene glycol, 3 parts of antioxidant, 5 parts of fatty acid ester, 2 parts of polyester and 8 parts of nonionic surfactant.
The antioxidant in this example was prepared by mixing p-phenylenediamine and 2, 6-tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol in a weight ratio of 1:4, wherein the weight parts of p-phenylenediamine and 2, 6-tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol were 0.5 parts and 2 parts, respectively, based on 100 parts of the all-water-washable sewing machine oil obtained in this example.
Example 3
The full-water-washing sewing machine oil consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55 parts of No. 26 white oil, 20 parts of naphtha, 10 parts of polyalkylene glycol, 1 part of antioxidant, 5 parts of fatty acid ester, 1 part of polyester and 8 parts of nonionic surfactant.
In the present embodiment, the antioxidant is prepared by mixing secondary diarylamine and 2, 6-tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol in a weight ratio of 1:1, wherein the secondary diarylamine and 2, 6-tertiary butyl-4-methylphenol are 2 parts and 2 parts, respectively, based on 100 parts of the all-water-washing sewing machine oil obtained in the present embodiment.
Example 4
The full-water-washing sewing machine oil consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 53 parts of No. 26 white oil, 10 parts of naphtha, 10 parts of polyalkylene glycol, 4 parts of antioxidant, 8 parts of fatty acid ester, 3 parts of polyester and 12 parts of nonionic surfactant.
The antioxidant in this example was prepared by mixing secondary diarylamine and styrenated phenol at a weight ratio of 1:2, wherein the weight parts of the secondary diarylamine and styrenated phenol were 0.5 parts and 1 part, respectively, based on 100 parts of the all-water-washable textile machine oil obtained in this example.
The above examples 1 to 4 are all prepared by the following preparation method:
all the raw materials and auxiliary materials are put into a reaction kettle according to the proportion and are uniformly stirred, and then the raw materials and the auxiliary materials are precipitated and filtered to obtain the full-water-washing sewing machine oil.
