Abstract

本发明涉及一种用硫酸化废棉绒生产微晶纤维素工艺方法,工艺过程包括中和工艺、降解漂白工艺、烘干工序,粉碎过筛工序。本发明充分利用了硫酸化废棉绒,使其变废为宝,并且减少了污染和处理废棉绒的费用,由于是利用废物生产,所以产品成本也大大降低。

用硫酸化废棉绒生产微晶纤维素工艺
本发明涉及一种用硫酸化废棉绒生产微晶纤维素工艺。
目前棉种加工中排出的硫酸化废棉绒,均作废物处理,处理方法主要是焚烧,既需要投入处理费用,浪费了人力、物力、财力,又造成了对大气的污染。
本发明的目的是提供一种利用硫酸化废棉绒生产微晶纤维素工艺。
本发明由以下工艺过程构成:1、中和工序:将棉种加工中排出的硫酸化废绒浸入碱性溶液中,加热搅拌,然后过滤,再用清水洗涤、去除杂质后甩干;2、降解漂白工序:将中和后的棉绒浸入次氯酸钠溶液,保温浸泡,然后过滤,用清水洗涤至中性,甩干;3、烘干工序:烘干至含水量低于5%以下;4、粉碎过筛工序:粉碎过149μm~74μm孔径(100~200目)的筛。
本发明所述的中和工序中碱性溶液为氢氧化钠和碳酸钠的混合溶液,重量百分比浓度为1~8%,加热搅拌2~6小时。
本发明所述的降解漂白工序中所述的漂白剂为次氯酸钠溶液,重量百分浓度为1~10%,保温浸泡3~6小时。
本发明充分利用了硫酸化废棉绒,使其变废为宝,减少了污染和处理废棉绒的费用,由于是利用废物生产,所以产品成本也大大降低。
实施例1:
将棉种加工中排出的硫酸化废棉绒,浸入重量百分比浓度为2%的氢氧化钠溶液和1%的碳酸钠溶液中,加热到80摄氏度,缓慢搅拌4小时,待酸液被中和后过滤,用清水洗涤,除砂、杂质后甩干;用重量百分比浓度为3%的次氯酸钠溶液,保温至50摄氏度左右,浸泡6小时,对短绒进行降解、漂白,然后过滤,用清水洗涤至中性,甩干,如一遍尚不能全部降解、漂白,该工序可进行两遍。之后烘干至含水量低于5%,再粉碎过149μm~74μm孔径的筛,即制成本发明的微晶纤维素。

Claims (2)

1、一种用硫酸化废棉绒生产微晶纤维素工艺方法,其特征在于由以下工艺过程构成:(1)、中和工序:将棉种加工中排出的硫酸化废绒浸入重量百分比浓度为1~8%的碱性溶液中,加热到80摄氏度并搅拌2~6小时,然后过滤,再用清水洗涤、去除杂质后甩干;(2)、降解漂白工序:将中和后的棉绒浸入重量百分比浓度为1~10%的次氯酸钠溶液,保温至50摄氏度,浸泡3~6小时,然后过滤,用清水洗涤至中性,甩干;(3)、烘干工序:烘干至含水量低于5%以下;(4)、粉碎过筛工序:粉碎过149μm~74μm孔径筛。
2、如权利要求1所述的用硫酸化废棉绒生产微晶纤维素工艺方法,其特征在于所述的中和工序中碱性溶液为氢氧化钠和碳酸钠的混合溶液,氢氧化钠和碳酸钠的重量浓度比为2∶1。
