Abstract
本发明涉及一种振动牙刷,装备有基本上在头部隔绝振动并减少传输到手柄的振动而不牺牲振动隔绝区周围结构完整性的振动隔绝区。这样的区域通常由在横截面上缩减的、减薄的、由阻尼材料替代的、或全部被除去以产生传输抑制空隙的颈部材料组成。这样的区域更进一步地由振动元件的壳体支撑以维持该区域周围的结构完整性并且因此而减轻可能使牙刷遭受疲劳或断裂状态的薄弱状态。

技术领域
本发明通常涉及一种振动牙刷,并且更具体地涉及一种具有在头部隔绝振动以及减少向手柄传输的牙刷。
背景技术
动力牙刷通常包括动力源、马达以及由马达驱动的动力元件。在一类动力牙刷中,动力牙刷的头部装备有通常被位于手柄内的马达横向地、转动地或以摆动方式驱动的可移动清洁件。马达产生的振动直接被使用者的手吸收。然而,这种振动实际上是马达运转的副产品,并且通常不是有意地增强可移动清洁件的效力。反而,该振动提供给使用者触觉并且通常产生增强的清洁效力的感知触觉。
另一类的动力牙刷主要依靠振动来产生清洁操作。因为产生达到高的清洁功效的振动通常是能够被人类耳朵感知为“嗡嗡声”的20-20,000Hz的频率,这些牙刷通常地被谈及为“声波”型刷。然而,这种声波噪音和人牙齿上感觉到的高频振动的结合产生高度增强效力的触觉。为了达到最好的清洁,优选的将振动产生装置设在离牙刷头部尽可能近的地方使得在靠近最佳清洁点而不是沿着手柄集中振动能量。
在一些现有的声波型牙刷中,在马达和手柄之间装备弹性区域以降低手柄感觉的振动。然而,这种区域趋向于减少颈部的结构强度并且引起颈部材料局部的薄弱,那样会使牙刷遭受断裂或引起牙刷循环疲劳测试不及格。在其他的振动型牙刷中也提及阻尼区域,其靠近颈部和手柄接合部、通常是弹性部分或改变形状部分的形式。然而,此外,这部分在使用时通常受到大量压力的位置上产生结构的薄弱。
因此,需要提供一种振动动力牙刷,具有定向向前或在头部区域隔绝并在手柄区域减少的清洁振动,并且不产生使牙刷遭受断裂或循环疲劳的薄弱区域。
发明内容
一种振动牙刷,装备有基本上在头部隔绝振动并减少传输到手柄的振动、完全没有牺牲结构完整性的振动隔绝区。这样的区域通常包括在横截面上缩减的、减薄的、被弹性或阻尼材料替代的、或全部被除去以产生传输抑制空隙的颈部材料。这样的区域更进一步地由振动元件的壳体支撑以维持区域周围结构的完整性。

具体实施方式
图1-4的振动牙刷通常包括手柄1、通常具有清洁元件12的清洁头2,以及布置于头部2和手柄1之间的颈部3。虽然清洁头部2以刷毛12举例说明,各种各样尺寸、横截面、材料等的其他清洁元件,例如橡胶元件、弹性元件、抛光元件、研磨元件、类似丝绵的清洁元件等等可以被使用。尽管可以使用其他的材料,头部2和颈部3通常由相对坚硬的材料构成,例如聚丙烯(PP)。然而,这种材料也是相对有弹性的,如此头部和颈部在使用期间能够振动。
颈部3包含机械振动装置5,其优选地包括马达10的和通过轴11与之连接如偏心配重9这样的振动元件。通过本领域公知的方法,振动装置5能够连接到如电源(例如电池或电池组(未显示))这样的动力源,其通过在颈部3中的电连接8容纳在手柄1中,并由开关(未显示)致动。可选地,动力源能够位于牙刷的外面,例如通过墙装插座连接直流电。另外,颈部3能够通过如注射成型等被构造为与头部2和手柄1一体的结构,或者能够优选地沿着位置4与手柄1(未显示)分开。
机械振动装置5经由偏心配重9绕轴11的旋转在头部2中产生振动。马达10和偏心配重9优选地被容纳在结构壳体15中,结构壳体15优选地位于颈部3中邻近头部2。产生的振动最靠近偏心配重9发生,位于比马达10更靠近头部2、比头部2更靠近手柄1之处。如上所述,颈部3优选地由便利于从配重9传输振动到头部2的弹性材料制造。当然,只要有方法传输产生的振动到头部2,机械振动装置5能够安置在不是如所示邻近头部2的位置上。
为了减少偏心配重9下或向着手柄1的振动的传输,改变偏心配重9邻近的或偏心配重9下的颈部构造以更进一步地隔绝在头部2的振动。在图1的实施例中,颈部3的横截面沿着外部部分20是减薄的以减少偏心配重9下的颈部材料的量,这样反过来减少传输振动到手柄1的颈部材料的能力,并且反过来隔绝头部2中大部分的振动。由机械振动装置5的壳体15来提供该减薄的颈部区域20的结构支撑。换句话说,壳体15沿着减薄的区域20加固颈部3。作为减薄的颈部区域20的结果,实现头部振动显著地增加并且将传输到手柄1的振动减到最小,沿着减薄的颈部区域20完全没有牺牲颈部结构强度。在这个实施例中,优选地将该减薄的区域20安置在配重9和马达10的底部7之间,更优选地是沿着壳体15,马达10和/或壳体15为减少的颈部横截面提供结构上的支撑。
图2A示出了可选的实施例,其中沿着颈部3的内部部分22除去材料以构造一个或多个空隙空间。因为外部颈部壁24将看起来是连续的,内部部分22对于临时观察者将不是可视的。而内部部分22优选的以具有最高振动阻尼能力的空隙形式存在。如果需要这部分可以充满阻尼材料。此外,机械振动装置5和/或壳体15为内部部分22周围的颈部3提供结构上的支撑。
图2B示出了可选的实施例,其中沿着颈部3的外部部分26除去材料以构造一个或多个空隙空间。这样的外部部分能够在壳体15和颈部3的外壁之间延伸。而外部部分26优选的以具有最高振动阻尼能力的空隙形式存在。如果需要这部分可以充满阻尼材料。在图1-2B的实施例中,颈部借助部分20、22或26,在横截面上优选地减少5%-90%的量,并且更优选地减少10%-50%的量。这转化为传输到手柄的振动的巨大减少,同隔绝在头部的这种振动的巨大增加。
在图3和4中,沿着颈部3的侧面构造一个(图3)或多个(图4)空隙区域28、30,并且优选地,尽管不是必须地,充满阻尼材料13。该阻尼材料13具有的传输振动的能力小于原始颈部材料的传输能力。例如,颈部材料可以由PP构成,而能够通过策略地除去PP颈部材料构造的一个或多个空隙区域,能够填充热塑性弹性体(TPE)。此外,机械振动装置5和/或壳体15为空隙区域28、30周围的颈部3提供结构上的支撑。
在图3的实施例中,例如,颈部壁的后面能够沿着整个颈部区域30衬着诸如热塑性弹性体(TPE)的阻尼材料13,而侧面和前面由聚丙烯(PP)构成。在这样的实施例中,热塑性弹性体(TPE)依靠其材料特性提供阻尼效益,但它的范围超过机械振动装置5和/或壳体15边界没有构造出振动隔绝效果。反而,被除去并以空隙保持或被热塑性弹性体(TPE)取代的额外的聚丙烯(PP)颈部部分28担当在头部2中隔绝来自装置5的振动、并更进一步地减少这种振动向手柄1传输的作用。如果充满了热塑性弹性体(TPE),这些额外颈部部分28将优选地由衬着颈部壁后面的阻尼材料13组成前面的区域。
在图4的实施例中,在配重9下的颈部3两侧都提供有空隙区域28、30,并且优选地充满了具有传输振动能力比原始颈部材料的传输振动能力小的材料13。颈部材料的桥14限定在区域28、30之间,结构上地连接头部2到手柄1。此外,机械振动装置5和/或壳体15在空隙区域28、30周围提供结构上的支撑。
Claims (10)
1.一种牙刷,包括:
手柄;
清洁头,所述清洁头具有清洁元件;
颈部,所述颈部布置于头部和手柄之间,并由第一材料构成,并具有横截面减少区域;
机械振动装置,所述机械振动装置布置在颈部中,所述机械振动装置包括壳体,所述壳体具有长度并包括马达和偏心配重,所述偏心配重比所述马达更靠近头部;以及
颈部中的所述横截面减少区域沿着壳体的长度的至少一部分设置,所述颈部中的横截面减少区域减小了颈部向手柄传输振动的能力,
其中所述壳体为所述横截面减少区域提供结构上的支撑。
2.如权利要求1所述的牙刷,其中壳体位于颈部中邻近头部设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的牙刷,其中横截面减少区域沿着牙刷的颈部的外部表面设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的牙刷,其中横截面减少区域沿着牙刷的颈部的内部表面设置。
5.如权利要求1所述的牙刷,其中横截面减少区域是空隙。
6.如权利要求5所述的牙刷,其中该空隙充满了阻尼材料。
7.如权利要求6所述的牙刷,其中该阻尼材料是弹性体。
8.如权利要求1所述的牙刷,其中该第一材料为聚丙烯。
9.如权利要求1所述的牙刷,其中横截面减少区域位于偏心配重和马达的底部之间。
10.如权利要求1所述的牙刷,其中横截面减少区域将颈部的横截面上减少10%-50%。
