本发明涉及一种铅电解液中加玻璃丝抑制氢氟酸产生的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)以生产玻璃钢产品的有机废料、边角料为原料,所述废料、边角料中主要含量有二氧化硅;(2)将这些废料、边角料进厂后进行挑选,挑选玻璃丝以供使用;(3)将经过挑选的玻璃丝加入制成的铅电解液中,使之对高温下铅电解液中的硅氟酸在阳光和温度的作用下发生水解反应产生的氢氟酸起到抑制作用。本发明的有益效果:可以有效地抑制氢氟酸的产生,并且成本低廉,有效利用废料。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,尤其是涉及一种铅电解液中加玻璃丝抑制氢氟酸产生的方法。
背景技术
铅电解液的用途广泛,比如可以用作铅酸蓄电池的电解液。在铅电解液中存在硅氟酸,它在阳光、温度的作用下,可以水解出氢氟酸,氢氟酸的存在腐蚀电池的电极。水解方程式如下:
H2SiF6+2H2O->6HF+SiO2
发明内容
本发明就是要解决上述问题,提供一种利用玻璃钢生产中的下脚料玻璃丝,作为铅电解液的稳定剂的方法,从而在铅电解液中抑制氢氟酸的产生。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种铅电解液中加玻璃丝抑制氢氟酸产生的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)以生产玻璃钢产品的有机废料、边角料为原料,所述废料、边角料中主要含量有二氧化硅;
(2)将这些废料、边角料进厂后进行挑选,挑选玻璃丝以供使用;
(3)将经过挑选的玻璃丝加入制成的铅电解液中,使之对高温下铅电解液中的硅氟酸在阳光和温度的作用下发生水解反应产生的氢氟酸起到抑制作用。
本发明的工作原理:
铅电解液中的硅氟酸在阳光和温度的作用下发生水解反应:
H2SiF6+2H2O->6HF+SiO2
而玻璃丝的主要成分是SiO2,其存在可以抑制上述水解反应的进行,从而抑制氢氟酸的产生。
本发明的有益效果:可以有效地抑制氢氟酸的产生,并且由于企业所在地沁阳市玻璃钢生产企业众多,可以充分利用玻璃钢废料,一方面成本低,另一方面因地制宜节约资源,减小环境污染。
具体实施方式
一种铅电解液中加玻璃丝抑制氢氟酸产生的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)以生产玻璃钢产品的有机废料、边角料为原料,所述废料、边角料中主要含量有二氧化硅;
(2)将这些废料、边角料进厂后进行挑选,挑选玻璃丝以供使用;
(3)将经过挑选的玻璃丝加入制成的铅电解液中,使之对高温下铅电解液中的硅氟酸在阳光和温度的作用下发生水解反应产生的氢氟酸起到抑制作用。
本发明的工作原理:
铅电解液中的硅氟酸在阳光和温度的作用下发生水解反应:
H2SiF6+2H2O->6HF+SiO2
而玻璃丝的主要成分是SiO2,其存在可以抑制上述水解反应的进行,从而抑制氢氟酸的产生。

(1)以生产玻璃钢产品的有机废料、边角料为原料,所述废料、边角料中主要含量有二氧化硅;
(2)将这些废料、边角料进厂后进行挑选,挑选玻璃丝以供使用;
(3)将经过挑选的玻璃丝加入制成的铅电解液中,使之对高温下铅电解液中的硅氟酸在阳光和温度的作用下发生水解反应产生的氢氟酸起到抑制作用。
