Abstract
一种阀体的定位结构,用以压制阀体所设的一开关,该开关被压制时让流体可自由进出阀体的一入口,进而控制流体可以进出至少一囊体;该阀体的定位结构包含有一用以设置阀体的壳体,壳体上侧、下侧分别设有可活动的一接触件、一作动件,且接触件、作动件相结合,接触件可连动作动件,而作动件设有一作用部,作用部于作动件被接触件带动时可朝向开关且压制开关;令使用者不须持续用手部压制阀体的开关就能使阀体的入口持续保持开启,进而令流体能定量、稳定地进入或排出于囊体。

技术领域
本发明有关于一种阀体的定位结构。
背景技术
一般可充气、泄气的气垫体通常连接有一阀体,而阀体包含有一开关,使用时借有无按压开关来操控阀体内气室阀口的开启、关闭,进而使阀体可以控制气垫体内气体的进气及泄气。
但使用者在操控阀体时,通常须借由手部持续地压制阀体的开关,方能使阀体的入口保持开启而让气体进入或排出阀体,如此一来,使用者手部容易酸痛,且借由手部感觉来控制阀体的开关,其控制动作不确实且不稳定,而使得气体无法定量、稳定地进入或排出于气垫体。
于是,本发明人基于产品不断创新改善的理念,乃本着多年从事该项产品设计、开发的实务经验,以及积极潜心研发思考,经由无数次的实际设计实验,致有本发明的产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能持续压制阀体开关以使阀体入口保持开启状的阀体的定位结构。
为达上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种阀体的定位结构,用以压制阀体所设的一开关,该开关被压制时让流体可自由进出阀体的一入口,进而控制流体可以进出至少一囊体;该阀体的定位结构包含有一用以设置阀体的壳体,壳体上侧、下侧分别设有可活动的一接触件、一作动件,且接触件、作动件相结合,接触件可连动作动件,而作动件设有一作用部,作用部于作动件被接触件带动时可朝向开关且压制开关。
所述的壳体设有一开口,开口透出于壳体。
所述的壳体设有一预定长度的导引孔,接触件设有对应于导引孔的结合体,结合体穿设导引孔且可在导引孔移动,作动件结合结合体而与接触件相结合,进而使作动件被接触件带动时可依循导引孔并朝向开关移动。
所述的壳体设有两具有预定长度的穿孔,接触件设有对应于穿孔的导体,导体穿设穿孔且可在穿孔移动。
所述的接触件表面设有数可供手指部触压的突部。
所述的接触件表面设有一可供手指部推抵的抵靠部。
所述的作动件的作用部成C形,作用部两端下侧设有一压部,压部包含下平面及连接下平面的斜面,当作动件朝向开关移动时,借由压部的斜面分散消除抵靠在开关的阻力,而使压部的斜面、下平面可以升至开关的上方,进而产生压制开关的动作。
所述的作动件的作用部成C形,作用部两端分别设有一突缘,以对作动件朝向开关移动时产生限制作用。
所述的接触件借由一轴状的结合体而活动枢设于壳体,且接触件、作动件借结合体而相结合,可借由转动接触件且一并连动作动件转动。
所述的作用部设于作动件下方且为弧面突状的作用部,如此当作动件朝向开关转动时,借由作用部的弧面分散消除抵靠在开关的阻力,而使作用部可以升至开关的上方,进而产生压制开关的动作。
采用上述结构后,本发明可借由推动接触件连动作动件朝开关移动且能持续压制开关,以使阀体的入口持续保持开启,且令流体能定量、稳定地进入或排出于阀体,使用者不须持续用手部压制阀体的开关就能使阀体的入口保持开启,进而令流体能定量、稳定地进入或排出于囊体。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
请参阅图2、图6、图8所示,一般的阀体40其构造设有相连通的一流室41、一入口42、一出口43,出口43可连接一导管50,导管50可与数囊体60连接,以借阀体40控制囊体60中流体的进出;而一开关44一部份位于流室41中,开关44另一部份穿设入口42且上端透出于阀体40表面之外,以便使用者手部按压开关44;而一弹性体45位于开关44下方,用以向上弹性抵顶开关44,进而使开关44可以封闭入口42,而当按压开关44时可以使入口42开启且压缩弹性体45使其储存开关44复位的弹性力,当开关44所受的按压力消失时,可借由弹性体45的弹性力,以使开关44再度封闭入口42。
请参阅图1、图2所示,本发明较佳实施例包含有一壳体10及设于壳体10且可相连动的一接触件20、一作动件30,以借壳体10装设阀体40,可借由推动接触件20连动作动件30朝开关44移动且能持续压制开关44,以使阀体40的入口42持续保持开启,且令流体能定量、稳定地进入或排出于阀体40。
请参阅图2、图3、图4、图6所示,本发明的壳体10可由上壳、下壳相组接而成,且可于内部设置阀体40,壳体10设有一开口11,借开口11可让开关44上侧透出于壳体10,以使壳体10可保护、美化阀体40,且便于使用者手部的握持以便捷地按压开关44;壳体10上侧表面设有一预定长度的导引孔12,以及两位于导引孔12两侧且具有预定长度的穿孔13,导引孔12、穿孔13供作接触件20移动的轨道,且可限制接触件20移动的距离。
接触件20下侧表面贴于壳体10上侧,且接触件20下侧设有分别对应于导引孔12、穿孔13的一结合体21、两导体22,结合体21、导体22分别穿设导引孔12、穿孔13且可在其中移动;接触件20上侧表面设有数突部23及一抵靠部24,突部23可供手指部触压且增加摩擦力,抵靠部24可供手指部推抵,如此便于用手指推移接触件20。
作动件30上侧表面贴于壳体10内表面上侧,作动件30一侧设一结合孔31以供结合体21套设结合,以使接触件20、作动件30设于壳体10且可依循导引孔12、穿孔13适当地朝开关44移动;而作动件30设有一C形作用部32,作用部32两端下侧还设有一压部321,压部321包含上、下平面及连接上、下平面间的斜面,当作动件30未朝开关44移动时,使压部321的上平面位于开关44的环缘上方,而当作动件30朝向开关44移动时则压部321的下平面可压制开关44的环缘;由于作用部32成C形且两端还设有突缘322,所以作动件30朝向开关44移动时作用部32围住大部分开关44环缘以产生限制作用,使作动件30可朝向开关44而不会产生移动偏移的误差。
请参阅图3、图5、图7所示,本发明使用时,可以手指部触压推动接触件20且一并连动作动件30朝向阀体40的开关44移动,而作动件30于移动中借由压部321的斜面分散消除抵靠在开关44环缘的阻力,而使压部321的斜面、下平面可以轻易顺利地升至开关44的环缘上方,进而产生压制开关44的动作,令使用者不须持续用手指压制阀体40的开关44就能使阀体44的入口42持续保持开启,进而令流体能定量、稳定地进入或排出于囊体60(请参阅图8所示)。
请参阅图9、图10所示,当阀体40为两个时,只要将本发明的作用部32设为两个,即可于推动接触件20时令作动件30一并压制两个阀体40的开关44。
请参阅图11所示,当阀体40为三个时,只要将本发明的作用部32设为三个,即可于推动接触件20时令作动件30一并压制三个阀体40的开关44。
请参阅图12、图13所示,本发明的接触件20可借由轴状的结合体21而活动枢设于壳体10,且作动件30为一板体状,而作用部32成一弧面突状设于作动件30下方,如此可借由转动接触件20且一并连动作动件30转动,作动件30于转动中借由作用部32的弧面分散消除抵靠在开关44环缘的阻力,而使作用部32可以轻易顺利地升至开关44的环缘上方,进而产生压制开关44的动作。

1.一种阀体的定位结构,用以压制阀体所设的一开关,该开关被压制时让流体可自由进出阀体的一入口,进而控制流体可以进出至少一囊体;其特征在于:该阀体的定位结构包含有一用以设置阀体的壳体,壳体上侧、下侧分别设有可活动的一接触件、一作动件,且接触件、作动件相结合,接触件可连动作动件,而作动件设有一作用部,作用部于作动件被接触件带动时可朝向开关且压制开关。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的阀体的定位结构,其特征在于:壳体设有一开口,开口透出于壳体。
3.如权利要求 1 所述的阀体的定位结构,其特征在于:壳体设有一预定长度的导引孔,接触件设有对应于导引孔的结合体,结合体穿设导引孔且可在导引孔移动,作动件结合结合体而与接触件相结合,进而使作动件被接触件带动时可依循导引孔并朝向开关移动。
4.如权利要求 1 所述的阀体的定位结构,其特征在于:壳体设有两具有预定长度的穿孔,接触件设有对应于穿孔的导体,导体穿设穿孔且可在穿孔移动。
5.如权利要求 1 所述的阀体的定位结构,其特征在于:接触件表面设有数可供手指部触压的突部。
6.如权利要求1 所述的阀体的定位结构,其特征在于:接触件表面设有一可供手指部推抵的抵靠部。
7.如权利要求 1 所述的阀体的定位结构,其特征在于:作动件的作用部成C形,作用部两端下侧设有一压部,压部包含下平面及连接下平面的斜面,当作动件朝向开关移动时,借由压部的斜面分散消除抵靠在开关的阻力,而使压部的斜面、下平面可以升至开关的上方,进而产生压制开关的动作。
8.如权利要求 1 所述的阀体的定位结构,其特征在于:作动件的作用部成C形,作用部两端分别设有一突缘,以对作动件朝向开关移动时产生限制作用。
9.如权利要求1 所述的阀体的定位结构,其特征在于:接触件借由一轴状的结合体而活动枢设于壳体,且接触件、作动件借结合体而相结合,可借由转动接触件且一并连动作动件转动。
10.如权利要求 1 所述的阀体的定位结构,其特征在于:作用部设于作动件下方且为弧面突状的作用部,如此当作动件朝向开关转动时,借由作用部的弧面分散消除抵靠在开关的阻力,而使作用部可以升至开关的上方,进而产生压制开关的动作。
