Abstract

本发明属于高分子材料领域,公开了一种阻燃PC复合材料及其制备方法。该复合材料由包含以下重量份的组分制成:PC85-90重量份、聚异丁烯20-30重量份、聚乙二醇10-15重量份、氢氧化镁5-10重量份、氧化钙5-8重量份、硼酸锌5-8重量份、吩噻嗪1-2重量份和聚四氟乙烯0-2重量份。该复合材料是将上述各原料加入到高混机中,混合时间为20分钟,然后将混好的物料加到挤出机的料斗中,通过挤出机挤出,剪切,造粒。得到的阻燃PC中未使用卤系阻燃剂和磷系阻燃剂,为环保型阻燃PC复合材料。

Description

一种阻燃PC复合材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,特别涉及一种阻燃PC复合材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯是一种综合性能优良的热塑性塑料,具有良好的力学性能、耐热性和尺寸稳定性,被广泛应用于电子、电气、机械、汽车、建筑等行业。
由于在各领域的与应用对材料的阻燃性有了进一步的需求,虽然纯的聚碳酸酯材料耐燃性复合UL94V1和UL94V2的标准,属于自熄性树脂,但是仍不能满足日益增长的对聚碳酸酯阻燃性能的需求,进而提出了对聚碳酸酯阻燃性的改进。现有的对聚碳酸酯的改性主要是加入卤系阻燃剂和磷系阻燃剂,但是这些阻燃剂在达到较高阻燃性能的同时会造成环境的污染。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供了一种阻燃PC复合材料及其制备方法,在材料中未使用卤系阻燃剂和磷系阻燃剂,从而获得环保的阻燃PC复合材料。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种阻燃PC复合材料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
    PC            85-90份,
聚异丁烯      20-30份,
聚乙二醇      10-15份,
氢氧化镁       5-10份,
氧化钙          5-8份,
硼酸锌          5-8份,
吩噻嗪          1-2份。
所述的PC为双酚A型聚碳酸酯。
所述的氢氧化镁为15-30纳米。
所述的组分还包括0-2重量份聚四氟乙烯。
一种阻燃PC复合材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)PC85-90重量份、聚异丁烯20-30重量份、聚乙二醇10-15重量份、氢氧化镁5-10重量份、氧化钙5-8重量份、硼酸锌5-8重量份、吩噻嗪1-2重量份和聚四氟乙烯0-2重量份;
    (2)将步骤(1)中称好的组分加入到高混机中,混合时间为20分钟,然后将混好的物料加到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,剪切,造粒;
所述螺杆直径65mm,螺杆的长径比为40:1,
所述螺杆各区的温度为:第一区160-180℃,第二区210-220℃,第三区230-260℃,第四区260-270℃。
有益效果:
本发明采用了无卤和无磷的无机阻燃剂,即氢氧化镁和硼酸锌,在燃烧发生时既起到阻燃的作用,而且又环保;本发明特别加入了聚异丁烯和聚乙二醇从而提高聚碳酸酯材料与无机阻燃剂之间的相容剂,并加入吩噻嗪提高材料的耐热性。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)双酚A型聚碳酸酯85kg、聚异丁烯20kg、聚乙二醇10 kg、粒径为30纳米的氢氧化镁10 kg、氧化钙8 kg、硼酸锌8 kg、吩噻嗪1kg和聚四氟乙烯2 kg;
(2)将步骤(1)中称好的组分加入到高混机中,混合时间为20分钟,然后将混好的物料加到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,剪切,造粒;
螺杆直径65mm,螺杆的长径比为40:1,螺杆各区的温度为:第一区180℃,第二区220℃,第三区260℃,第四区270℃,第五区280℃。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)双酚A型聚碳酸酯90kg、聚异丁烯30 kg、聚乙二醇15 kg、粒径为15纳米氢氧化镁5kg、氧化钙5 kg、硼酸锌5kg和吩噻嗪2 kg;
(2)将步骤(1)中称好的组分加入到高混机中,混合时间为20分钟,然后将混好的物料加到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,剪切,造粒;
螺杆直径65mm,螺杆的长径比为40:1,螺杆各区的温度为:第一区180℃,第二区220℃,第三区260℃,第四区270℃,第五区280℃。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)双酚A型聚碳酸酯85kg、聚异丁烯25 kg、聚乙二醇10 kg、粒径为20纳米氢氧化镁8 kg、氧化钙7 kg、硼酸锌5kg、吩噻嗪1 kg和聚四氟乙烯1kg;
(2)将步骤(1)中称好的组分加入到高混机中,混合时间为20分钟,然后将混好的物料加到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,剪切,造粒;
螺杆直径65mm,螺杆的长径比为40:1,螺杆各区的温度为:第一区170℃,第二区215℃,第三区245℃,第四区265℃,第五区275℃。
制得材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (5)

1. 一种阻燃PC复合材料,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
    PC            85-90份,
聚异丁烯      20-30份,
聚乙二醇      10-15份,
氢氧化镁       5-10份,
氧化钙          5-8份,
硼酸锌          5-8份,
吩噻嗪          1-2份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的阻燃PC复合材料,其特征在于,所述的PC为双酚A型聚碳酸酯。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的阻燃PC复合材料,其特征在于,所述的氢氧化镁粒径为15-30纳米。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的阻燃PC复合材料,其特征在于,所述的组分还包括0-2重量份聚四氟乙烯。
5. 一种阻燃PC复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)PC85-90重量份、聚异丁烯20-30重量份、聚乙二醇10-15重量份、氢氧化镁5-10重量份、氧化钙5-8重量份、硼酸锌5-8重量份、吩噻嗪1-2重量份和聚四氟乙烯0-2重量份;
    (2)将步骤(1)中称好的组分加入到高混机中,混合时间为20分钟,然后将混好的物料加到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出,剪切,造粒;
所述螺杆直径65mm,螺杆的长径比为40:1;
所述螺杆各区的温度为:第一区160-180℃,第二区210-220℃,第三区230-260℃,第四区260-270℃。
