Abstract

本发明属于高分子材料领域,公开了一种聚丙烯抗菌材料的制备方法。该材料由包含以下重量份的组分制成:聚丙烯60-85份、氧化钠10-15份、B2O310-15份、硬脂酸钙10-20份、活性炭3-5份、抗菌剂8-10份、分散剂0.1-2份和偶联剂KH-550 0.1-5份。该材料是上述各原料加入到到高混机中,混合均匀后,加到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,挤出、造粒。本发明制得的聚丙烯抗菌材料具有良好的抗菌功能,且材料的力学性能、相容性和材料稳定性均良好,可应用于制造各种需要抗菌功能的电器壳体。

Description

一种聚丙烯抗菌材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,特别涉及一种聚丙烯抗菌材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚丙烯(PP)无毒、无臭、对水特别稳定,制品表面光泽好,易于着色,具有着良好的力学性能和易加工型,因而广泛应用于电冰箱、空调器、洗衣机、微波炉等各类家电的制造业。
随着社会的发展以及物质生活水平的日益提高,人们对生活、工作环境,尤其是卫生环境的要求越来越高。日常生活中,相当一部分有害细菌是在塑料制品的表面存在并繁殖,电话、洗衣机、电脑、冰箱、电器开关都是传播各种疾病的媒介。随着人们对健康和环保意识的不断增强,对日常生活中接触频繁的家用电器塑料部件提出了“抑菌、杀菌”的需求,这就要求我们生活中使用的各种家电产品具有抗菌防霉的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供了一种聚丙烯抗菌材料及其制备方法,本发明制得的聚丙烯抗菌材料具有良好的抗菌功能,且材料的力学性能、相容性和材料稳定性均良好,可应用于制造各种需要抗菌功能的电器壳体。
一种聚丙烯抗菌材料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
聚丙烯             60-85份,
氧化钠             10-15份,
B2O             10-15份,
硬脂酸钙           10-20份,
活性炭              3-5份,
抗菌剂              8-10份,
分散剂              0.1-2份,
偶联剂KH-550       0.1-5份。
所述分散剂为乙撑基双硬脂酰胺。
所述抗菌剂为氧化银与二氧化硅的混合物。
所述抗菌剂中氧化银的质量百分数为10%。
一种聚丙烯抗菌材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)聚丙烯60-85份、氧化钠10-15份、B2O310-15份、硬脂酸钙10-20份、活性炭3-5份、抗菌剂8-10份、分散剂0.1-2份和偶联剂KH-550  0.1-5份;
    (2)将称量好的上述原料加入到高混机中,混合均匀后,加到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,挤出、造粒;
所述双螺杆挤出机的螺杆直径为65mm,螺杆的长径比为40:1,螺杆各区的温度为:第一区140-150℃,第二区160-180℃,第三区190-210℃,第四区220-240℃。
有益效果:
本发明采用聚丙烯作为主体材料,在配方中加入了活性炭和抗菌剂,从而能达到抗菌的效果,为了得到更好的抗菌效果,本发明中加入了氧化钠和B2O3。此外为了使整个共混体系具有良好的相容性、材料的均匀和稳定性,本发明加入了硬脂酸钙、分散剂和偶联剂。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
抗菌测试按照QB/T2591-2003A标准进行,并测试了材料对于大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率。
实施例1
(1)聚丙烯60kg、氧化钠10kg、B2O310 kg、硬脂酸钙10kg、活性炭5 kg、氧化银0.8kg、二氧化硅的混合物7.2kg、乙撑基双硬脂酰胺0.1 kg和偶联剂KH-550  0.1kg;
    (2)将称量好的上述原料加入到高混机中,混合均匀后,加到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,挤出、造粒;
所述双螺杆挤出机的螺杆直径为65mm,螺杆的长径比为40:1,
螺杆各区的温度为:第一区140℃,第二区160℃,第三区190℃,第四区220℃。
制得材料对大肠杆菌的抗菌率为89.1%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率为91.2%。
材料的力学性能测试结果见表1。
实施例2
(1)聚丙烯85kg、氧化钠15 kg、B2O312 kg、硬脂酸钙20 kg、活性炭3kg、氧化银1 kg、二氧化硅的混合物9 kg、乙撑基双硬脂酰胺2 kg和偶联剂KH-550  5kg;
(2)将称量好的上述原料加入到高混机中,混合均匀后,加到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,挤出、造粒;
所述双螺杆挤出机的螺杆直径为65mm,螺杆的长径比为40:1,
螺杆各区的温度为:第一区150℃,第二区180℃,第三区210℃,第四区240℃。
制得材料对大肠杆菌的抗菌率为80.3%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率为79.2%。
材料的力学性能测试结果见表1。
实施例3
(1)聚丙烯70kg、氧化钠10kg、B2O315 kg、硬脂酸钙15 kg、活性炭5 kg、氧化银1 kg、二氧化硅的混合物9 kg、乙撑基双硬脂酰胺1 kg和偶联剂KH-550  2kg;
(2)将称量好的上述原料加入到高混机中,混合均匀后,加到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,挤出、造粒;
所述双螺杆挤出机的螺杆直径为65mm,螺杆的长径比为40:1,
螺杆各区的温度为:第一区140℃,第二区170℃,第三区200℃,第四区230℃。
制得材料对大肠杆菌的抗菌率为85.8%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率为87.4%。
材料的力学性能测试结果见表1。

1. 一种聚丙烯抗菌材料,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
聚丙烯             60-85份,
氧化钠             10-15份,
B2O             10-15份,
硬脂酸钙           10-20份,
活性炭              3-5份,
抗菌剂              8-10份,
分散剂              0.1-2份,
偶联剂KH-550       0.1-5份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯抗菌材料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为乙撑基双硬脂酰胺。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的聚丙烯抗菌材料,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为氧化银与二氧化硅的混合物。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的聚丙烯抗菌材料,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂中氧化银的质量百分数为10%。
5. 一种聚丙烯抗菌材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)聚丙烯60-85份、氧化钠10-15份、B2O310-15份、硬脂酸钙10-20份、活性炭3-5份、抗菌剂8-10份、分散剂0.1-2份和偶联剂KH-550  0.1-5份;
    (2)将称量好的上述原料加入到高混机中,混合均匀后,加到双螺杆挤出机的料斗中,挤出、造粒;
