Abstract
一种高强度高模量高耐热聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法,属于高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度高模量高耐热聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法。本发明采用均聚聚丙烯与云母粉共混,按质量份计包括:均聚聚丙烯48-70,云母粉28-50,流动剂0.5-1.2,色母1-2,抗氧剂1680.05-0.4,抗氧剂10100.05-0.4。所述制备方法是将均聚聚丙烯、云母粉、流动剂、色母、抗氧剂在高速混合机中搅拌均匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒。本发明的有益效果主要表现在产品的性能优异,具体为,拉伸强度≥30MPa、弯曲强度≥50MPa、弯曲模量≥4500MPa、热变形温度≥130℃,成本低,加工工艺简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强度高模量高耐热聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法,属于高分子材料技术领域。
背景技术
聚丙烯以其优异的性能及质轻的特点在高分子材料领域起着不可取代的作用。然而随着科技的进步,对聚丙烯材料的性能提出了更高的要求,传统的改性聚丙烯已不能满足特殊用途的需要,为了解决这一难题已有很多科技工作者对此做出了大量的研究,有些科技者提出在PP中填充纳米材料来提高PP的性能,但目前纳米材料价格较高难以应用于商业化生产,所以在不提高成本的前提下,研制出一种具有高强度、高模量及高耐热的聚丙烯材料已经显得刻不容缓。
聚丙烯通常是加入无机填料来改性的,但当填充量较大时加工难度也就相应的提高,加入流动剂后即可制备高填充的聚丙烯又可使加工难度降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是公开了一种高强度高模量高耐热聚丙烯复合材料,并且公开了其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:采用均聚聚丙烯与云母粉共混,按质量份计包括:均聚聚丙烯48-70,云母粉28-50,流动剂0.5-1.2,色母1-2,抗氧剂1680.05-0.4,抗氧剂10100.05-0.4。所述制备方法是将均聚聚丙烯、云母粉、流动剂、色母、抗氧剂在高速混合机中搅拌均匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒。
进一步的,所述聚丙烯型号为HC9012-M,其特征在于:本型号的聚丙烯弯曲模量为2200MPa、热变形温度高达130℃。
本发明的有益效果:产品的性能优异,具体的,拉伸强度≥30MPa、弯曲强度≥50MPa、弯曲模量≥4500MPa、热变形温度≥130℃,成本低,加工工艺简单。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,而不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
按质量份数准确称取均聚聚丙烯57.5,云母粉40,流动剂0.8,色母1.5,抗氧剂1680.1,抗氧剂10100.1,置于高速混合机中搅拌均匀,然后经双螺杆挤出机熔融、挤出、造粒。
挤出机的工艺参数为:一区150-170℃,二区170-190℃,三区190-210℃,四区210-230℃,五区210-230℃,六区210-230℃,七区210-230℃,模头220-240℃,挤出机转速为350-600转/分,喂料螺杆转速为35-60转/分。
实施例2
按质量份数准确称取均聚聚丙烯58,云母粉40,流动剂0.3,色母1.5,抗氧剂1680.1,抗氧剂10100.1,置于高速混合机中搅拌均匀,然后经双螺杆挤出机熔融、挤出、造粒。
挤出机的工艺参数为:一区150-170℃,二区170-190℃,三区190-210℃,四区210-230℃,五区210-230℃,六区210-230℃,七区210-230℃,模头220-240℃,挤出机转速为350-600转/分,喂料螺杆转速为35-60转/分。
实施例3
按质量份数准确称取均聚聚丙烯57,云母粉40,流动剂1.3,色母1.5,抗氧剂1680.1,抗氧剂10100.1,置于高速混合机中搅拌均匀,然后经双螺杆挤出机熔融、挤出、造粒。
挤出机的工艺参数为:一区150-170℃,二区170-190℃,三区190-210℃,四区210-230℃,五区210-230℃,六区210-230℃,七区210-230℃,模头220-240℃,挤出机转速为350-600转/分,喂料螺杆转速为35-60转/分。
性能测试执行标准:拉伸性能测试按ISO527-1,-2执行;
弯曲性能测试按ISO178执行;
热变形温度测试按ISO75A-1,-2执行;
熔融指数测试按ISO1133执行。
对实施例1~3的进行测试,结果见下表

1.一种高强度高模量高耐热聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法,其特征在于:按质量份计包括:均聚聚丙烯48-70,云母粉28-50,流动剂0.5-1.2,色母1-2,抗氧剂1680.05-0.4,抗氧剂10100.05-0.4,将均聚聚丙烯、云母粉、流动剂、色母、抗氧剂在高速混合机中搅拌均匀,经双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒;挤出机的工艺参数为:一区150-170℃,二区170-190℃,三区190-210℃,四区210-230℃,五区210-230℃,六区210-230℃,七区210-230℃,模头220-240℃,挤出机转速为350-600转/分,喂料螺杆转速为35-60转/分。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种高强度高模量高耐热聚丙烯复合材料,其特征在于:所述均聚聚丙烯型号为HC9012-M。
