本发明包括切刀的刀片，所采用的技术方案在于：在一个空盒结构的座体上方通过铰轴装有一个由三个刀片组合而成的切刀架。
在切刀架的侧边装有一个操作柄。
本发明的有益效果在于：使用时，手持操作柄，将切刀架向上支起后把所切的食物放在座体上，然后下按操作柄，即可一次性将食物分切为多片，有利快速均匀的切食物，特别适合饭馆配置使用。
