本发明提供了一种大型锥盘类工件专用加工卡具，由压板、单头螺栓、连接螺母、双头螺栓、垫块构成。压板表面两端设置有螺孔；压板中端与单头螺栓的非螺纹一端通过转轴活动连接；单头螺栓的螺纹端与一根双头螺栓一端通过连接螺母连接；双头螺栓另一端与垫块紧固连接。本发明的有益效果是：能够减少额外工装使用量，节约人力、时间，提高工作效率；解决大型磨机料头在加工过程中因工件震动导致产品平面度不合格的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种大型磨机料头加工前快速装卡的支顶工装，具体涉及一种大型锥盘类工件专用加工卡具，属于大型矿机装卡加工领域。
背景技术
目前机加行业在加工支顶工件时多使用方箱，等高圆柱支撑，等高垫铁，千斤顶等工具。但对于一些特殊产品，尤其是一些大型的工件，这些工装方法不能很好的解决在加工过程中因工件的震动导致加工面平行度及粗糙度不合格的问题。如何提供一种工装的同时又不影响产品平行度、粗糙度的专用卡具，是本发明研究的目的。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的产品平行度、粗糙度不合要求等问题，本发明提供了一种大型锥盘类工件专用加工卡具，解决了尤其是大型磨机料头在加工过程中因工件震动导致产品平面度不合格等问题。
一种大型锥盘类工件专用加工卡具，由压板、单头螺栓、连接螺母、双头螺栓、垫块构成。所述压板表面两端设置有螺孔；所述的压板中端与单头螺栓的非螺纹一端通过转轴活动连接；所述单头螺栓的螺纹端与一根双头螺栓一端通过连接螺母连接；所述的双头螺栓另一端与垫块紧固连接。
所述的压板与单头螺栓构成可180度转向的活结。
所述的连接螺母可以通过紧固程度来调节卡具的高低度，从而调节加工件的倾斜度。
所述的单头螺栓、双头螺栓长度、螺孔孔径需根据加工件的厚度及通孔孔径来确定。
本发明的有益效果是：能够减少额外工装使用量，节约人力、时间，提高工作效率；解决大型磨机料头在加工过程中因工件震动导致产品平面度不合格的问题。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图1、附图2、附图3针对本发明做进一步说明。
如图图1、图2、图3所示，一种大型锥盘类工件专用加工卡具，由压板1、单头螺栓2、连接螺母3、双头螺栓4、垫块5构成。压板1表面两端设置有螺孔6；压板1中端与单头螺栓2的非螺纹一端通过转轴活动连接；单头螺栓2的螺纹端与一根双头螺栓4一端通过连接螺母3连接；双头螺栓4另一端与垫块5紧固连接。压板1与单头螺栓2构成可180度转向的活结。连接螺母3可以通过紧固程度来调节卡具的高低度，从而调节加工件8的倾斜度。
本发明制作过程是根据加工件8的厚度、通孔孔径、压板1厚度来确定各种螺栓长短及孔径。
工作时，在工作台7上先通过千斤顶9将加工件8粗略固定，然后将本发明置于加工件8与工作台7之间，通过螺栓将压板1与加工件8固定，调节本发明的活结角度，同时旋转连接螺母3来调节高低度来控制加工过程中产生的震动。

1.一种大型锥盘类工件专用加工卡具的使用方法，所述卡具由压板、单头螺栓、连接螺母、双头螺栓、垫块构成；所述的压板表面两端设置有螺孔；所述的压板中端与单头螺栓的非螺纹一端通过转轴活动连接；所述单头螺栓的螺纹端与一根双头螺栓一端通过连接螺母连接；所述的双头螺栓另一端与垫块紧固连接；所述的压板与单头螺栓构成可180度转向的活结，其中，所述的连接螺母通过紧固程度来调节卡具的高低度，从而调节加工件的倾斜度，并且，所述的单头螺栓、双头螺栓长度、螺孔孔径需根据加工件的厚度及通孔孔径来确定；其特征在于：所述卡具使用方法为，在工作台上先通过千斤顶将加工件粗略固定，然后将卡具置于加工件与工作台之间，通过螺栓将压板与加工件固定，调节活结角度，同时旋转连接螺母来调节高低度来控制加工过程中产生的震动。
