本发明涉及一种带安装盒冲洗装置的阿胶胶液废沫提取机上箱侧壁板。
背景技术：
传统的熬制阿胶所使用的熬制器具是开放的，存在不隔尘、气味四溢、蒸汽四溢、胶液外溢、熬制时间长等缺点。为了改变现状，需要在熬制器具做成封闭式的，同时还需具备视频监控功能。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种带安装盒冲洗装置的阿胶胶液废沫提取机上箱侧壁板。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现：
一种带安装盒冲洗装置的阿胶胶液废沫提取机上箱侧壁板，其组成包括:侧板，所述的侧板上安装有盖板，所述的盖板上方安装有冲洗管，所述的侧板一侧安装有摄像机安装盒，所述的安装盒内安装有防高温摄像机，所述的安装盒倾斜8-15度，所述的冲洗管的端头安装有旋转式喷嘴，所述的旋转式喷嘴与135度弯头连接，所述的135度弯头与90度弯头通过接头连接。
所述的带安装盒冲洗装置的阿胶胶液废沫提取机上箱侧壁板，所述的安装盒底板具有一组安装槽，所述的安装盒一端安装有钢化玻璃，所述的钢化玻璃通过螺栓固定在所述的安装盒上，所述的侧板包括内板、外板，所述的内板与所述的外板之间填充有保温材料，摄像机冷却罩安装在所述的防高温摄像机外部。

有益效果：
本发明的摄像机安装盒与水平方向成8-15度夹角，能使采集画面将提沫过程准确呈现出来，从而实时监控提沫过程，为远程视觉监控及控制设备提供信息基础，加强安全运行保障。本发明的摄像机冷却罩安装在摄像机外部，保证摄像机不受外部潮湿高温环境干扰，罩体本身配有水冷系统可利用外部循环水降温，降温效果明显。本发明的安装盒底板的安装槽确保摄像机稳固安装，不倒伏。本发明的冲洗管清洗安装盒的钢化玻璃，由于采用旋转式喷嘴，实现360°无死角清洗，同时冲洗管固定在壁板的部分与延伸部分通过双头管箍连接，拆装方便，更可以根据安装盒的倾斜角度更换适当长度的冲洗管。
