背景技术
金花捷报是一种锦葵科秋葵属植物的别名,它的学名是黄蜀葵Abelmoschusmanihot(Linn.)Medicus,在国家标准中GB/T14467-93的编码是6000010003。
葵,在我国历史上涉及食物的经典文献中占有首席的重要位置。一千年前的《黄帝内经》中把葵列为人们食用的五菜之首,四百年前《食物本草》记载“葵,阳草也,为百菜之主。”这些记载中的葵,按现代植物学分类属于哪一种植物?研究、考证有关资料应是黄蜀葵,即中国植物分类与代码中的锦葵科0003黄蜀葵。其主要依据是:卫生部确定的传统食品依据目录《中国食物成分表》列举葵菜为秋葵,秋葵在大量的现代文献中所指植物是《中国植物分类与代码》中锦葵科秋葵属的0002咖啡黄葵和0003黄蜀葵,《中国花经》提出咖啡黄葵“产于热带”,黄蜀葵“原产我国”。黄蜀葵为锦葵科一年生草本植物。黄蜀葵花、叶的成分、功效、应用效益受到业内人士的极大关注,成为当前创新研究开发的一个亮点。
现代研究表明金花捷报中含有多种有效成份。如《西藏经济作物》北京科技出版社90年12月第一版中指出:“金花捷报干叶含β-谷甾醇(β-Sitosterol)及β-D-葡萄糖甙。鲜花瓣中含有β-谷甾醇和杨梅槲皮素(Myricetin)及葡萄糖甙,”杨梅槲皮素属黄酮类物质。
金花捷报种子含有各种活性成分,具有调节人体功能、增强人体耐力体力的功能等已被诸多文献报道,如《中日医学交流》1997年第3期第27页“金花捷报全株鲜食、干吃,味道适口,口感润滑,颜色显亮悦目,是做相关食品、饮料、医药品的理想原料。”《健康报》2001年6月22日“金花捷报是一种草本植物,原本生长在深山崖隙间。民间把它作为珍贵食用花卉。明李时珍《本草纲目》中把该花草味研磨后称力独圣散,用于治疗痈疽肿毒等症。最近,美国《化学文摘》及国内众多刚站、报刊等相继报道了金花捷报花的研究成果,研究人员从金花捷报花中分离出5种黄酮单体,其中主要有效成分——金丝桃甙含量的1.8%。药理研究发现其有显著镇痛作用。镇痛作用小于吗啡大于阿斯匹林。更的突出的是,其独到的作用机理不同于吗啡类、阿斯匹林类镇痛药,而是钙离子阻断剂,以通过阻止人体钙离子进入神经细胞内,达到镇痛作用。尤为值得重视的是,其无依赖性。被有专家学者认为:是一种新型镇痛类药。近些年来,国内有关科研单位如安徽省医学科学研究所,也相继报道了金花捷报花的研究成果,如用金花捷报花煎剂治疗口腔溃疡获得显著止痛、消炎等效果。据了解,金花捷报花在改善心脑血管及微循环、抗疲劳等方面不同程度优于阿斯匹林。”
人们知道,植物花、果功能相联。《保健周刊》2001年8月11日文章“金花捷报保健新选择”:金花捷报花不仅具备上述功能,而且还有提神、健脑、防衰老、调节人体内分泌、提高人体免疫力等作用、可用作医药保健品、高档化妆品、护肤护发品的生产原料。”
CN13838444文献中提到金花捷报花加工,被加工的花萼片炸开,萼片干燥后易脱落粉碎而混杂花中,除产品外观受影响外对食用带来不便,清除分离萼片碎片很不易。上述文献更重要的是,这样的产品所含活性成分易变性损失,保质标准难掌握控制。没有提到保存花托基部,对花没有进行整形工序,制作出的花水分高时保质储存期短,水分少时易成碎片,难包装运输,质量标准不好操作,特别是不能达到今年国内外客户实际消费要求。
CN12414081文摘中提到了对金花捷报种子子叶的应用,但仅限于子叶萌发后的干燥粉碎组方应用,没有培育金花捷报珠的内容。
本发明产品具有全方位的营养价值指标,做临战食品应用的天然原生态状态食品,除本发明外,在公知公献中尚没见有披露。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种天然原生态,特殊高价营养的即刻食用食品,该食品消化吸收时间短,有益调节人体机能,数小时内可感受到。该产品外观宜人,口感舒怡。
本发明的方案是:采用金花捷报或CN100508738C文献中选育的金花捷报菜芙蓉的嫩果做基料,直接剥离该嫩果的果皮或烘烤后再行剥离,从嫩果中分离出鲜嫩种子;对鲜嫩种子进行消毒处置或烘烤后消毒处置,是为成品;按生产包装食品的要求对成品直接包装或压缩包装。
上述剥离种皮,消毒鲜嫩种子、烘烤鲜嫩种子的机械工艺采用已知技术,按生产包装食品的要求对成品直接包装或压缩包装,采用已知技术。
采集嫩果是选取花落结果后8天-28天生长的果荚。
采集嫩果后到剥离的时间是在3-23小时。
嫩果的运输温度及剥离处置中的温度是3℃-38℃。
操作消毒采用对种子直接消毒或先行对嫩果消毒,再行对嫩种消毒的二步消毒法。
嫩果的烘烤温度在60℃-110℃,烘烤时间在8分钟-58分钟。

具体实施方式
实施例1
在太行山深山区岭头山阳坡上,以原生态方式种植金花捷报。当金花捷报开花结果20天时,用剪刀从金花捷报嫩果基部剪去嫩果,剪收200kg。采收后置冷藏车8℃环境放置,6小时后用剥离向日葵果盘、种子的机械剥离出金花捷报种子130,剥离后的种子以流水作业方式,用真空包装机进行包装,包装物料用聚丙烯塑料袋,280g一袋规格。包装后用110℃蒸汽加温10分钟消毒备用。时值有警员在当地山区处置紧急事件,身处荒山峻岭,饮食供应途径及救援运送受限,连续16小时作业,极为疲惫。幸有执行任务保障人员动用警犬,快速送上几袋本发明产品,临场警员食用30多分钟后,即感身心有振奋感,致使任务较好完成。
实施例2
在太行山丘陵区神头山顶,种植用专利方案选育出的金花捷报菜芙蓉。待嫩果成型18天时,人工采收嫩果300kg,采收后置16℃环境冷藏车运抵加工厂区,在加工厂先行用紫外线消毒法对嫩果消毒,然后置嫩果于无菌操作车间,以人工无菌操作工艺剥离出金花捷报菜芙蓉嫩种180kg。对180kg嫩种用巴氏消毒法重复消毒三遍,再行以无菌操作工艺,适用冲压,真空包装设备进行包装,包装材料为包装用“金属箔纸”、“玻璃纸”,包装规格为20g一块。
在一次处置山洪爆发泥石流救援中,7名军警人员随身每人配备本发明产品30块随时食用,在连续奋战10余小时中,维持体力、精神状态情况佳好。
