本发明公开了一种铅酸蓄电池正极板栅用稀土铅合金,其特征在于:由下列重量百分比组分的材料熔化制得:钙0.01%~0.12%,锡1.2~2.0%,铝0.02%~0.05%,镧0.01%~0.12%,钇0.01%~0.12%,铈0.02%~0.15%,其余为铅。本发明的化学性能稳定,流动性好,导电性能优良,耐腐蚀性能强;用于制作的板栅组装成铅酸蓄电池,有效延长循环寿命、增强大电流放电能力和充电接受能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铅酸蓄电池正极板栅用稀土铅合金,具体地说,涉及一种铅酸蓄电池正板栅用铅钙锡铝稀土合金,属于铅酸蓄电池技术领域。
背景技术
蓄电池的核心部件就是极板,而极板的性能好坏直接决定于板栅和铅膏,板栅的质量好坏取决于板栅铅合金的性能。传统的板栅铅合金为铅钙锡铝合金,其中钙含量在0.08-0.18%范围内,钙在该合金中起增加板栅强度的作用,但钙含量过高会使板栅的耐腐蚀性和铅液的流动性受到影响。因此,板栅铅合金的质量,影响到板栅的强度,板栅铅合金中各合金元素的含量对板栅的机械强度、导电性能和耐腐蚀性、析氢析氧电势都有较大的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种铅酸蓄电池正极板栅用稀土铅合金,该合金是在传统的铅钙锡铝合金中加入了镧、钇和铈稀土元素,并降低了钙元素的含量,镧、钇和铈的加入不仅弥补了由于钙元素减少而降低板栅强度的缺陷,而且还改善了由于钙含量过高而降低板栅耐腐蚀性能。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种铅酸蓄电池正极板栅用稀土铅合金,其由下列重量百分比组分的材料熔化制得:钙0.01%~0.12%,锡1.2~2.0%,铝0.02%~0.05%,镧0.01% ~ 0.12%,钇0.01%~0.12%,铈0.02% ~ 0.15%,其余为铅。
优选地,一种铅酸蓄电池正极板栅用稀土铅合金,其由下列重量百分比组分的材料熔化制得:钙0.03%,锡1.32%,铝0.035%,镧0.08%,钇0.06%,铈0.08%,其余为铅。
本发明在板栅铅合金中同时加入了镧、钇和铈稀土元素,其可以细化晶粒,降低合金的晶粒间隙,减少板栅筋条的断裂,增加板栅的耐腐蚀性;同时也增加了板栅与活性物质之间的接触面积,降低了板栅与活性物质之间的接触电阻,从而延长电池的循环使用寿命,增强大电流放电性能和充电接受能力。同时,按照本发明配比制作的板栅合金熔点比传统的铅钙锡铝合金低,流动性好,在浇铸时易成型,气孔等缺陷明显减少,提高生产效率。

一种铅酸蓄电池正极板栅用稀土铅合金,其由下列重量百分比组分的材料熔化制得:钙0.01%,锡1.2%,铝0.025%%,镧0.12%,钇0.12%,铈0.13%,其余为铅。
实施例2
一种铅酸蓄电池正极板栅用稀土铅合金,其由下列重量百分比组分的材料熔化制得:钙0.03%,锡1.32%,铝0.035%,镧0.08%,钇0.06%,铈0.08%,其余为铅。
实施例3
一种铅酸蓄电池正极板栅用稀土铅合金,其由下列重量百分比组分的材料熔化制得:钙0.1%,锡1.385%,铝0.05%,镧0.01%,钇0.01%,铈0.05%,其余为铅。
实施例4
一种铅酸蓄电池正极板栅用稀土铅合金,其由下列重量百分比组分的材料熔化制得:钙0.08%,锡1.5%,铝0.02%,镧0.10%,钇0.08%,铈0.08%,其余为铅。
