Abstract

本发明涉及一种四通流体换向阀,该换向阀包括四个Y型三通,所述四个Y型三通两两连通形成一个正方形,在该正方形的每条边上布置有截止阀。本发明的四通流体换向阀结构简单,加工精度要求低,制造简单,成本低,其两组截止阀交替开关就可以实现换向,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种四通流体换向装置,特别是涉及一种采用截止阀组合形成的四通流体换向阀。
背景技术
目前,公知的四通流体换向阀是由阀体、阀芯、端盖和直线移动装置组成,阀体上有四个孔,阀芯上有环形槽,通过直线移动驱动装置驱动阀芯来回移动,达到阀体上的相应孔的两两相通。但这种结构复杂,要求加工精度高、制造困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种结构简单,制造容易,工作可靠的四通流体换向阀。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现:
一种四通流体换向阀,其特征在于包括四个Y型三通,所述四个Y型三通两两连通形成一个正方形,在该正方形的每条边上布置有截止阀。
所述截止阀上安装有驱动装置和回讯器;
所述相对的两个截止阀开闭状态一致。
所述驱动装置为减速制动电机、电动推杆、气缸或油缸。
本发明的四通流体换向阀结构简单,加工精度要求低,制造简单,成本低,其两组截止阀交替开关就可以实现换向,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的结构进行说明。
本发明的四通流体换向阀包括四个Y型三通2,所述四个Y型三通2通过 3两两连通形成一个正方形,在该正方形的每条边上布置有截止阀6,截止阀6上安装有驱动装置5和回讯器4。所述驱动装置5为减速制动电机、电动推杆、气缸或油缸。上述相对的两个截止阀6开闭状态设置成一致,如图1所示,若A、C截止阀处于打开状态,同时B、D截止阀处于关闭状态,则该四通流体换向阀上的孔Ⅰ与孔Ⅱ连通、孔Ⅲ与孔Ⅳ连通;若A、C截止阀处于关闭状态,同时B、D截止阀处于打开状态,则该四通流体换向阀上的孔Ⅰ与孔Ⅳ连通、孔Ⅱ与孔Ⅲ连通。截止阀A、C和截止阀B、C交替开、关时,换向阀上的孔Ⅰ、孔Ⅱ、孔Ⅲ、孔Ⅳ实现两两相通,这样就可以实现四通流体换向阀换向的目的。

Claims (4)

1. 一种四通流体换向阀,其特征在于包括四个Y型三通(2),所述四个Y型三通(2)两两连通形成一个正方形,在该正方形的每条边上布置有截止阀(6)。
2. 按照权利要求1所述的四通流体换向阀,其特征在于所述截止阀(6)上安装有驱动装置(5)和回讯器(4)。
3. 按照权利要求1或2所述的四通流体换向阀,其特征在于所述相对的两个截止阀开闭状态一致。
4. 按照权利要求2所述的四通流体换向阀,其特征在于所述驱动装置为减速制动电机、电动推杆、气缸或油缸。
