Abstract

本发明公开了一种蝶阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀杆、阀瓣。该蝶阀从以下几方面对蝶阀的性能进行了提升:1、通过将阀瓣分为2部分,且设置泄压孔,使该阀瓣在整体旋转之前先行泄压且开启时分步开启,从而使该蝶阀的开启压力较小,较为省力;2、通过采用钛材料以及氟塑层的引入,极大提高了该蝶阀的耐腐蚀能力;3、通过防尘环的设置提高了该蝶阀的防尘性能;4、通过密封带的设置提高了该蝶阀的密封性能。这样,使该蝶阀具有较佳的综合性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其是涉及一种蝶阀。
背景技术
不可否认,蝶阀已经成为目前应用最为广泛的阀门之一。一般的,蝶阀包括阀体、阀座、阀杆、阀瓣。即,该阀座固定于该阀体内腔中,该阀瓣位于该阀座的内腔中,该阀瓣旋转后其边缘和阀座密封或打开,而该阀杆用于带动该阀瓣进行旋转,该阀杆的上部穿过该阀体的上部之后连接至手柄或者执行器等旋转装置。然而,蝶阀所处的工作环境大多较为恶劣,比如多尘、高温、流通的介质压力较大、介质具有腐蚀性等,且蝶阀的尺寸规格日趋变大,从而开启蝶阀极为费力。因此,人们极其期待出现一种能够防尘、防腐。密封性能较优,且开启较为省力的蝶阀。即,期待蝶阀具有较好的综合性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种蝶阀,它具有综合性能较佳的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:蝶阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀杆、阀瓣,
所述阀瓣包括均呈半圆形的左瓣体和右瓣体,该左瓣体和右瓣体的直边通过铰轴铰链在一起,且该右瓣体上开有泄压孔,该泄压孔上螺接有边侧具有透水孔的盖子,该泄压孔内设有密封塞,该密封塞的上部穿过该盖子后设有环形槽且该密封塞的中部和该盖子之间设有压簧,同时,该阀杆上不可旋转的固定有提拉件,该提拉件上设有连接孔以及钳形头,且该铰轴连接有竖轴,该竖轴穿在该连接孔内且该竖轴和该连接孔之间具有间隙,该钳形头卡在该环形槽内,该钳形头的厚度小于该环形槽的宽度,该钳形头和该右瓣体之间连接有拉簧;
所述阀杆上部穿在该阀体的上部的部分设有限位台阶,且该阀体上通过螺钉固定有盖板,该阀杆上紧邻该限位台阶的上部依次套有至少3个钛材料制备的防尘环,且该防尘环是钛材料板材切裁后形成,该盖板对该防尘环的上部进行限位;
前述阀体、阀座、阀杆、阀瓣、提拉件、铰轴、竖轴、盖子均为钛材料制备;
前述压簧、拉簧的外表面均设有氟塑层;
所述阀座围绕该阀瓣的圆周设有导引斜面,该导引斜面的倾斜方向为沿着该阀瓣的开启时的方向而使该阀座的开口趋大;
所述阀瓣的外缘设有内卡槽,该导引斜面上设有外卡槽,且该内卡槽和外卡槽内均卡有氟塑材料制备的密封带,该密封带具有封闭腔,该封闭腔内充有惰性气体。
所述惰性气体为氩气。
本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:综合性能较佳。本发明的蝶阀从以下几方面对蝶阀的性能进行了提升:1、通过将阀瓣分为2部分,且设置泄压孔,使该阀瓣在整体旋转之前先行泄压且开启时分步开启,从而使该蝶阀的开启压力较小,较为省力;2、通过采用钛材料以及氟塑层的引入,极大提高了该蝶阀的耐腐蚀能力;3、通过防尘环的设置提高了该蝶阀的防尘性能;4、通过密封带的设置提高了该蝶阀的密封性能。这样,使该蝶阀具有较佳的综合性能。

具体实施方式
实施例,见图1至图3所示:蝶阀,包括阀体10、阀座20、阀杆30、阀瓣40。具体的:
该阀瓣40包括均呈半圆形的左瓣体41和右瓣体42,该左瓣体41和右瓣体42的直边通过铰轴43铰链在一起。即,该左瓣体41和右瓣体42铰连在一起后形成一个完整圆形的阀瓣40。该右瓣体42上开有泄压孔421,该泄压孔421上螺接有边侧具有透水孔422的盖子423。该泄压孔421内设有密封塞424,该密封塞424的上部穿过该盖子423后设有环形槽426且该密封塞424的中部和该盖子423之间设有压簧425。显然,该密封塞424多采用塑料材质制备,比如采用氟塑材料。同时,该阀杆30上不可旋转的固定有提拉件50。该提拉件50上设有连接孔51以及钳形头52。显然,该连接孔51的轴心线呈竖向,即,平行于该阀杆30的走向。该铰轴43连接有竖轴44,该竖轴44穿在该连接孔51内且该竖轴44和该连接孔51之间具有间隙45。该钳形头52卡在该环形槽426内从而能够将该密封塞424提拉起来,且该钳形头52的厚度小于该环形槽426的宽度,该钳形头52和该右瓣体42之间连接有拉簧60。这样,当需要打开该蝶阀时,旋转该阀杆30,从而该提拉件50跟随该阀杆30进行旋转。由于该竖轴44在该连接孔51内两侧具有间隙45从而在该提拉件50旋转的初期,该竖轴44不会动作。但是,该钳形头52已然带起该密封塞424,从而该泄压孔421打开,使该阀瓣40两侧的液体压力趋小,便于该阀瓣40整体位移和旋转。接着,阀杆30继续旋转,该钳形头52继续提拉该密封塞424继而带动该右瓣体42和该阀座20之间具有一定的间隙。也就是说,该右瓣体42相对于该左瓣体41先行开启。该阀杆30继续旋转,直至该竖轴44和该连接孔51的侧壁接触后,带动该铰轴43动作,从而使该左瓣体41亦产生旋转。即,该阀瓣40的旋转为分阶段旋转,进一步减小了该阀瓣40开启的压力。
该阀杆30上部穿在该阀体10的上部的部分设有限位台阶31,且该阀体10上通过螺钉固定有盖板11。该阀杆30上紧邻该限位台阶31的上部依次套有至少3个钛材料制备的防尘环70,该防尘环70可以是钛材料板材切裁后形成。此时,该盖板11对该防尘环70的上部进行限位。这样,若干个防尘环70紧密的叠在一起,起到了较好的防尘作用。
前述阀体10、阀座20、阀杆30、阀瓣40、提拉件50、铰轴43、竖轴44、盖子423均采用钛材料制备;而前述压簧425、拉簧60的外表面均设有氟塑层。这样,使该蝶阀具有较好的防腐蚀性能。
进一步的讲,该阀座20围绕该阀瓣40的圆周设有导引斜面21。这样,由于该阀瓣40由左瓣体41和右瓣体42组成,从而该导引斜面21便于该阀瓣40和该阀座20进行密封配合。显然,该导引斜面21的倾斜方向为沿着该阀瓣40的开启时的方向而使该阀座20的开口趋大。
更进步一步的讲,该阀瓣40的外缘设有内卡槽401,该导引斜面21上设有外卡槽211,该内卡槽401和外卡槽211内均卡有氟塑材料制备的密封带80,该密封带80具有封闭腔81,该封闭腔81内充有惰性气体。该惰性气体为氩气。这样,使该阀瓣40和该阀座20的密封性能极优,而惰性气体和密封带80的反应几乎为零,从而不会降低该密封带80的使用寿命。

1.蝶阀,包括阀体(10)、阀座(20)、阀杆(30)、阀瓣(40),其特征在于:
所述阀瓣(40)包括均呈半圆形的左瓣体(41)和右瓣体(42),该左瓣体(41)和右瓣体(42)的直边通过铰轴(43)铰链在一起,且该右瓣体(42)上开有泄压孔(421),该泄压孔(421)上螺接有边侧具有透水孔(422)的盖子(423),该泄压孔(421)内设有密封塞(424),该密封塞(424)的上部穿过该盖子(423)后设有环形槽(426)且该密封塞(424)的中部和该盖子(423)之间设有压簧(425),同时,该阀杆(30)上不可旋转的固定有提拉件(50),该提拉件(50)上设有连接孔(51)以及钳形头(52),且该铰轴(43)连接有竖轴(44),该竖轴(44)穿在该连接孔(51)内且该竖轴(44)和该连接孔(51)之间具有间隙(45),该钳形头(52)卡在该环形槽(426)内,该钳形头(52)的厚度小于该环形槽(426)的宽度,该钳形头(52)和该右瓣体(42)之间连接有拉簧(60);
所述阀杆(30)上部穿在该阀体(10)的上部的部分设有限位台阶(31),且该阀体(10)上通过螺钉固定有盖板(11),该阀杆(30)上紧邻该限位台阶(31)的上部依次套有至少3个钛材料制备的防尘环(70),且该防尘环(70)是钛材料板材切裁后形成,该盖板(11)对该防尘环(70)的上部进行限位;
前述阀体(10)、阀座(20)、阀杆(30)、阀瓣(40)、提拉件(50)、铰轴(43)、竖轴(44)、盖子(423)均为钛材料制备;
前述压簧(425)、拉簧(60)的外表面均设有氟塑层;
所述阀座(20)围绕该阀瓣(40)的圆周设有导引斜面(21),该导引斜面(21)的倾斜方向为沿着该阀瓣(40)的开启时的方向而使该阀座(20)的开口趋大;
所述阀瓣(40)的外缘设有内卡槽(401),该导引斜面(21)上设有外卡槽(211),且该内卡槽(401)和外卡槽(211)内均卡有氟塑材料制备的密封带(80),该密封带(80)具有封闭腔(81),该封闭腔(81)内充有惰性气体。
