本发明公开了一种科研教学用发酵罐。它包括由不锈钢材料制成的下罐体和透明玻璃筒体形成的上罐体,上罐体的下端面与下罐体的上端面之间通过密封圈压紧密封,上罐体的上端安装有上压盖,上罐体的上端面与上压盖的下端面之间密封圈压紧密封,上罐体顶部与下罐体顶部之间还连接有拉杆。采用上述的结构后,下罐体为不锈钢带夹套的筒体可以用夹套水浴恒温,上半部可以在教学时让学生清楚看到发酵全过程,灭菌时上罐体外加一只不锈钢灭菌罩,在灭菌罩内能入蒸汽进行灭菌,这样灭菌方式发酵罐的玻璃筒体没有内外压差,玻璃筒体不受力,没有玻璃筒体因承压而发生爆炸危险,其结构设置合理,特别适用于教学。

本发明涉及一种发酵罐,具体地说是一种科研教学用发酵罐。
背景技术
现有的工业用发酵罐种类多种多样,不同的发酵罐都能实现不同用途的发酵,但是工业上使用的发酵罐,由于经济价值性较强,都不能从外部观察到内部的发酵状况,然而在教学中却需要从外部观察到内部的发酵状况,因此工业用发酵罐难以用于教学中使用,即便有人将工业用发酵罐直接拿来教学,但是这些发酵罐只能观察到结果,不能观察到发酵过程,因而并不能使学生获得直观的学习效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够从外部直接观察发酵状况,特别适用于教学的科研教学用发酵罐。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的科研教学用发酵罐,包括由不锈钢材料制成的下罐体和透明玻璃筒体形成的上罐体,上罐体的下端面与下罐体的上端面之间通过密封圈压紧密封,上罐体的上端安装有上压盖,上罐体的上端面与上压盖的下端面之间密封圈压紧密封,上罐体顶部与下罐体顶部之间还连接有拉杆。
所述上罐体外围设置有灭菌罩。
所述下罐体的底部设置有直流电机,直流电机与下罐体之间设置有下磁体,下罐体内设置有与下磁体位置对应的上磁体,上磁体中心部位有竖直设置在上罐体和下罐体内的搅拌轴,搅拌轴上设置有搅拌叶片。
所述上罐体和下罐体内设置有布气管。
所述下罐体为不锈钢带夹套的筒体。
采用上述的结构后,下罐体为不锈钢带夹套的筒体可以用夹套水浴恒温,上半部可以在教学时让学生清楚看到发酵全过程,灭菌时上罐体外加一只不锈钢灭菌罩,在灭菌罩内能入蒸汽进行灭菌,这样灭菌方式发酵罐的玻璃筒体没有内外压差,玻璃筒体不受力,没有玻璃筒体因承压而发生爆炸危险,其结构设置合理,特别适用于教学。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本发明的科研教学用发酵罐作进一步详细说明。
如图所示,本发明的科研教学用发酵罐,包括由不锈钢材料制成的下罐体2和透明玻璃筒体形成的上罐体1,具体的下罐体2为不锈钢带夹套的筒体,不锈钢带夹套筒体能很好的进行温度调节和恒温,使发酵过程中发酵液加温均匀,上罐体为高透明硼硅玻璃筒体,上罐体为高透明硼硅玻璃筒体可以清楚看到发酵全过程,上罐体1和下罐体2组成一只完整的发酵罐筒体,罐体内有搅拌系统等一般发酵罐所具备的所有部件,本发明不对其作详细说明,上罐体1外围设置有灭菌罩5,在灭菌罩内能入蒸汽进行灭菌,发酵罐玻璃筒体没有内外压差,不存在玻璃筒体因承压而发生爆炸危险;上罐体1的下端面与下罐体2的上端面之间通过密封圈压紧密封,上罐体1的上端安装有上压盖3,上罐体1的上端面与上压盖3的下端面之间密封圈压紧密封,所述上罐体1顶部与下罐体2顶部之间还连接有拉杆4,下罐体2的底部设置有直流电机6,直流电机6与下罐体2之间设置有下磁体7,下罐体2内设置有与下磁体7位置对应的上磁体8,上磁体8中心部位有竖直设置在上罐体和下罐体内的搅拌轴9,搅拌轴9上设置有搅拌叶片10,由此形成的内悬挂式磁力搅拌,在发酵进行灭菌时可以进行搅拌,使发酵液快速升温或降温,也使发酵液受热均匀,上罐体1和下罐体2内设置有布气管11。

1.一种科研教学用发酵罐,其特征在于:包括由不锈钢材料制成的下罐体(2)和透明玻璃筒体形成的上罐体(1),上罐体(1)的下端面与下罐体(2)的上端面之间通过密封圈压紧密封,所述上罐体(1)的上端安装有上压盖(3),上罐体(1)的上端面与上压盖(3)的下端面之间密封圈压紧密封,所述上罐体(1)顶部与下罐体(2)顶部之间还连接有拉杆(4);所述上罐体(1)外围设置有灭菌罩(5)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的科研教学用发酵罐,其特征在于:所述下罐体(2)的底部设置有直流电机(6),直流电机(6)与下罐体(2)之间设置有下磁体(7),所述下罐体(2)内设置有与下磁体(7)位置对应的上磁体(8),上磁体(8)中心部位有竖直设置在上罐体和下罐体内的搅拌轴(9),搅拌轴(9)上设置有搅拌叶片(10)。
