Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药制剂。类风湿性关节炎属于中医学“着痹”、“历节风”等范畴，主要是由于气血亏虚、营卫失和、外邪阻滞、经脉不利所致。本发明本着补肝益肾，舒筋活络，补气养血，活血化瘀，祛风除湿的治疗原则，选择中药兰花双叶草、夜关门、蒙自木蓝、大绿藤、凤尾参、狼尾巴花、大驳骨、花拐藤根、四方藤、鹰不泊，水煎成汤剂，经临床对比试验，总有效率95.6％，明显优于对照组的64.4％，服药期间未出现任何不良反应。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药制剂。
背景技术
类风湿性关节炎是以关节滑膜炎症为特征的自身免疫性疾病。其主要病变发生在滑膜，累及关节软骨、韧带、肌腱及全身组织.引起关节肿痛，继而软骨破坏，关节间隙变窄，晚期因严重骨质破坏导致关节畸形、功能活动障碍，最终导致不同程度的残疾，严重影响息者的生存质量。近年来通过临床试验证明，采用中医治疗取得良好的临床效果。中医治疗从病机入手，采用具有补肝益肾、活血化瘀、祛风除湿等功效的中药辨证施医，达到标本兼治，效果显著，复发率低，毒副作用小。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药制剂。类风湿性关节炎主要是由于气血亏虚、营卫失和、外邪阻滞、经脉不利所致。类风湿性关节炎属于中医学“着痹”、“历节风”等范畴。治以补肝益肾，舒筋活络，补气养血，活血化瘀，祛风除湿。
一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药制剂，该中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：兰花双叶草9-15份、夜关门15-25份、蒙自木蓝6-9份、大绿藤30-40份、凤尾参15-25份、狼尾巴花9-15份、大驳骨9-15份、花拐藤根9-15份、四方藤10-20份、鹰不泊35-45份。
优选的，兰花双叶草12份、夜关门20份、蒙自木蓝7份、大绿藤35份、凤尾参20份、狼尾巴花12份、大驳骨12份、花拐藤根12份、四方藤15份、鹰不泊40份。
制备方法将上述中药水煎制成汤剂。
方中：兰花双叶草补肝肾、和气血、利小便；夜关门补肝肾、散瘀消肿、益肺阴；蒙自木蓝舒筋活络、镇痛消炎；大绿藤舒筋活络、散瘀消肿、接骨；凤尾参补气血、活络；狼尾巴花散瘀消肿、活血调经、解毒生肌；大驳骨散瘀活血、祛风接骨；花拐藤根行气活络、祛风除湿；四方藤祛风湿、舒筋络；鹰不泊祛风化湿、通络消肿。
临床资料
1、一般资料所选的90例患者均符合类风湿性关节炎诊断标准，随机分成治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组：男21例，女24例，年龄23～72岁，平均47.6岁，病程5个月～8年。对照组：男26例，女19例，年龄为24～74岁，平均48.3岁，病程6个月～8年。两组在性别、年龄、病程、病情等方面无显著差异(P＞0.05)，具有可比性。
2、诊断标准(1)症状：以小关节为主，多为多关节肿胀或小关节对称性肿痛(单发者须与其他病鉴别，关节症状至少持续6周以上)，晨僵。(2)体征：受累关节肿胀压痛，活动功能受限或畸形，或强直，部分病例可有皮下结节。(3)实验室检查：RF阳性，ESR多增快。(4)X线检查：重点受累关节具有典型的类风湿关节炎X线表现。对具有上述症状和体征者，或兼有RF阳性，或兼有典型X线表现者均可诊断。
3、治疗方法治疗组患者服用本发明所述的中药制剂，称取兰花双叶草12g、夜关门20g、蒙自木蓝7g、大绿藤35g、凤尾参20g、狼尾巴花12g、大驳骨12g、花拐藤根12g、四方藤15g、鹰不泊40g，水煎成汤剂，每日一剂，分早晚2次服用。对照组患者给予单纯服用炎痛喜康用量为20mg／日，每日1次，饭后服。每个疗程30天，两组均连续治疗两个疗程。
4、疗效标准临床治愈：症状全部消失，功能活动恢复正常，主要实验指标(ESR、抗“0”、RF)正常；显效：全部症状消失，或主要症状消除，关节功能基本恢复，能参加正常工作，实验室检查结果基本正常；有效：主要症状基本消失，主要关节功能基本恢复或明显进步，生活不能自理转为能够自理，或者失去工作和劳动能力转为劳动和工作能力有所恢复，实验室检查无明显变化；无效：和治疗前相比，各方面均无进步。
5、治疗结果两组患者治疗两个疗程后疗效比较，治疗组45例，其中治愈15例(33.3％)，15例(33.3％)，显效，有效13例(28.9％)，无效2例(2.2％)，总有效率95.6％；对照组45例，其中治愈4例(8.9％)，显效15例(33.3％)，有效10例(22.2％)，无效16例(35.6％)，总有效率64.4％。两组比较，治疗组治愈率、总有效率明显优于对照组，具有可比性(P＜0.05)。服药期间未出现任何不良反应。
具体实施方式
实施例一：称取兰花双叶草12g、夜关门20g、蒙自木蓝7g、大绿藤35g、凤尾参20g、狼尾巴花12g、大驳骨12g、花拐藤根12g、四方藤15g、鹰不泊40g，将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
实施例二：称取兰花双叶草15g、夜关门15g、蒙自木蓝9g、大绿藤30g、凤尾参25g、狼尾巴花9g、大驳骨15g、花拐藤根9g、四方藤20g、鹰不泊35g，将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
实施例三：称取兰花双叶草9g、夜关门25g、蒙自木蓝6g、大绿藤40g、凤尾参15g、狼尾巴花15g、大驳骨9g、花拐藤根15g、四方藤10g、鹰不泊45g，将上述中药水煎成汤剂。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：兰花双叶草9-15份、夜关门15-25份、蒙自木蓝6-9份、大绿藤30-40份、凤尾参15-25份、狼尾巴花9-15份、大驳骨9-15份、花拐藤根9-15份、四方藤10-20份、鹰不泊35-45份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：兰花双叶草12份、夜关门20份、蒙自木蓝7份、大绿藤35份、凤尾参20份、狼尾巴花12份、大驳骨12份、花拐藤根12份、四方藤15份、鹰不泊40份。
