Abstract
本发明公开一种轻质石料隔热面板和使用该轻质石料隔热面板对建筑物外表进行隔热的施工方法,其中隔热板和加强板一体地形成在石料片上,使得因为石料片附接处理和隔热处理可以一次完全执行而施工工作简单,并且即使隔热板被火完全毁坏,也可以防止石料片从建筑物外墙脱落。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及轻质石料隔热面板和使用该轻质石料隔热板对建筑物外表进行隔热的施工方法,其中隔热板和加强板一体地在石料片上形成,使得施工工作简单,因为石料片附接处理和隔热处理可以全部一次执行,并且即使隔热板完全被火毁坏,也可以防止石料片从建筑物外墙脱落。
背景技术
广泛使用天然或人工石料片以装饰建筑物的外表。通常,因为石料片具有差的隔热性能,所以要单独执行隔热处理。即,在建筑物外墙的施工期间,通过粘合剂等将隔热板附接到建筑物外墙,用于建筑物外墙隔热,并且使用L形锚将石料片固定在隔热板的外侧。
但是,在上述施工方法中,单独执行使用隔热板隔热的隔热处理和用于外墙装饰的石料片附接处理,并且为了将L形锚固定在墙面上,应在隔热板上形成工作孔。因此,施工工作复杂因而造成施工成本增加,并且因为用于建筑物外墙装饰的常规石料片重并且具有大约3厘米到5厘米的厚度,所以施工中存在困难。
发明内容
技术问题
考虑到上述情况,本发明的目的是提供一种轻质石料隔热面板,因为通过在石料片上一体地形成隔热板和加强板,在建筑物外墙装饰期间可以一次全部执行石料片附接处理和隔热处理,所以该轻质石料隔热面板可以容易施工。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种对建筑物外表进行隔热的施工方法,因而即使在使用上述轻质石料隔热面板的施工期间,隔热板被火完全毁坏也可以防止石料片从建筑物外墙脱落。
技术方案
为了实现前述目的,提供一种轻质石料隔热面板,该轻质石料隔热面板包括:隔热板;附接到所述隔热板的正面的石料片;和附接到所述隔热板的背面的加强板。
为了实现前述目的,提供一种使用轻质石料隔热面板对建筑物外表进行隔热的施工方法,该施工方法包括以下处理:在建筑物外墙上固定设置有竖直部和水平部的L形锚;将支架固定到所述L形锚,所述支架包括:水平支撑部、从所述水平支撑部的前端向上弯曲的向上固定部、从所述水平支撑部的所述前端向下弯曲的向下固定部以及从所述水平支撑部的所述前端向前延伸的延伸支撑部;和将多个轻质石料隔热面板以网纹板阵列的方式固定到建筑物外墙,该轻质石料隔热面板包括隔热板、附接到所述隔热板的正面的石料片和附接到所述隔热板的背面的加强板,其中,所述支架的所述向上固定部插入所述隔热板的下端部中,并且相邻支架的所述向下固定部插入所述隔热板的上端部中,使得石料片按照网纹板阵列的方式被所述延伸支撑部支撑。
有益效果
因为通过在石料片上一体地形成隔热板和加强板而在建筑物外墙装饰期间可以一次全部执行石料片附接处理和隔热处理,所以根据本发明的轻质石料隔热面板可以容易施工。
即使在使用上述轻质石料隔热面板的施工期间隔热板被火完全毁坏,根据本发明的施工方法也可以防止石料片从建筑物外墙脱落。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图详细地描述根据本发明的优选实施方式的轻质石料隔热面板和使用该轻质石料隔热面板对建筑物外表进行隔热的施工方法。
图1是根据本发明的轻质石料隔热面板的立体图,并且图2是在图1中示出的轻质石料隔热面板的截面图。
根据本发明的轻质石料隔热面板包括隔热板110、石料片120和加强板130。
隔热板110被构造为对建筑物外墙进行隔热,所以可以使用任何具有优异隔热属性的材料。但是,优选的是,隔热板110的材料是从EPS、聚氨酯板、石棉板或玻璃绒板中选择的任一种,以固定到稍后描述的支架的固定件。
石料片120被构造为装饰建筑物外墙,所以优选的是,使用天然石料,但也可以使用人工石料。石料片120通过利用粘合剂等附接到隔热板110的正面。此时,优选的是,通过具有优异隔热属性的聚氨酯粘合剂121将石料片120附接到隔热板110。这里,由于石料片120被附接在隔热板110的正面上,所以即使它形成为仅0.5厘米到1.5厘米的厚度而非如常规地形成3厘米到5厘米的厚度,仍可以维持坚固。因此,可以提供轻质面板。
加强板130是附接到隔热板110背面的用以支撑该面板的板,并防止由于温度变化或时间流逝而导致的面板弯曲。优选地,加强板130的材料从镁板、水泥板或石膏板中的任一种选择。此外,优选的是,使用具有优异隔热属性的聚氨酯粘合剂131将加强板130附接到隔热板110。
具有上述构造的根据本发明的轻质石料隔热面板比常规面板更容易施工,由于通过在石料片120上一体地形成隔热板110和加强板130,隔热处理和石料片附接处理可以全部一次执行而不用单独执行。
此外,由于隔热板110和加强板130设置在石料片120的背面上,所以可以较薄地形成石料片的厚度。因此,可以提供轻质石料隔热面板。
下面,将描述使用上述轻质石料隔热面板对建筑物外表进行隔热的施工方法。当隔热板被火完全毁坏时,因为不存在用于支撑石料片120的构造,所以轻质石料隔热面板可能在它脱落时造成安全事故。下面将参照附图描述对建筑物外表进行隔热的施工方法,通过该方法即使隔热板110被火完全毁坏也可以防止石料片从建筑物外墙脱落。
图3是用于描述根据本发明的对建筑物外表进行隔热的施工方法的分解立体图,并且图4是用于描述根据本发明的对建筑物外表进行隔热的施工方法的截面图。
参照附图,根据本发明的施工方法包括在建筑物外墙上固定L形锚200的处理,如图3和图4所示,L形锚200设置有竖直部210和水平部220。更具体地说,被固定在建筑物外墙上的部分的竖直部210中设置有销孔211,在销孔211中插入销钉以将L形锚200固定到外墙,并且稍后描述的水平支撑部的水平部220设置有接合孔221,在接合孔221中插入销钉。
如果通过插入到接合孔的销钉将L形锚200固定到建筑物外墙,则支架300被固定到L形锚200。
优选地,支架300设置有:水平支撑部310、从水平支撑部310的前端向上弯曲的向上固定部320、从水平支撑部310的前端向下弯曲的向下固定部330和从水平支撑部310的前端向前延伸的延伸支撑部340。
在该情况下,向上固定部320和向下固定部330是固定到石料片面板的隔热板110中的部分,并且即使隔热板110被火完全毁坏,延伸支撑部340仍支撑石料片120,并且延伸支撑部340是防止石料片120脱落的部分。
优选的是,支架300还包括:向上支撑部350和向下支撑部360。向上支撑部350在水平支撑部310的后端处向上弯曲以支撑石料片的加强板130的后下端。向下支撑部360在水平支撑部310的后端处向下弯曲以支撑石料片的加强板130的后上端。此外,向上支撑部350在下端处设置有缝隙351,以使L形锚200的水平部220插入缝隙351中。
将具有上述构造的支架300固定到L形锚200,因为水平支撑部310被安装并接合到L形锚的水平部220。即,在L形锚200的水平部220穿过向上支撑部350的缝隙351后,接合销钉插入水平部220的接合孔221和水平支撑部310的接合孔311中,接着支架300和L形锚200被彼此固定。
如果支架300和L形锚200如上所述彼此固定在一起,则根据本发明的石料面板被固定到支架300。
更具体地说,在将加强板130的后下端安装在支架300的向上支撑部350上之后,加强板130的后上端被支撑在支架300的向下支撑部360上。与此同时,隔热板110的下端部载置在支架的向上固定部320上,并且隔热板110的上端部载置在相邻支架的向下固定部330上。因此,石料隔热面板固定到支架300,并且通过重复该工作,石料隔热面板排列成网格板,即,连续地向上、向下、向左、向右施工。
仔细观察这种类型的构造,如图4所示,石料隔热面板的石料片120被插入在并且被支撑在向上和向下邻接的上支架的延伸支撑部340和下支架的延伸支撑部340之间。因此,如图5所示,因为即使隔热板被火完全毁坏,石料片也不脱落,所以可以防止安全事故。
为了使石料片120更牢固地被支撑在延伸支撑部340之间,如图6所示,使用粘合剂400附接延伸支撑部340和石料片120。
此外,如图7所示,在石料片120的上端部和下端部中分别形成插入孔120-1,并且在延伸支撑部340中形成通孔340-1。当插入销钉P穿过通孔340-1并且被插入并固定到插入孔120-1时,可以将石料片120牢固地支撑在延伸支撑部340之间。
另外,向上方石料隔热面板100和下方石料隔热面板100之间的间隙施加装饰填缝剂600以进行装饰。
根据上面描述的本发明,可以提供如下一种轻质石料隔热面板,因为通过在石料片上一体地形成隔热板和加强板,而在建筑物外墙装饰期间可以一次全部执行石料片附接处理和隔热处理,而施工简单。
工业实用性
本发明可以提供一种轻质石料隔热面板,其中隔热板和加强板一体地形成在石料片上,使得因为可以一次全部执行石料片附接处理和隔热处理,所以施工工作简单。
Claims (8)
1.一种轻质石料隔热面板,该轻质石料隔热面板包括:
隔热板;
附接到所述隔热板的正面的石料片;和
附接到所述隔热板的背面的加强板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质石料隔热面板,其中,所述石料片和所述加强板通过聚氨酯粘合剂附接到所述隔热板的两面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轻质石料隔热面板,其中,所述隔热板是从EPS、聚氨酯板、石棉板或玻璃绒板中选择的,而所述加强板是从镁板、水泥板或石膏板中选择的。
4.一种使用轻质石料隔热面板对建筑物外表进行隔热的施工方法,该施工方法包括以下处理:
在建筑物外墙上固定设置有竖直部和水平部的L形锚;
将支架固定到所述L形锚,所述支架包括:水平支撑部、从所述水平支撑部的前端向上弯曲的向上固定部、从所述水平支撑部的所述前端向下弯曲的向下固定部以及从所述水平支撑部的所述前端向前延伸的延伸支撑部;和
将多个轻质石料隔热面板以网纹板阵列的方式固定到建筑物外墙,该轻质石料隔热面板包括隔热板、附接到所述隔热板的正面的石料片和附接到所述隔热板的背面的加强板,其中,所述支架的所述向上固定部插入所述隔热板的下端部中,并且相邻支架的所述向下固定部插入所述隔热板的上端部中,使得石料片按照网纹板阵列的方式被所述延伸支撑部支撑。
5.根据权利要求4所述的施工方法,其中,所述支架还包括在所述水平支撑部的后端处向上弯曲的向上支撑部和在所述水平支撑部的后端处向下弯曲的向下支撑部,使得在所述加强板的后下端被支撑在所述向上支撑部上的状态下,所述隔热板的下端部载置在所述支架的向上固定部上,并且在所述加强板的后上端被支撑在所述向下支撑部上的状态下,所述隔热板的上端部载置在相邻支架的向下固定部上。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的施工方法,其中,所述石料片和所述加强板通过聚氨酯粘合剂附接到所述隔热板的两面,所述隔热板是从EPS、聚氨酯板、石棉板或玻璃绒板中选择的,而所述加强板是从镁板、水泥板或石膏板中选择的。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的施工方法,其中,所述延伸支撑部和所述石料片通过粘合剂而彼此附接在一起。
8.根据权利要求4或5所述的施工方法,其中,在所述石料片的上端部和下端部中分别形成插入孔,并且在所述延伸支撑部中形成通孔,使得插入销钉穿过所述通孔并且被插入并固定在所述插入孔中。
