技术领域
本发明涉及食品防腐剂山梨酸的检测方法。 
背景技术
山梨酸是国际粮农组织和卫生组织推荐的高效安全的防腐保鲜剂,广泛应用于食品、饮料、烟草、农药、化妆品等行业,作为不饱和酸,也可用于树脂、香料和橡胶工业。 
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中的缺陷,提供了一种食品防腐剂山梨酸的检测方法。 
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:食品防腐剂山梨酸的检测方法,是采用毛细管气相色谱内标法进行测定。 
进一步的,上述的食品防腐剂山梨酸的检测方法,所述毛细管气相色谱内标法测定过程中,气相色谱法的样品前处理是先以盐酸酸化,再用乙醚提取,然后用氯化钠酸性溶液洗涤,再过无水硫酸钠层,水浴挥干后再用石油醚—乙醚溶解即可。 
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的食品防腐剂山梨酸的检测方法,方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,具有良好的精密度与准确度,检出限可达1.0mg/L。 
具体实施方式
实施例1:
食品防腐剂山梨酸的检测方法,是采用毛细管气相色谱内标法进行测定,其中,气相色谱法的样品前处理是先以盐酸酸化,再用乙醚提取,然后用氯化钠酸性溶液洗涤,再过无水硫酸钠层,水浴挥干后再用石油醚—乙醚溶解即可。

2.根据权利要求1所述的食品防腐剂山梨酸的检测方法,其特征在于,所述毛细管气相色谱内标法测定过程中,气相色谱法的样品前处理是先以盐酸酸化,再用乙醚提取,然后用氯化钠酸性溶液洗涤,再过无水硫酸钠层,水浴挥干后再用石油醚—乙醚溶解即可。
