本发明公开了一种单向溢流阀,其包括阀体,所述的阀体设有流体流入通道和流体流出通道,所述的阀体内设有连通流体流入通道和流体流出通道的阀腔,所述的阀腔内设有弹簧,所述的弹簧的一端套有弹簧座,所述的弹簧座的另一端设有在弹簧压力下与流体流入通道出口相抵的钢球,所述的弹簧的另一端套有调节螺母。本发明的有益效果有:当液压系统压力达到溢流阀的开启压力时,溢流阀开启;当系统压力降至溢流阀的关闭压力时,溢流阀关闭,液压系统压力逐渐升高。该装置在液压设备中主要起定压溢流、稳压、系统卸荷和安全保护作用。结构紧凑,灵敏度高,控制精度高,能有效的提高机电设备的控制精度。

一种单向溢流阀
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种单向溢流阀。
【背景技术】
目前,液压控制是大多数机电设备实现自动化控制不可或缺的关键技术,而液压控制的灵敏度与稳定性很大程度上影响了机电设备的运动精度与控制精度,因此,设计并制作灵敏、可靠的单向溢流阀能有效地保障机电设备的运动精度与控制精度。
【发明内容】
本发明针对液压控制的实际应用需求,利用弹簧弹性力与液压系统工作压力的关系,设计了一款单向溢流阀,用于控制液压系统的工作压力,在液压设备中起定压溢流、稳压、系统卸荷和安全保护作用。该装置结构紧凑,灵敏度高,控制精度高,能有效的提高机电设备的控制精度。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种单向溢流阀,其特征在于其包括阀体,所述的阀体设有流体流入通道和流体流出通道,所述的阀体内设有连通流体流入通道和流体流出通道的阀腔,所述的阀腔内设有弹簧,所述的弹簧的一端套有弹簧座,所述的弹簧座的另一端设有在弹簧压力下与流体流入通道出口相抵的钢球,所述的弹簧的另一端套有调节螺母。
如上所述的一种单向溢流阀,其特征在于所述的流体流入通道与流体流出通道垂直相交的设置在阀体上。
如上所述的一种单向溢流阀,其特征在于所述的流体流入通道相对的一侧活动连接有阀盖,阀盖内侧与调节螺母相抵。
如上所述的一种单向溢流阀,其特征在于所述的阀盖与阀体之间设有垫圈。
本发明的有益效果有:当液压系统压力达到溢流阀的开启压力时,溢流阀开启;当系统压力降至溢流阀的关闭压力时,溢流阀关闭,液压系统压力逐渐升高。该装置在液压设备中主要起定压溢流、稳压、系统卸荷和安全保护作用。结构紧凑,灵敏度高,控制精度高,能有效的提高机电设备的控制精度。

【具体实施方式】
一种单向溢流阀,其包括阀体1,所述的阀体1设有流体流入通道2和流体流出通道3,所述的阀体1内设有连通流体流入通道2和流体流出通道3的阀腔4,所述的阀腔4内设有弹簧5,所述的弹簧5的一端套有弹簧座6,所述的弹簧座6的另一端设有在弹簧压力下与流体流入通道2出口相抵的钢球7,所述的弹簧5的另一端套有调节螺母8。
流体流入通道2与流体流出通道3垂直相交的设置在阀体1上。
流体流入通道2相对的一侧活动连接有阀盖9,阀盖9内侧与调节螺母8相抵,阀盖9与阀体1之间设有垫圈10。
本发明的工作原理是:当系统压力升高时,工作液对钢球7产生压力并作用于弹簧座6,克服弹簧5的弹性力向左移动,阀口通流面积增加,溢流量增大,进而使系统压力下降;当工作液的压力小于弹簧的弹性力时,弹簧座6在弹簧5弹性力的作用下推动钢球7向右移动,阀口通流面积减小,溢流量减少,进而使系统压力上升,从而对系统起定压溢流、稳压、系统卸荷和安全保护作用。

1.一种单向溢流阀,其特征在于其包括阀体(1),所述的阀体(1)设有流体流入通道(2)和流体流出通道(3),所述的阀体(1)内设有连通流体流入通道(2)和流体流出通道(3)的阀腔(4),所述的阀腔(4)内设有弹簧(5),所述的弹簧(5)的一端套有弹簧座(6),所述的弹簧座(6)的另一端设有在弹簧压力下与流体流入通道(2)出口相抵的钢球(7),所述的弹簧(5)的另一端套有调节螺母(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单向溢流阀,其特征在于所述的流体流入通道(2)与流体流出通道(3)垂直相交的设置在阀体(1)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种单向溢流阀,其特征在于所述的流体流入通道(2)相对的一侧活动连接有阀盖(9),阀盖(9)内侧与调节螺母(8)相抵。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种单向溢流阀,其特征在于所述的阀盖(9)与阀体(1)之间设有垫圈(10)。
