一种消震室用可调机械式液压压力安全阀,主要由接头、钢球、弹簧、调整螺母、紧定螺钉、垫片、平肩接头和外罩螺母组成,其特征在于:该发明采用非标接头用于连通消震室,在接头内安装用钢球和弹簧,在弹簧的端部安装有可调整弹簧压缩量的调整螺母。本发明的有益效果是,在要求较高压力控制回路中,大大提高了溢流阀控制精度,有利于机组安全可靠性运行。

技术领域:
本发明涉及机械设备技术领域,尤其是指一种消震室用可调机械式液压压力安全阀。
背景技术:
现行船用调节油油站设计中,溢流阀作为稳压、调压或限压作用的压力控制元件普遍存在,为了保证调节精度,消除液压激励影响,往往溢流阀设计中设置有消震室,而消震室压力控制一般是通过试验办法调整连通其和排油之间节流孔板大小来保证。在后期运行过程中,由于系统油压波动,引起消震室压力不稳定,造成溢流阀压力调整精度不高,容易波动。对于要求较高压力控制回路而言,传统的仅带有节流孔板式消震室的溢流阀无法保证控制精度,严重的会影响机组的安全运行。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种消震室用可调机械式液压压力安全阀,解决溢流阀消震室压力波动造成溢流阀控制精度降低的问题。
一种消震室用可调机械式液压压力安全阀,主要由接头、钢球、弹簧、调整螺母、紧定螺钉、垫片、平肩接头和外罩螺母组成,其特征在于:该发明采用非标接头用于连通消震室,在接头内安装用钢球和弹簧,在弹簧的端部安装有可调整弹簧压缩量的调整螺母。
所述接头材料采用35型材加工;与消震室采用螺纹连接,在相配合表面粗糙度为1.6,与钢球配合面采用45°倒角,粗糙度为3.2。
本发明的有益效果是,在要求较高压力控制回路中,大大提高了溢流阀控制精度,有利于机组安全可靠性运行。

一种消震室用可调机械式液压压力安全阀,主要由接头1、钢球2、弹簧3、调整螺母4、紧定螺钉5、垫片6、平肩接头7和外罩螺母8组成,其特征在于:该发明采用非标接头用于连通消震室,在接头1内安装用钢球2和弹簧3,在弹簧3的端部安装有可调整弹簧压缩量的调整螺母4。
所述接头1材料采用35型材加工;与消震室采用螺纹1-1连接,在相配合表面1-2粗糙度为1.6,与钢球2配合面1-3采用45°倒角,粗糙度为3.2。
结合图1说明,该发明通过调整螺母4来调整弹簧3的压缩量,从而设定可调机械式液压压力安全阀的动作值,进而通过安全阀的动作保证消震室压力恒定,从而达到提高溢流阀控制精度的目的。
结合图1说明,该发明中采用的钢球2、平肩接头7和外罩螺母8均采用船标CB 56 -1983,提高通用性。
结合图2说明,所述接头1材料采用35型材加工。与消震室采用螺纹1-1连接,并在相配合表面1-2粗糙度保证1.6,用以保证安装密封性,与钢球2配合面1-3采用45°倒角,粗糙度3.2,与调整螺母4采用螺纹1-4连接,与外罩螺母8采用螺纹1-5连接。

1.一种消震室用可调机械式液压压力安全阀,主要由接头(1)、钢球(2)、弹簧(3)、调整螺母(4)、紧定螺钉(5)、垫片(6)、平肩接头(7)和外罩螺母(8)组成,其特征在于:该发明采用非标接头用于连通消震室,在接头(1)内安装用钢球(2)和弹簧(3),在弹簧(3)的端部安装有可调整弹簧压缩量的调整螺母(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消震室用可调机械式液压压力安全阀,其特征在于:所述接头(1)材料采用35型材加工;与消震室采用螺纹(1-1)连接,在相配合表面(1-2)粗糙度为1.6,与钢球(2)配合面采用45°倒角,粗糙度为3.2。
