本发明公开了一种磁环手动倒角装置,包括中间设置有凹槽的圆环和内置有电机的手柄,所述凹槽与待倒角磁环的圆环端面相匹配,凹槽底部设置有倒角打磨机构,远离凹槽一侧的圆环底部通过连接件固定有带有外螺纹的中空螺纹杆,所述电机连接有从手柄顶端伸出的转轴,该转轴的伸出端设置有与中空螺纹杆相匹配的外螺纹,所述手柄上还设置有开关按键采用上述结构后,将待倒角磁环的圆环端面放置在上述圆环的凹槽中,转轴将在电机的带动下,带动圆环转动,凹槽内的倒角打磨机构在转动时,将使待倒角磁环的内、外边角倒角,从而,倒角均匀、无遗漏,生产效率高。

一种磁环手动倒角装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种磁环生产辅助加工装置,特别是一种磁环手动倒角装置。
背景技术
现有磁环生产中,尤其是铁氧体磁环,在成型压制阶段,即使设计了工艺角,然而仍不可避免地会出现倒角尖锐部分。因该尖锐部分在后续线圈绕制时,可能会划破线圈的绝缘层,导致安全事故的发生;也可能会在喷涂过程中,使边角部分喷漆不良,导致耐压不良,因而,在成型压制完成后,会要求对磁环边角进行倒角处理。然而,现有大磁环的倒角方式,主要是人工倒角为主,而人工倒角主要是采用小刀或刀片对磁环边角进行旋转刮拭。这种人工倒角,不仅劳动强度大、生产效率低,而且,倒角不均匀,易出现凹坑或遗漏倒角的现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种倒角均匀、劳动强度小且生产效率高的磁环手动倒角装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
    一种磁环手动倒角装置,包括中间设置有凹槽的圆环和内置有电机的手柄,所述凹槽与待倒角磁环的圆环端面相匹配,凹槽底部设置有倒角打磨机构,远离凹槽一侧的圆环底部通过连接件固定有带有外螺纹的中空螺纹杆,所述电机连接有从手柄顶端伸出的转轴,该转轴的伸出端设置有与中空螺纹杆相匹配的外螺纹,所述手柄上还设置有开关按键。
    所述手柄上还设置有用于放置电池的电池盒。
    所述倒角打磨机构为设置于凹槽底部两侧边的两条倾斜设置的环状削刀。
    所述倒角打磨机构为设置于凹槽底部两侧边的两条锥形设置的环状磨石。 
本发明采用上述结构后,将待倒角磁环的圆环端面放置在上述圆环的凹槽中,转轴将在电机的带动下,带动圆环转动,凹槽内的倒角打磨机构在转动时,将使待倒角磁环的内、外边角倒角,从而,倒角均匀、无遗漏,生产效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体较佳实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
    如图1所示,一种磁环手动倒角装置,包括中间设置有凹槽2的圆环1和内置有电机6的手柄5,所述凹槽2与待倒角磁环的圆环端面相匹配,凹槽2底部设置有倒角打磨机构,远离凹槽2一侧的圆环1底部通过连接件3固定有带有外螺纹的中空螺纹杆4,所述电机6连接有从手柄5顶端伸出的转轴7,该转轴7的伸出端设置有与中空螺纹杆4相匹配的外螺纹8,所述手柄5上还设置有开关按键10。转轴7与中空螺纹杆4为螺纹连接,可拆卸,可根据不同磁环的内外径不同,更换相应的圆环1。
    所述手柄5上还设置有用于放置电池的电池盒9,在不方便使用外接电源时,可直接使用电池进行驱动,且携带方便。
    所述倒角打磨机构为设置于凹槽2底部两侧边的两条倾斜设置的环状削刀。
    所述倒角打磨机构为设置于凹槽2底部两侧边的两条锥形设置的环状磨石。 
使用时,将待倒角磁环平铺放置在木盒或平面上,中间留有一定间隔,操作人员握住手柄5,根据待倒角磁环的大小,安装与之匹配的圆环1,后将圆环1的凹槽2放置在待倒角磁环的一侧圆环端面上,按动开关按键10,转轴7将在电机6的带动下,带动圆环1转动,凹槽2内的倒角打磨机构也随之转动,将待倒角磁环的内、外边角倒角。待倒角磁环一侧圆环端面,倒角完成后,使待倒角磁环翻身,进行另一端面的倒角处理。从而,倒角均匀、无遗漏,生产效率高。

1.一种磁环手动倒角装置,其特征在于:包括中间设置有凹槽(2)的圆环(1)和内置有电机(6)的手柄(5),所述凹槽(2)与待倒角磁环的圆环端面相匹配,凹槽(2)底部设置有倒角打磨机构,远离凹槽(2)一侧的圆环(1)底部通过连接件(3)固定有带有外螺纹的中空螺纹杆(4),所述电机(6)连接有从手柄(5)顶端伸出的转轴(7),该转轴(7)的伸出端设置有与中空螺纹杆(4)相匹配的外螺纹(8),所述手柄(5)上还设置有开关按键(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁环手动倒角装置,其特征在于:所述手柄(5)上还设置有用于放置电池的电池盒(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁环手动倒角装置,其特征在于:所述倒角打磨机构为设置于凹槽(2)底部两侧边的两条倾斜设置的环状削刀。
4.根据权利要求1所述的磁环手动倒角装置,其特征在于:所述倒角打磨机构为设置于凹槽(2)底部两侧边的两条锥形设置的环状磨石。
