本发明涉及一种灯泡封口机的托架装置,所述托架装置包括灯泡支撑环和旋转盘,灯泡支撑环通过两根支撑杆固定在旋转盘的上方,所述旋转盘中央还固定设有充气管;所述灯泡支撑环上还设置四根金属细杆,金属细杆将灯泡支撑环四等分。本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案,通过在灯泡支撑环上设置金属细杆,并且金属细杆将灯泡支撑环四等分,金属细杆能在灯泡半径过大时对灯泡起到均匀支撑作用,减少位置的偏差,为后期灯丝位置的调整提供了便利,使得灯泡整体的质量得到提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯泡封口机器,尤其涉及一种灯泡封口机的托架装置。 
背景技术
发光强度检测标准灯是用来体现和传递发光强度单位(坎德拉cd)的量值,是光辐射测量中的重要标准器具。发光强度检测标准灯一般由白炽灯或卤钨灯制作,为了使灯丝成为发光强度检测标准灯唯一的发光体,该种灯对封口质量要求较高。 
目前典型的灯泡封口机的托架装置的尺寸是固定不变的,当遇到泡壳半径略大的灯泡时,托架装置对其支撑作用会变得不均衡,位置偏移严重,影响后期灯丝位置的调整。 
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种灯泡封口机的托架装置,该装置能使得托架对较大半径的灯泡的支撑作用更加均匀。 
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案: 
一种灯泡封口机的托架装置,所述托架装置包括灯泡支撑环和旋转盘,灯泡支撑环通过两根支撑杆固定在旋转盘的上方,所述旋转盘中央还固定设有充气管;所述灯泡支撑环上还设置四根金属细杆,金属细杆将灯泡支撑环四等分。
本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案,通过在灯泡支撑环上设置金属细杆,并且金属细杆将灯泡支撑环四等分,金属细杆能在灯泡半径过大时对灯泡起到均匀支撑作用,减少位置的偏差,为后期灯丝位置的调整提供了便利,使得灯泡整体的质量得到提高。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。 
如图1所示的一种灯泡封口机的托架装置,包括灯泡支撑环31和旋转盘35,灯泡支撑环31通过两根支撑杆33固定在旋转盘35的上方,所述灯泡支撑环31上还设置四根金属细杆32,金属细杆32将灯泡支撑环31四等分,所述旋转盘35中央还固定设有充气管34。 
当灯泡半径过大时,便有金属细杆32对其提供辅助支撑,进一步提高灯泡在封口过程中的稳定性。

1.一种灯泡封口机的托架装置,其特征在于:所述托架装置包括灯泡支撑环(31)和旋转盘(35),灯泡支撑环(31)通过两根支撑杆(33)固定在旋转盘(35)的上方,所述旋转盘(35)中央还固定设有充气管(34);所述灯泡支撑环(31)上还设置四根金属细杆(32),金属细杆(32)将灯泡支撑环(31)四等分。
