本发明实施例公开了一种液晶显示面板的显示方法,包括:将液晶显示面板中多个像素单元以行为单位分为多个群组;获得各群组中每一行像素单元中子像素单元颜色的排列情况,并得到相同颜色排列情况所属像素单元的连续行数n;将n行像素单元为一显示单元,得到k个显示单元,依次翻转k为偶数时的显示单元,并使得与k为奇数时的显示单元中颜色的排列情况相同;预设多个启动顺序,驱动每一群组的各像素单元进行充电,每一启动顺序对应于显示图像时每一子像素单元的充电时序。本发明实施例还公开了一种液晶显示面板的驱动装置以及一种液晶显示装置。本发明实施例,解决了现有技术中液晶显示面板在混色画面中出现水平亮暗线的问题。

Description

一种液晶显示面板的显示方法、驱动装置及液晶显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示面板的显示方法、驱动装置及液晶显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示面板为了降低数据线和串口线的负载,最常见的面板布局方式之一是所谓“翻转像素”(Flip Pixel),即同一根数据线轮流与左右两边的子像素相接,而与之搭配的彩膜布局为“直列彩膜”(Column Color Filter),请参见图1。当显示混色画面(例如黄、青、紫色)时,这种布局方式容易导致出现“水平亮暗线”,并降低了显示质量,尤其在中低灰阶下表现更为强烈。
现以显示青色画面(0,64,64)为例,其中,驱动电压采用通常列反转驱动方式。请参见图2,为青色画面(0,64,64)时Date(数据)和Gate(栅极电压)的波形时序图。其中,Data波形的RGB颜色段分别代表写入RGB子像素的电压,由于传输延迟,Data1、Data 2、Data 4因电压需要高(64灰阶)低(0灰阶)切换而会出现充电不足;而Data3因一直维持高电压(64灰阶)而会充电充足。
请参见图3,为显示青色画面(0,64,64)时各行子像素的充电情况反映图,(其中:“—”表示不充电;“▲”表示充电不足;“■”表示充电充足)。Row(列)1、2、5、6中,R不充电,G充电不足,B充电充足;Row3、4、7、8中,R不充电,G充电充足,B充电不足。由于人眼对绿色的敏感程度高于蓝色(尤其在中低灰阶下),即G的充电情况对亮度的影响更大,因此在人眼看来Row3、4、7、8为亮线,Row1、2、5、6为暗线,从而形成“水平亮暗线”现象。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种液晶显示面板的显示方法、驱动装置及液晶显示装置,可以解决现有技术中液晶显示面板在混色画面中出现水平亮暗线的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种液晶显示面板的显示方法,液晶显示面板包括以矩阵方式排列的多个像素单元,每一像素单元包括多个子像素单元对应于多种颜色,所述方法包括:
将所述液晶显示面板中所述多个像素单元以行为单位分为多个群组,每一群组对应于所述液晶显示面板的至少一行,所述每一群组包括m行像素单元;其中,m为正整数;
获得各群组中每一行像素单元中子像素单元颜色的排列情况,并得到相同颜色排列情况所属像素单元的连续行数n;其中,n为正整数;
将获得的1至n行所述像素单元作为一显示单元,得到k个所述显示单元,依次翻转k为偶数时的所述显示单元,并使得与k为奇数时的所述显示单元中每一行像素单元中子像素单元颜色的排列情况相同;其中,m=k×n,k为正整数;
预设多个启动顺序,驱动所述每一群组的各像素单元进行充电,每一启动顺序对应于显示图像时每一子像素单元的充电时序。
其中,n取值范围为[2,100]。
其中,所述多种颜色包括红色、绿色以及蓝色。
其中,所述多个启动顺序相异。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:
不同于现有技术中翻转像素与直列彩膜搭配布局,本发明采用翻转像素与翻转彩膜搭配布局,同一根数据线总是与同一种颜色的子像素单元相连,从而解决现有技术中液晶显示面板在混色画面中出现水平亮暗线的问题。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图5所示,本发明实施例中,提出一种液晶显示面板的显示方法,液晶显示面板包括以矩阵方式排列的多个像素单元,每一像素单元包括多个子像素单元对应于多种颜色,所述方法包括:
步骤S501、将所述液晶显示面板中所述多个像素单元以行为单位分为多个群组,每一群组对应于所述液晶显示面板的至少一行,所述每一群组包括m行像素单元;其中,m为正整数;
具体过程为,将液晶显示面板划分成m×j矩阵排列的多个像素单元,其中,以m行像素单元为一个群组,共有j个群组,每一群组对应于液晶显示面板的至少一行,如图6所示;其中,m为正整数,j为正整数;液晶显示面板中每一像素单元包括多个子像素单元对应于多种颜色,多种颜色包括红色(R)、绿色(G)以及蓝色(B),即一个子像素对应一种颜色,并且子像素颜色为液晶显示面板出厂预设完成;每一行像素单元至少有一根扫描线控制信号电压的写入时序,每一列子像素单元至少有一根信号线提供信号电压。
步骤S502、获得各群组中每一行像素单元中子像素单元颜色的排列情况,并得到相同颜色排列情况所属像素单元的连续行数n;其中,n为正整数;
具体过程为,通过扫描驱动器扫描并获得各群组中每一行像素单元中子像素单元颜色的排列情况,得到相同颜色排列情况所属像素单元的连续行数n;其中,n为正整数,n在范围[2,100]中取值,且n为液晶显示面板的初始设置,每一群组中n的取值均相同;
如图1所示,现有技术中以RGB颜色排列情况子像素单元的连续行数为2,后两行是以BRG颜色排列情况的子像素单元,接着重复两行RGB、两行BGR颜色排列情况,此时获得n=2;如图4所示,现有技术中以RGB颜色排列情况子像素单元的连续行数为3,后三行是以BRG颜色排列情况的子像素单元,接着重复三行RGB、三行BGR颜色排列情况,此时获得n=3,以此类推,可将n分为不同的整数,获得子像素单元排列情况相同的连续行数。
步骤S503、将获得的1至n行所述像素单元作为一显示单元,得到k个所述显示单元,依次翻转k为偶数时的所述显示单元,并使得与k为奇数时的所述显示单元中每一行像素单元中子像素单元颜色的排列情况相同;其中,m=k×n,k为正整数;
具体过程为,将获得的1至n行像素单元作为一显示单元,再将群组分为m=k×n矩阵排列的多个显示单元,得到k个显示单元,通过数据驱动器依次翻转k为偶数时的显示单元,并使得与k为奇数时的显示单元中每一行像素单元中子像素单元颜色的排列情况相同;此时,每一根信号线都只与同种颜色的子像素单元连接,与同一根信号线连接的同种颜色的子像素单元在群组中k为奇数时的在该信号线的一侧,在群组中k为偶数时的在该信号线的另一侧;
图1中,n=2时,将群组分为k个以两行为单位的显示单元,当k为奇数时,该显示单元为包括两行RGB子像素的像素单元,当k为偶数时,该显示单元为包括两行BRG子像素的像素单元,依次将k为偶数时的显示单元翻转成k为奇数时的显示单元,即将两行BRG子像素的像素单元都翻转成两行RGB子像素的像素单元,请参见图7、图8,实现翻转像素与翻转彩膜搭配布局后,Data1至Data 4可一直维持高电压(64灰阶)而会充电充足,此时,该群组中k为奇数时与同一根信号线连接的同种颜色的子像素单元在信号线的右侧,该群组中k为偶数时与同一根信号线连接的同种颜色的子像素单元在信号线的左侧。同理,图4中,将三行BRG子像素的像素单元都翻转成三行RGB子像素的像素单元;以此类推,可以将n行BRG子像素的像素单元都翻转成n行RGB子像素的像素单元。
步骤S504、预设多个启动顺序,驱动所述每一群组的各像素单元进行充电,每一启动顺序对应于显示图像时每一子像素单元的充电时序;
具体过程为,预设多个启动顺序,驱动每一群组的各像素单元进行充电,每一启动顺序对应于显示图像时每一子像素单元的充电时序,此时,每一根信号线按预设的启动顺序给每一列子像素单元提供信号电压;其中,多个启动顺序相异。在该液晶显示面板中j个群组的启动顺序可以不同,同一群组中不同列的子像素单元充电时序也可以不同。若一群组的启动顺序为红-绿-蓝,另一群组的启动顺序为蓝-绿-红,则前者的红色子像素与后者的绿色子像素同时被启动时,这样在视觉均化的作用,可改善色偏问题。
本发明实施例中,采用翻转像素与翻转彩膜搭配布局,通过翻转子像素颜色排列情况不同的像素单元,使得同一根数据线总是与同一种颜色的子像素单元相连,从而解决现有技术中液晶显示面板在混色画面中出现水平亮暗线的问题。
如图9所述,本发明实施例中,还提出一种液晶显示面板的驱动装置,液晶显示面板包括以矩阵方式排列的多个像素单元,每一像素单元包括多个子像素单元对应于多种颜色,所述驱动装置包括:
一连接到多条扫描线的扫描驱动器,所述扫描驱动器用于扫描所述液晶显示面板多个像素单元中每一行子像素单元颜色的排列情况;
一连接到多条数据线的数据驱动器,所述数据驱动器用于传输所述子像素单元的充电电压,并提供所述每一子像素单元的极性翻转;以及
一时间控制器,所述时间控制器用于控制所述扫描驱动器和数据驱动器,并预设多个启动顺序,驱动所述各像素单元进行充电,每一启动顺序对应于显示图像时所述每一子像素单元的充电时序。
在本发明实施例提供的液晶显示面板的驱动装置中,液晶显示面板为多薄膜三栅极晶体管液晶显示面板,该液晶显示面板的驱动装置中的扫描驱动器依次扫描每一行像素单元Gate 1至Gate m,并得到每一行像素单元中每一行子像素单元颜色的排列情况,每一次只有一行像素单元被扫描;其中,多种颜色包括红色、绿色以及蓝色。
该液晶显示面板的驱动装置中的数据驱动器采用列反转驱动方式驱动数据线Data 1至Data I,在第一帧扫描期间,数据驱动器将具有正极性的视频信号提供给奇数列数据线(Data 1、Data 3等等)相连接的子像素单元,数据驱动器将具有负极性的视频信号提供给偶数列数据线(Data 2、Data 4等等)相连接的子像素单元。在第二帧扫描期间,数据驱动器将视频信号进行反转,因此具有负极性的视频信号提供给奇数列数据线(Data 1、Data 3等等)相连接的子像素单元,具有正极性的视频信号提供给偶数列数据线(Data 2、Data 4等等)相连接的子像素单元,因此数据驱动器可以实现视频信号的点反转方式。
该液晶显示面板的驱动装置中的时间控制器用于控制扫描驱动器和数据驱动器,并根据多个启动顺序,驱动各像素单元进行充电,每一启动顺序对应于显示图像时每一子像素单元的充电时序;其中,多个启动顺序相异。
请参见图7,为图1中实现翻转像素与翻转彩膜搭配布局的结构示意图,将n=2的液晶显示面板中BRG颜色交替的像素单元行均翻转成RGB颜色交替的像素单元行,从而实现同一根数据线与同一种颜色的子像素单元相连。
如图10所述,本发明实施例中,还提出一种液晶显示装置,包括液晶显示面板以及上述液晶显示面板的驱动装置,液晶显示面板的驱动装置构成和连接关系等在此不一一赘述。
其中,该液晶显示面板包括:多条互相平行的扫描线;多个平行且与多条扫描线绝缘相交的数据线;以矩阵方式排列的多个像素单元,每一像素单元包括多个子像素单元对应于多种颜色。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,所述的存储介质,如ROM/RAM、磁盘、光盘等。

Claims (4)

1.一种液晶显示面板的显示方法,其特征在于,液晶显示面板包括以矩阵方式排列的多个像素单元,每一像素单元包括多个子像素单元对应于多种颜色,所述方法包括:
将所述液晶显示面板中所述多个像素单元以行为单位分为多个群组,每一群组对应于所述液晶显示面板的至少一行,所述每一群组包括m行像素单元;其中,m为正整数;
获得各群组中每一行像素单元中子像素单元颜色的排列情况,并得到相同颜色排列情况所属像素单元的连续行数n;其中,n为正整数;
将获得的1至n行所述像素单元作为一显示单元,得到k个所述显示单元,依次翻转k为偶数时的所述显示单元,并使得与k为奇数时的所述显示单元中每一行像素单元中子像素单元颜色的排列情况相同;其中,m=k×n,k为正整数;
预设多个启动顺序,驱动所述每一群组的各像素单元进行充电,每一启动顺序对应于显示图像时每一子像素单元的充电时序。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,n取值范围为[2,100]。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多种颜色包括红色、绿色以及蓝色。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多个启动顺序相异。
