Abstract

本发明公开了一种气密泄露量调节阀,其包括:阀体、螺杆和密封圈,所述螺杆上开有凹槽,所述密封圈套设在所述凹槽内,所述阀体具有容纳所述螺杆及所述密封圈的腔体,其特征在于:所述螺杆设有调节气密泄露量的调节孔。该气密泄露量调节阀结构简单,易于安装,通用性强,能适用于多种不同结构的变速器,而且该调节阀无需设定检测周期,可实时对气密泄露量进行调节,安全性高。

一种气密泄露量调节阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车的气密泄露量调节阀,尤其涉及变速器总成气密泄露量调节阀。
 
背景技术
汽车变速器是用于来协调发动机的转速和车轮的实际行驶速度的变速装置,是影响汽车安全的重要部件,而气密泄露量是影响变速器总成性能的一个重要因素,所以气密泄露量的检测调节工作尤为重要。
行业内较多通过气密检测设备对变速器总成的气密泄露量进行检验,但气密检测设备需要设定了检验周期,周期一般较长(每半年一次),该方法操作复杂,且无法时时对气密泄露量进行检测。
    另有采用变速器总成气密泄露量调节阀进行检测调节,由于不同厂家生产的变速器的结构不同,所以需要专业定制适合的调节阀,专业设计的气密泄露量调节阀,结构复杂,需专用设备安装,定制成本高,零件不易更换维护。
 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,易于安装,通用性强的变速器总成气密泄露量调节装置,使之对变速器产品日常测量气压泄露量提供便利。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种气密泄露量调节阀,其包括:阀体、螺杆和密封圈,所述螺杆上开有凹槽,所述密封圈套设在所述凹槽内,所述阀体具有容纳所述螺杆及所述密封圈的腔体,所述螺杆设有调节气密泄露量的调节孔。
所述阀体包括垂直设置的第一阀体部和第二阀体部,所述第一阀体部具有第一腔体,所述第二阀体部具有第二腔体,所述第二腔体一端封闭另一端设有开口、且其内壁设有与所述螺杆配合的螺纹。
所述螺杆包括螺杆部和螺帽,所述凹槽设置在所述螺杆部外周且靠近所述螺帽的位置。这样设置能更好地保证该调节阀的密封性。
所述调节孔贯穿所述螺杆部,且所述调节孔至少部分与所述第一腔体重合,通过旋拧螺杆所述重合部分大小可调节。
所述阀体的所述第一阀体的一端设有接口,所述接口直接连接需要进行气密泄露量调节的装置或连接转接头后再连接需要进行气密泄露量调节的装置,这样只需要更换转接头就能实现调节阀与不同结构的变速器的连接,通用性大大增强。 
本发明所述的气密泄露量调节阀结构简单,易于安装,通用性强,能适用于多种不同结构的变速器,而且该调节阀无需设定检测周期,可实时对气密泄露量进行调节,安全性高。

具体实施方式
下面将结合说明书附图和具体的实施方式来对本发明所涉及的气密泄露量调节阀做进一步的解释和说明,但是该解释和说明并不构成对本发明技术方案的不当限定。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种气密泄露量调节阀,包括阀体1、螺杆2和密封圈3,其中:
阀体1包括垂直设置的第一阀体部1.1,和第二阀体部1.2,第一阀体部1.1具有第一腔体1.3,第二阀体部1.2具有第二腔体1.4,第二腔体1.4的一端封闭另一端设有开口,螺杆2从开口处伸入阀体1,第二腔体的1.4的内壁设有与螺杆2配合的螺纹(图中A部)。
螺杆2包括螺杆部2.1和螺帽2.2,螺杆部2.1的外周靠近螺帽2.2的位置设有凹槽2.3,密封圈3套设在凹槽2.3内,保证调节阀的密封性。在螺杆部2.1上贯穿设置调节孔2.4,调节孔2.4的孔径小于螺杆部2.1的直径,且调节孔2.4的中轴线与螺杆部2.1的中轴线在同一个平面上,调节孔2.4至少部分与第一腔体1.3重合,重合部分大小可调节。
对变速器总成气密泄露量进行调节时,通过调整螺杆部2.1在第二腔体1.4内的深度可改变调节孔2.4与第一腔体1.3重合部分的大小,即可调节流过该调节孔2.4的泄露量。
该调节阀还具有接口1.5,接口1.5可直接连接需要进行气密泄露量调节的装置或连接转接头后再连接需要进行气密泄露量调节的装置。
本发明所提供的气密泄露量调节阀结构简单,易于安装,通用性强。
需要注意的是,所公开实施例的上述说明使得本领域专业技术人员能够显而易见地对于本实施例进行多种类似变化和修改,这种类似变化是本领域技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接得出或者很容易便联想到的所有变形,均应属于本发明的保护范围。因此本发明不会受到该实施。

Claims (5)

1.一种气密泄露量调节阀,其包括:阀体、螺杆和密封圈,所述螺杆上开有凹槽,所述密封圈套设在所述凹槽内,所述阀体具有容纳所述螺杆及所述密封圈的腔体,其特征在于:所述螺杆设有调节气密泄露量的调节孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的气密泄露量调节阀,其特征在于:所述阀体包括垂直设置的第一阀体部和第二阀体部,所述第一阀体部具有第一腔体,所述第二阀体部具有第二腔体,所述第二腔体一端封闭另一端设有开口、且其内壁设有与所述螺杆配合的螺纹。
3.如权利要求1所述的气密泄露量调节阀,其特征在于:所述螺杆包括螺杆部和螺帽,所述凹槽设置在所述螺杆部外周且靠近所述螺帽的位置。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的气密泄露量调节阀,其特征在于:所述调节孔贯穿所述螺杆部,且所述调节孔至少部分与所述第一腔体重合,所述重合部分大小可调节。
5.如权利要求1所述的气密泄露量调节阀,其特征在于:所述阀体的所述第一阀体的一端设有接口,所述接口直接连接需要进行气密泄露量调节的装置或连接转接头后再连接需要进行气密泄露量调节的装置。
