本发明涉及一种刀架高度调节结构,具体涉及一种适用于立式车床的刀架高度调节结构,属于车床加工技术领域。其包括回转滑座,刀架通过两侧的压板固定于回转滑座上;所述刀架一侧上方设置有第一锥销,下方设置有第二锥销;所述第一锥销的下方设置撞块。所述压板通过若干个螺栓固定于回转滑座上。所述撞块位于第一锥销和第二锥销之间。本发明型结构简单、巧妙、合理,较现有技术相比极大的降低了安装的难度。

本发明型涉及一种刀架高度调节结构,具体涉及一种适用于立式车床的刀架高度调节结构,属于车床加工技术领域。
背景技术
立车主要用于加工直径大、长度短的大型、重型工件和不易在卧式车床上装夹的工件,回转直径满足的情况下,太重的工件在卧车不易装夹,由于本身自重,对加工精度有影响,采用立车可以解决上述问题。
现有技术中,在装配过程中很难把握刀架高度,所以要在装配顺序要进行改进,把结构设计地更合理化。
发明内容
本发明型的目的在于克服上述不足之处,提供一种结构简单、巧妙、合理的刀架控制结构,其可以保证了刀架的高度。
本发明型的技术方案,一种刀架高度调节结构,包括回转滑座,刀架通过两侧的压板固定于回转滑座上;所述刀架一侧上方设置有第一锥销,下方设置有第二锥销;所述第一锥销的下方设置撞块。
所述压板通过若干个螺栓固定于回转滑座上。所述撞块位于第一锥销和第二锥销之间。
本发明型的有益效果:本发明型结构简单、巧妙、合理,较现有技术极大的降低了安装的难度。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示:一种刀架高度调节结构,包括回转滑座5,刀架3通过两侧的压板4固定于回转滑座5上;所述刀架3一侧上方设置有第一锥销1,下方设置有第二锥销6;所述第一锥销1的下方设置撞块2。
所述压板4通过若干个螺栓固定于回转滑座5上。
所述撞块2位于第一锥销1和第二锥销6之间。
本发明型安装时用压板4把刀架3两边分别压在回转滑座5上,再用螺栓固定;然后在刀架3左侧上、下分别装一个第一锥销1和第二锥销6,第一锥销锥销1和第二锥销6之间的距离确保是刀架3的行程,然后根据调节刀架3的高度来确定撞块2的位置,这样就避免了加工难度,提高了安装精度。

1.一种刀架高度调节结构,包括回转滑座(5),其特征是:刀架(3)通过两侧的压板(4)固定于回转滑座(5)上;所述刀架(3)一侧上方设置第一锥销(1),下方设置第二锥销(6);所述第一锥销(1)的下方设置撞块(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述刀架高度调节结构,其特征是:所述压板(4)通过若干个螺栓固定于回转滑座(5)上。
3.如权利要求1所述刀架高度调节结构,其特征是:所述撞块(2)位于第一锥销(1)和第二锥销(6)之间。
