本发明涉及在用于采矿和采石的类型的振动筛选机中使用的模块式面板。
背景技术
澳大利亚专利482212提出了一种用于矿石筛板的模块式筛选面板系统,该模块式筛选面板系统目前广泛为采矿业所使用并且代替了早期的筛网和大金属线筛选框架。这些筛选面板全部具有相同的大小[例如300mm]并且由加强的聚氨酯制成。使用多个相关插口将这些面板适配成固定到底层支撑框架上,这些相关插口是压紧配合到支撑框架内的相对应孔中的。为这些面板特别设计了底层支撑框架并且将该框架自身固定到由筛选机制造商作为初始设备而装配的机器框架上。
这些面板逐渐磨损并且需要更换。横过筛板的磨损图案不易预测并且筛板上的面板并非都需要更换。使用耐磨的橡胶和聚氨酯面板来提供面板的最佳使用寿命。
专利说明书WO02/074453披露了一种具有结合在一起的两个层的一个筛选表面。存在着一个指示:下层可以具有与顶表面不同的颜色以提供磨损的面板需要更换的指示。这涉及用于制造面板的一个更为昂贵的过程。磨损指示的另一个已知系统是在这些面板的部分中提供多个闭合的孔,当该表面的一部分磨损时这些孔会打开。这具有减少筛网的开口面积的缺点并且仅指示在闭合的孔的局部区域内的磨损。
本发明的一个目的是提供识别磨损而不减少开口面积或增加制造成本的更方便的装置。
发明内容
为了这个目的,本发明提供了一种模块式筛选面板,其中在筛选表面中的这些孔延伸穿过该表面并且与该面板表面的平面相平行的孔的形状随该孔的深度而变化,以使得当该表面磨损时该孔的可见形状发生改变。在该表面处,这些孔可以是任何方便的形状,但是在意味着磨损的面板需要更换的深度处,该形状明显不同于在新的或部分磨损的面板中的孔的形状。可以方便地提供一个中间形状,以便提供磨损过程的预先警报。优选的是,孔的两个相对的侧面从弯曲的变为方形的。

然而,当表面的磨损进行到如沿图3的线N-N所示的深度H时,孔的形状已发生改变并且提供了面板表面已磨损至需要更换面板的程度的可见指示。
深度H的选择将取决于磨损的面板当其厚度减小至所述程度时的可用性。这将取决于加强的材料是否暴露并且取决于面板材料的特性。优选的材料是硬级的聚氨酯或橡胶。通过对模制工具做出简单的改变来反映孔形状的变化而轻易地实现孔的改变。本领域技术人员可以容易地为每个具体的筛板来选择最可见和可检测的形状变化。
从以上可以看出,本发明提供了一种磨损指示器,它易于识别而不涉及额外的制造步骤或者妨碍筛选表面的开口面积。
本领域技术人员将认识到,本发明已根据一个具体实施例来描述,但是可以用任何适合的孔形状和形状变化来实施。

Claims (3)

1.一种模块式筛选面板,包括筛选表面和延伸穿过该筛选表面的多个孔,其中与面板表面的平面相平行的每个孔的形状随该孔的深度而变化,以使得当该筛选表面磨损时该孔的可见形状发生改变,其中每个孔的形状在预定的深度处发生改变以指示该面板需要更换。
2.如权利要求1所述的模块式筛选面板,其中每个孔的两个相对的侧面从弯曲的变为方形的。
3.如权利要求1所述的模块式筛选面板,其中该形状的变化略微增加了每个孔在其下部末端处的大小,这促成了改进的柔韧性以及较少的堵塞可能性。
