技术领域
本发明属于机械装置,特别涉及一种平衡补偿式旋转接头。
背景技术
在钢铁,塑料,制药机械行业,经常会遇冷却辊在旋转状态下的输送水等介质进行冷却的问题,基本上都采用普通型旋转装置予以解决。目前经常见到的是在冷却设备的时候,使用单个弹簧进行压力补偿,由于弹簧端面磨平的不均匀造成压力补偿倾斜,密封效果不良。发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种平衡补偿式旋转接头,该旋转接头压力均匀平衡,密封更可靠。
本发明的技术方案是:一种平衡补偿式旋转接头,包括壳体1,O型圈2,组合弹簧3,静盘4,第一陶瓷环5,第二陶瓷环6,轴用挡圈7,轴承8,隔套9,孔用挡圈10,空心轴11,其特征在于:所述组合弹簧3位于壳体1底部,0型圈2设于静盘4外圈与壳体1内径之间。静盘4与组合弹簧3接触,第一陶瓷环5、第二陶瓷环6镶嵌于空心轴11端面与静盘4端面摩擦密封,轴承8设置在壳体1内壁与空心轴11外径之间,轴用挡圈7与孔用挡圈10限位将上述部件连接成整体。
进一步地,所述组合弹簧3由3组弹簧组合而成。
本发明有益效果是:当冷却辊旋转时会带动空心轴进行旋转。空心轴旋转时有轴承进行稳定支撑,空心轴端面镶嵌的陶瓷环与静盘端面镶嵌的陶瓷环在组合弹环压力下摩擦密封。介质由壳体孔进入,通过空心轴输送到旋转的冷却辊内,完成了介质由静到动的输送过程,完成了对冷却辊安全输送介质的目的。由于采用组合弹簧,使得压力均匀平衡,密封更可靠。

如图1所述,一种平衡补偿式旋转接头,包括壳体1,O型圈2,组合弹簧3,静盘4,第一陶瓷环5,第二陶瓷环6,轴用挡圈7,轴承8,隔套9,孔用挡圈10,空心轴11,其特征在于:所述组合弹簧3位于壳体1底部,O型圈2设于静盘4外圈与壳体1内径之间。静盘4与组合弹簧3接触,第一陶瓷环5、第二陶瓷环6镶嵌于空心轴11端面与静盘4端面摩擦密封,轴承8设置在壳体1内壁与空心轴11外径之间,轴用挡圈7与孔用挡圈10限位将上述部件连接成整体。
进一步地,所述组合弹簧3由3组弹簧组合而成。
