Abstract

背景技术
例如球阀座的阀座在井下工业尤其是钻井和完井工业中众所周知。通常,使用球阀座调节流体的流动和致动井下装置。尽管球阀座构造在本领域中数量众多并且用途广泛,但是能够与传统系统一起使用的叠置球阀座有限。增加能够叠置在井眼中的球阀座的数量为本领域所希望。
发明内容
一种阀座设备,包括:外壳,其限定了至少一第一流动路径和至少一第二流动路径;第一阀座,其布置在所述外壳中,用于接收能够操作用来阻断第一流动路径的第一物体;和第二阀座,其布置在所述外壳中,用于接收能够操作用来阻断第二流动路径的第二物体。
一种阀座设备,包括:外壳,其限定了至少一第一流动路径,所述第一流动路径的轴线与所述外壳的纵向轴线重合;至少一第二流动路径,其由所述外壳部分地限定;第一阀座,其布置在所述外壳中,用于接收能够操作用来阻断第一流动路径的第一物体;和第二阀座,其布置在所述外壳中,用于接收能够操作用来阻断第二流动路径的第二物体。
一种便于井下环境中的基于压力的操作的方法,包括:将第一物体布置在一外壳中的第一阀座内,所述第一物体能够操作用来接合第一阀座并阻断由所述外壳部分地限定的第一流动路径;和将第二物体布置在所述外壳中的第二阀座内,所述第二物体能够操作用来接合第二阀座并阻断由所述外壳部分地限定的第二流动路径。

具体实施方式
参考图1,显示了球阀座10的示例性实施例。球阀座10包括外壳12,外壳12包括管状孔口14。管状孔口14限定了由箭头11表示的流动路径。阀座16布置在孔口14的开口处。图示实施例包括由外壳12限定的凹入部18。凹入部例如具有圆锥形、抛物面形或圆柱形形状。
图2显示了球阀座10的剖视图。在工作时,球阀座10可以在井眼中置于井下。例如球形物体的第一物体20可以被引入井眼中并且通过例如液压或重力被朝向球阀座10驱动。凹入部18之一引导第一物体20与阀座16形成接合;挡住孔口14并阻断流动路径11。第二物体22可以类似地被朝向球阀座10驱动并且由凹入部18引导至空阀座16中;挡住第二孔口14并阻断第二流动路径11。流动路径的阻断允许操作人员依靠被阻断的球阀座10来增大压力,以方便井下基于压力的操作。这可以是压裂任务或是致动希望的井下装置,或者以其它方式进行希望的井下操作。
当孔口的横截面积(以及所述物体的相关直径)小于所限定的阈值横截面积时,使用单个孔口和阀座的以前的球阀座装置可能效率较低。阈值直径对于不同的井眼系统而言是不同的直径,并且与因其受限流动面积引起的孔口上游压力增加的可能性相关。小于阈值横截面积的孔口横截面积会不利地限制流体流动,并且导致工具的不希望和过早致动、或者导致球阀座装置上方的其它过早操作。具有超过一个孔口的图示实施例可以使得单个孔口的横截面积(以及所述物体的相关直径)减小,同时由于使用了多个孔口使得孔口的净横截面积保持大于阈值横截面积而避免了对流体流动的限制。
图3显示了球阀座30的可替换示例性实施例的一部分的侧面剖视图。球阀座30在操作上与球阀座10(图1和2中的)类似;但是,图示实施例中的阀座16布置在不同的平面(A和B)上。在图示实例中,平面B相对于平面A位于流动路径方向(如箭头11所示)的下游。将阀座16布置在不同平面上可以提高球阀座30的性能。
图4显示了球阀座40的另一可替代实施例。球阀座40以与上述实施例类似的方式操作,并且包括多个阀座16和凹入部18。在图示实施例中,阀座17和相关的流动路径15具有与球阀座40的纵向轴线19重合的轴线。阀座16和相关的流动路径14围绕轴线19径向布置在外壳12中。图5显示了球阀座40(图4)的一部分的局部侧面剖视图。
上述附图显示了球阀座的示例性实施例。其它实施例可以包括具有多个阀座部、多个流动路径、多个定位平面、多个可用来引导物体与阀座接合的形状的各种球阀座。
尽管已经显示和描述了一或多个实施例,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下可以对其进行改变和替换。因此,应当理解,本发明已经通过举例但非限制的方式进行了描述。
Claims (9)
1.一种井下阀座组件,包括:
外壳,其内限定了多个尺寸类似的开口,每个所述尺寸类似的开口的横截面积与多个物体中的对应物体互补,从而使得每个所述物体能够与所述尺寸类似的开口配合,以基本阻断通过每个所述尺寸类似的开口的流体流;所述物体具有足以与上游下一相邻的阀座组件中的开口相配合的尺寸。
2.如权利要求1所述的井下阀座组件,其中,所述外壳包括凹入部,所述凹入部用于将所述物体导向所述尺寸类似的开口。
3.如权利要求1所述的井下阀座组件,其中,所述尺寸类似的开口共面。
4.如权利要求1所述的井下阀座组件,其中,所述多个尺寸类似的开口中的第一开口布置在第一平面上,所述多个尺寸类似的开口中的第二开口布置在第二平面上。
5.如权利要求1所述的井下阀座组件,其中,所述物体为球形。
6.一种井下阀座设备,包括:
第一阀座组件,所述第一阀座组件包括穿过其内的具有至少一个第一横截面积的至少一个第一开口,所述第一阀座组件可操作地布置成用来接收具有大于第一横截面积的第一尺寸的第一物体,同时允许更小的物体穿过所述至少一个第一开口;以及
第二阀座组件,所述第二阀座组件定位于所述第一阀座组件的下游并且具有多个第二开口,每个第二开口具有第二横截面积,所述第二阀座组件可操作地布置成用来在多个第二物体穿过第一阀座组件中的所述至少一个开口之后接收该多个第二物体,每个第二物体具有比第一尺寸小的第二尺寸;所述多个第二开口中的每一个对应于所述第二物体中的对应一个,用于当第二物体坐放于所述第二阀座组件上时阻挡通过第二开口的流体流。
7.一种井下阀座设备的操作方法,包括:
落下多个第一物体,每个第一物体具有第一尺寸;
将所述多个第一物体坐放在第一阀座组件上,所述多个第一物体中的每一个与所述第一阀座组件中的多个第一开口中的一个相关联;以及
利用所述多个第一物体阻挡通过所述第一阀座组件的流体流。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中:落下多个第一物体的步骤包括使得多个第一物体经过位于所述第一阀座组件上游的第二阀座组件中的至少一个第二开口。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,还包括落下具有比第一尺寸大的第二尺寸的第二物体并且将第二物体坐放于第二阀座组件处,以阻挡经过所述第二阀座组件的流体流。
