本发明属于蔬菜加工领域，特别涉及一种气动防辣洋葱切丝机。 
背景技术
目前，切分菜需求越来越大，具有辛辣刺激性的蔬菜，在加工过程中挥发出的辛辣味，给现场操作人员的眼和手造成伤害，致使生产效率低下，浪费严重，生产出的产品规格不一，产量和质量无法得到保证，造成生产企业成本过高，加重了下游产品消费者的负担，严重阻碍着了此类蔬菜产业化的进程。 
发明内容
本发明型的目的旨在解决上述问题，提供一种气动式防辣洋葱切丝机。 
本发明的技术方案：将洋葱放置在物料托(4)内，由外气源(1)提供动力的气动装置(2)推动上压模块(3)将压力传递给洋葱，在力作用下洋葱被刀具(5)切成丝状掉落到物料槽(8)内，内设物料网(9)，将物料与加压泵(7)的吸嘴隔离；物料槽(8)盛放一定量的防辣剂，在加压泵(7)作用下防辣剂通过喷头(6)，循环喷淋起到防止辣味散发的作用。本发明具有操作简单、效率高、成本低的优点。

1.一种气动式防辣洋葱切丝机，其特征在于，由外气源(1)、气动装置(2)、上压模块(3)、物料托(4) 、刀具(5)、防辣剂喷头(6)、加压泵(7)、物料槽(8)、物料网(9)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洋葱切丝机，其特征在于，刀具(5)与刀具框(10)可以在1~5mm之间随意调整刀具的间距，并能更换单个刀片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洋葱切丝机，其特征在于，刀具框(5)与物料托(4)分离，通过螺丝固定在设备上。
