本发明涉及一种胶水生产设备领域,特别是涉及一种合成胶切碎机。
背景技术
在橡胶生产中,要将大块的生胶切成小块,就需要用到合成胶切碎机,现在的合成胶切碎机的结构复杂,生产成本高,且切的碎片大小不一,不利于后期加工。
发明内容
本发明为了克服上述技术问题的不足,提供了一种生产成本低,结构简单,切的碎片均匀的合成胶切碎机。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
合成胶切碎机,包括上壳体和下壳体,上壳体设置在下壳体上方,其特征在于,所述上壳体上端连接有加料斗,上壳体和下壳体之间形成圆形空腔,空腔中设有转子,转子上设有刀片,上壳体与下壳体之间设有若干固定切割刀,所述固定切割刀上钧设有安装孔,固定切割刀通过定位销与下壳体连接,所述定位销的直径小于安装孔的直径,固定割刀外侧连接有调节固定割刀的调节螺丝,所述空腔下端设有环形篦子,篦子上设有眼孔,下壳体下端设有出料口,所述眼孔下端连接有隔离剂喷射装置。
所述下壳体上设有支架。
所述加料斗上装有物料传送轧辊。
采用上述方案,上壳体上端连接有加料斗,上壳体和下壳体之间形成圆形空腔,空腔中设有转子,转子上设有刀片,上壳体与下壳体之间设有若干固定切割刀,固定切割刀上钧设有安装孔,固定切割刀通过定位销与下壳体连接,定位销的直径小于安装孔的直径,便于固定切割刀的轴向移动,固定割刀外侧连接有调节固定割刀的调节螺丝,调节固定切割刀与转子的距离,从而调节切成碎片的大小,空腔下端设有环形篦子,篦子上设有眼孔,切下的橡胶块从篦子眼孔中掉出,下壳体下端设有出料口,眼孔下端连接有隔离剂喷射装置,橡胶块从眼孔中进入隔离剂喷射装置,喷射隔离剂,防止橡胶粘结,再从出料孔排出。

如图所示,合成胶切碎机,包括上壳体1和下壳体2,上壳体1设置在下壳体2上方,上壳体1上端连接有加料斗3,上壳体1和下壳体2之间形成圆形空腔,空腔中设有转子4,转子4上设有刀片5,刀片5旋转切割将大块的橡胶切成小块,上壳体1与下壳体2之间设有若干固定切割刀6,固定切割刀6与转子4上的刀片5配合,方便大橡胶块的切割,固定切割刀6上钧设有安装孔,固定切割刀通过定位销7与下壳体连接,定位销的直径小于安装孔的直径,便于固定割刀的轴向移动,固定切割刀6外侧连接有调节固定割刀的调节螺丝8,调节固定切割刀6与转子4的位子,空腔下端设有环形篦子9,篦子9上设有眼孔10,切下的小块橡胶从篦子9眼孔10中排出,下壳体2下端设有出料口,眼孔10下端连接有隔离剂喷射装置,切下的小块橡胶从篦子眼孔中排出,进入隔离剂喷射装置,通过喷射装置喷射隔离剂,防止切下的小块橡胶粘结在一起。
优选的,下壳体2上设有支架11,固定支撑上壳体1与下壳体2。
进一步的,加料斗3上装有物料传送轧辊,方便要切橡胶进入加料斗,便于切碎。
