Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗溃疡性结肠炎的中药灌肠剂。本病属祖国医学的泄泻、痢疾、肠癖、脏毒、滞下、肠风等范畴，认为与六淫邪袭，尤其是湿热之邪、饮食所伤、情志郁结及禀赋不足有关。本发明选择中药算盘子叶、黄三七、八仙草、香橼、枸橘、野苜蓿、龙眼肉、红香树、鸡内金，制成灌肠剂，经临床试验，总有效率94.0％，明显优于对照组的78.0％，疗效显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗溃疡性结肠炎的中药灌肠剂。
背景技术
溃疡性结肠炎是一种非特异性的炎性肠病，临床上以腹泻、腹痛、粘液便、脓血便和黑急污熏等为主症，其病因不明，病程反复冗长，迁延不愈，反复发作，不易根除，其病因和发病机制尚未完全明确，已知肠道粘膜免疫系统异常反应所导致的炎症反应在UC发病中起重要作用，目前认为这是由多因素相互作用所致。主要包括环境、遗传、感染和免疫因素。临床上虽然对此病的治疗方法较多，但疗效欠佳。我们采用中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎取得较好疗效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗溃疡性结肠炎的中药灌肠剂。本病属祖国医学的泄泻、痢疾、肠癖、脏毒、滞下、肠风等范畴，认为与六淫邪袭，尤其是湿热之邪、饮食所伤、情志郁结及禀赋不足有关。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗溃疡性结肠炎的中药灌肠剂由以下重量份的中药制成：算盘子叶12-25份、黄三七6-9份、八仙草8-16份、香橼3-6份、枸橘5-9份、野苜蓿9-15份、龙眼肉6-15份、红香树15-30份、鸡内金3-9份。
优选的，算盘子叶18份、黄三七7份、八仙草12份、香橼5份、枸橘7份、野苜蓿12份、龙眼肉10份、红香树23份、鸡内金6份。制备方法：将以上所述的中药加水300ml，浸泡2h，煎煮45min；二煎加水200ml，煎煮25min，取2次煎汁，混匀，水浴浓缩为200ml备用。
方中：算盘子叶清热利湿、解毒、消肿；黄三七泻火、燥湿、清心除烦、健胃；八仙草清湿热、散瘀消肿、解毒；香橼行气解郁、消痰利膈；枸橘疏肝理气、止痛和胃；野苜蓿宽中、下气、健脾补虚；龙眼肉补气血、益心脾、安神；红香树健胃消食、疏肝退热；鸡内金消积滞、健脾胃。
临床资料
1、一般资料 选取来我院就诊的患者100例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组：男26例，女24例，年龄31～69岁，平均43.9岁，平均病程(4.59±1.78)年。对照组：男25例，女25例，年龄35～70岁，平均49.2岁，平均病程(5.25±1.86)年。以上各项均经统计学处理，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，具有可比性。
2、诊断标准 参照1987年中华全国中医学会肛肠分会制定的诊断标准制定。
3、治疗方法 治疗组患者给予中药灌肠：称取算盘子叶18g、黄三七7g、八仙草12g、香橼5g、枸橘7g、野苜蓿12g、龙眼肉10g、红香树23g、鸡内金6g，加水300ml，浸泡2h，煎煮45min；二煎加水200ml，煎煮25min，取2次煎汁，混匀，水浴浓缩为200ml。对照组予柳氮磺胺嘧啶1g、思密达3g溶解于100ml生理盐水。两组均每天保留灌肠2次，上、下午各1次，每次灌药100ml，10天为一疗程，间隔5天，连续2个疗程。治疗期间均需配合营养支持疗法，给予易消化、少纤维和富含维生素饮食，禁食生冷刺激性食物及乳制品。腹痛较重者可予小剂量解痉止痛药。注意及时补液，纠正电解质紊乱及酸碱平衡。
4、疗效标准：治愈：腹痛、腹胀等症状消失，饮食改善，大便次数及件状正常。复查肠镜肠粘膜充血水肿消失，溃疡愈合；显效：症状基本消失，大便成形，每天2-3次，复查肠镜肠粘膜充血水肿明显好转，溃疡基本愈合；好转：症状减轻，复查肠镜肠粘膜炎症减轻及溃疡缩小：无效：症状无消失或减轻以及大便不正常，复查肠镜肠粘膜充血无改善，溃疡无愈合。
5、治疗结果治疗组50例，临床治愈22例(44.0％)，显效16例(32.0％)，好转9例(18.0％)，无效3例6.0％)，总有效率94.0％；对照组50例，临床治愈17例(34.0％)，显效15例30.0％)，好转7例(14.0％)，无效11例(22.0％)，总有效率78.0％。两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义。
具体实施方式
实施例一：称取算盘子叶18g、黄三七7g、八仙草12g、香橼5g、枸橘7g、野苜蓿12g、龙眼肉10g、红香树23g、鸡内金6g，将以上中药按传统方法煎成汤剂。
实施例二：称取算盘子叶12g、黄三七9g、八仙草8g、香橼3g、枸橘5g、野苜蓿9g、龙眼肉15g、红香树30g、鸡内金3g，将以上中药按传统方法煎成汤剂。
实施例三：称取算盘子叶25g、黄三七6g、八仙草16g、香橼6g、枸橘9g、野苜蓿15g、龙眼肉6g、红香树15g、鸡内金9g，将以上中药按传统方法煎成汤剂。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗溃疡性结肠炎的中药灌肠剂，其特征在于该中药灌肠剂由以下重量份的中药制成：算盘子叶12-25份、黄三七6-9份、八仙草8-16份、香橼3-6份、枸橘5-9份、野苜蓿9-15份、龙眼肉6-15份、红香树15-30份、鸡内金3-9份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种治疗溃疡性结肠炎的中药灌肠剂，其特征在于该中药灌肠剂由以下重量份的中药制成：算盘子叶18份、黄三七7份、八仙草12份、香橼5份、枸橘7份、野苜蓿12份、龙眼肉10份、红香树23份、鸡内金6份。
