小儿泄泻病证名。指小儿大便稀薄,甚至水样,次数增多,或呈水样带有不消化乳食及粘液。多因外感风寒或暑热,内伤乳食,而致脾胃运化失常;也有素体虚弱或久病脾虚,中焦运化无力等均可发病。一般分风寒泻、暑热泻、伤食泻、脾虚泻、脾肾阳虚泻,详见各条。若病情恶化,可致伤阴、伤阳、或阴阳俱伤,治当敛阴、固阳,若两者兼施。目前虽然也有很多小儿泄泻疾病的中成药物或配方,虽然治疗成方制剂很多,但是都是以药的形式出现,适合长期食用辅助治疗的食疗产品却很少。因此研究开发一种安全辅助治疗的食疗产品非常有实用价值。

一种山药大枣分散片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取原料山药洗净,烘干,粉碎,筛分,取筛分后山药进行超声波提取,水为提取溶剂,料液比1∶10-30,提取温度为30-70℃范围内,超声频率为25-40kHz,提取时间0.5-3h,提取后过滤,滤渣进行上述条件再次提取,合并两次提取液,将合并的提取液减压浓缩,放至室温,加入无水乙醇液,摇匀,静置18-24h,过滤,收集沉淀物,沉淀物冷冻干燥、粉碎,得山药冻干粉,备用; 
(2)取原料大枣洗净,烘干,粉碎,筛分,取筛分后大枣进行超声波提取,水为提取溶剂,料液比1∶10-30,提取温度为30-70℃范围内,超声频率为25-40kHz,提取时间0.5-3h,提取后过滤,滤渣进行上述条件再次提取,合并两次提取液,将合并的提取液减压浓缩,放至室温,加入无水乙醇液,摇匀,静置18-24h,过滤,收集沉淀物,沉淀物冷冻干燥、粉碎,得大枣冻干粉,备用;
(3)将步骤(1)中所得山药冻干粉和步骤(2)中所得大枣冻干粉搅拌混合,搅拌机速度为50-75r/min,时间为10-15min,得混合物Ⅰ,备用;
(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、云芝提取物、大豆分离蛋白、维生素C、维生素E、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在2-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得山药大枣分散片。

一种山药大枣分散片,包括以下重量份成分:山药100份、大枣20份、微晶纤维素50份、山楂提取物0.22份、云芝提取物0.22份、大豆分离蛋白5份、维生素C 1.5份、维生素E 0.015份、甘露醇135份、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶30份、羧甲基纤维素4份、羧甲基淀粉钠67.5份、硬脂酸镁5份、75%浓度乙醇适量。

(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得山药大枣分散片。

(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得山药大枣分散片。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种山药大枣分散片,其特征在于:包括以下重量份成分:山药100份、大枣20份、微晶纤维素50份、山楂提取物0.22份、云芝提取物0.22份、大豆分离蛋白5份、维生素C 1.5份、维生素E 0.015份、甘露醇135份、三氯蔗糖12.5份、微粉硅胶30份、羧甲基纤维素4份、羧甲基淀粉钠67.5份、硬脂酸镁5份、75%浓度乙醇适量。
3.一种山药大枣分散片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)取原料山药洗净,烘干,粉碎,筛分,取筛分后山药进行超声波提取,水为提取溶剂,山药和水的料液比1∶10-30,提取温度为30-70℃范围内,超声频率为25-40kHz,提取时间0.5-3h,提取后过滤,滤渣进行上述条件再次提取,合并两次提取液,将合并的提取液减压浓缩,放至室温,加入无水乙醇液,摇匀,静置18-24h,过滤,收集沉淀物,沉淀物冷冻干燥、粉碎,得山药冻干粉,备用; 
(2)取原料大枣洗净,烘干,粉碎,筛分,取筛分后大枣进行超声波提取,水为提取溶剂,大枣料和水的液比1∶10-30,提取温度为30-70℃范围内,超声频率为25-40kHz,提取时间0.5-3h,提取后过滤,滤渣进行上述条件再次提取,合并两次提取液,将合并的提取液减压浓缩,放至室温,加入无水乙醇液,摇匀,静置18-24h,过滤,收集沉淀物,沉淀物冷冻干燥、粉碎,得大枣冻干粉,备用;
(3)将步骤(1)中所得山药冻干粉和步骤(2)中所得大枣冻干粉搅拌混合,搅拌机速度为50-75r/min,时间为10-15min,得混合物Ⅰ,备用;
(4)向步骤(3)中所得混合物Ⅰ加入乙醇使醇浓度达到75%,静置8-16h后过滤,杂质排出,回收乙醇后在温度40-60℃,真空度0.58-0.68MPa条件下,真空浓缩至干固物达到50-70%,再进行真空干燥,干燥温度40-60℃范围内,得到干浸膏,备用;
(5)将步骤(4)所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、云芝提取物、大豆分离蛋白、维生素C、维生素E、甘露醇、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在2-3%之间,备用;
(6)向步骤(5)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得山药大枣分散片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种山药大枣分散片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(1)中取原料山药洗净,烘干,粉碎,筛分,取筛分后山药进行超声波提取,水为提取溶剂,山药和水的料液比1∶15,提取温度为40℃,超声频率为40kHz,提取时间0.5h,提取后过滤,滤渣进行上述条件再次提取,合并两次提取液,将合并的提取液减压浓缩,放至室温,加入无水乙醇液,摇匀,静置18h,过滤,收集沉淀物,沉淀物冷冻干燥、粉碎,得山药冻干粉。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种山药大枣分散片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)中取原料大枣洗净,烘干,粉碎,筛分,取筛分后大枣进行超声波提取,水为提取溶剂,大枣料和水的液比1∶15,提取温度为50℃范围内,超声频率为40kHz,提取时间0.5h,提取后过滤,滤渣进行上述条件再次提取,合并两次提取液,将合并的提取液减压浓缩,放至室温,加入无水乙醇液,摇匀,静置20h,过滤,收集沉淀物,沉淀物冷冻干燥、粉碎,得大枣冻干粉。
