Abstract
本发明公开了一种水基铜防锈液,由下列重量份的原料制成:巯基苯并噻唑2-3、聚氧乙烯烷基醚3-4、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠1-2、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯1-2、十二烷基磺酸钠1-2、碳酸钠2-3、2-甲基咪唑啉0.5-1.1、衣康酸10-15、EDTA二钠1-2、助剂4-5、水300。本发明防锈液清洁效果好,防锈剂与铜表面结合性能好,结合使用高分子树脂单体和螯合剂,使得防锈层连续致密,防锈效果极佳,不用繁琐的去油、去污过程,直接喷涂即可,可保持铜表面长期不腐蚀、不变色,适合铜长短期防锈,环保节能,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及防锈技术领域,尤其涉及一种水基铜防锈液及其制备方法。
背景技术
金属表面防锈是工业生产中的重要课题,传统的防锈液、防锈油有优点也有缺点。普通防锈水中含大量的亚硝酸钠,有致癌性,不利于环保和人身体健康,而采用保湿剂延长防锈水的寿命,又带来沾手、沾灰尘的弊病,且不能长期防锈;一般硬膜防锈油虽然适合长期防锈,成膜也透明美观,但是无色透明的树脂种类较少,不稳定也易氧化变色,还需要有机溶剂溶解,带来易燃易爆的危险也不利于环保和健康;一般的防锈油使用矿物油,难降解,而且用于短期防锈时也会带来除油难的问题。因此,研究综合性能更加优异,针对不同场合研究更加适合的防锈产品是新的方向和趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水基铜防锈液及其制备方法,该防锈液具有防锈时间长、操作简便、环保节能的特点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种水基铜防锈液,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:巯基苯并噻唑2-3、聚氧乙烯烷基醚3-4、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠1-2、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯1-2、十二烷基磺酸钠1-2、碳酸钠2-3、2 - 甲基咪唑啉0.5-1.1、衣康酸10-15、EDTA二钠1-2、助剂4-5、水300。所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯2-3、纳米二氧化钛0.1-0.2、碳酸氢钠1-2、二乙醇胺2-3、羧甲基纤维素2-3、聚乙烯醇1-2、桃胶1-2、硅酸钠1-2、尿素3-4、过硫酸铵1-2、水20-24;制备方法是将过硫酸铵溶于水后,再加入其它剩余物料,搅拌10-15分钟,加热至70-80℃,搅拌反应1-2小时,即得。
所述水基铜防锈液的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:将水、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、碳酸钠混合,加热至40-50℃;加入衣康酸、EDTA二钠,继续加热到80-85℃,搅拌10-15分钟;加入其他剩余成分,继续搅拌15-20分钟,即得。
本发明的有益效果
本发明防锈液清洁效果好,防锈剂与铜表面结合性能好,结合使用高分子树脂单体和螯合剂,使得防锈层连续致密,防锈效果极佳,不用繁琐的去油、去污过程,直接喷涂即可,可保持铜表面长期不腐蚀、不变色,适合铜长短期防锈,环保节能,成本低。
具体实施方式
一种水基铜防锈液,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:巯基苯并噻唑2.5、聚氧乙烯烷基醚3.5、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠1.5、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯1.5、十二烷基磺酸钠1.5、碳酸钠2.5、2 - 甲基咪唑啉0.7、衣康酸13、EDTA二钠1.5、助剂4.5、水300。所述的助剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯2、纳米二氧化钛0.1、碳酸氢钠2、二乙醇胺2、羧甲基纤维素3、聚乙烯醇2、桃胶1、硅酸钠2、尿素3、过硫酸铵1、水20;制备方法是将过硫酸铵溶于水后,再加入其它剩余物料,搅拌10-15分钟,加热至70-80℃,搅拌反应1-2小时,即得。
所述水基铜防锈液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将水、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、碳酸钠混合,加热至45℃;加入衣康酸、EDTA二钠,继续加热到83℃,搅拌13分钟;加入其他剩余成分,继续搅拌18分钟,即得。
该实施例得到的水基铜防锈液按国家标准检测,湿热试验*(1)合格;盐水浸渍试验*(1):合格;腐蚀试验*(2):合格;除膜性(次)<6。将所制备的水基铜防锈液刷涂在新加工成的、且没有油污的钢板基体表面,置于室内20天未见明显锈痕。

1.一种水基铜防锈液,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:巯基苯并噻唑2-3、聚氧乙烯烷基醚3-4、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠1-2、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯1-2、十二烷基磺酸钠1-2、碳酸钠2-3、2 - 甲基咪唑啉0.5-1.1、衣康酸10-15、EDTA二钠1-2、助剂4-5、水300;所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单油酸酯2-3、纳米二氧化钛0.1-0.2、碳酸氢钠1-2、二乙醇胺2-3、羧甲基纤维素2-3、聚乙烯醇1-2、桃胶1-2、硅酸钠1-2、尿素3-4、过硫酸铵1-2、水20-24;制备方法是将过硫酸铵溶于水后,再加入其它剩余物料,搅拌10-15分钟,加热至70-80℃,搅拌反应1-2小时,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述水基铜防锈液的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:将水、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯、十二烷基磺酸钠、碳酸钠混合,加热至40-50℃;加入衣康酸、EDTA二钠,继续加热到80-85℃,搅拌10-15分钟;加入其他剩余成分,继续搅拌15-20分钟,即得。
