本发明喷涂型管道专用环保型组合聚醚及其制备方法,由A组分和B组分构成,其中A组份由聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、交联剂、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂和发泡剂组成;B组份为多甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯。本发明解决喷涂泡沫内部开裂、烧心、表面不平整的问题,在达到完全环保目的的同时,提高泡沫与基材的粘结性能,满足本工艺生产的需求。

技术领域
本发明属于化学合成的聚氨酯泡沫塑料领域,具体涉及一种喷涂型管道专用环保型组合聚醚及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯保温管道被广泛的应用于热力管网输送及石油输送,以其优异的性能逐步被广泛应用,随着国家城镇化建设步伐的加快及原来热力、石油老管线的更换,对聚氨酯保温管的需求量越来越多。目前聚氨酯保温管的生产工艺主要是两步浇注法生产工艺,由于工艺本身限制,生产的聚氨酯管道制品存在泡沫密度分布不均匀,应力集中的问题,在使用一段时间后易出现泡沫整体开裂的问题,影响输送效率。随着行业的不断发展,喷涂型聚乙烯缠绕工艺生产聚氨酯管道工艺逐渐成型并已投入日常生产应用,本工艺生产操作简单,操作性强,喷涂成型的管体泡沫密度分布均匀,同样芯密度条件下泡沫压缩强度要明显高于两步法管道泡沫,同时,外护聚乙烯受热环向缠绕成型,大大提高了其环向伸长率和抗拉强度,提高聚氨酯保温管的整体保温性能及使用寿命。
目前,常规喷涂型管道用组合聚醚泡沫自由泡密度较高,发泡固化速度较快,由于主体聚醚、催化剂等原料选择不当,造成喷涂泡沫发泡速度不一致,表面不平整,泡沫体内部开裂、烧心问题时有发生,泡沫体与钢管及外护聚乙烯保护层的整体粘结性不够,造成脱壳问题的发生。同时,常规产品A组分通常使用HCFC-141B(一氟二氯乙烷)发泡剂,该发泡剂破坏大气臭氧层,会逐步淘汰使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种喷涂型管道专用环保型组合聚醚及其制备方法,解决喷涂泡沫内部开裂、烧心、表面不平整的问题,在达到完全环保目的的同时,提高泡沫与基材的粘结性能,满足本工艺生产的需求。
本发明所述的喷涂型管道专用环保型组合聚醚,其特征在于,由A组分和B组分构成,其中:
A组份为,以重量百分数计:
聚醚多元醇A:40-50%;
聚醚多元醇B:15-20%;
聚醚多元醇C:7-10%;
聚酯多元醇:5-10%;
交联剂:3—5%;
泡沫稳定剂:1.4—1.8%;
催化剂:4.5—8.8%;
发泡剂:12-18%;
B组份为;
多甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯;
其中优选:
聚醚多元醇A为4.5官能度,数均分子量为500-600的聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇;
聚醚多元醇B为4官能度,数均分子量为500-700的聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇;
聚醚多元醇C为3官能度,数均分子量为900-1000的聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇。
聚酯多元醇为2官能度的邻苯二甲酸酐系列多元醇,粘度为2000-4000mpa.s/25℃,酸值≤1.0mgKOH/g。
所述交联剂为醇氨类物质,分子量为120-200,优选三乙醇胺TEA,市售。
所用催化剂为低气味叔胺类催化剂、三嗪类催化剂和金属锡类催化剂。
所述催化剂为DabcoPT303、DabcoPT304、三乙烯二胺A-33、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯DabcoT-12,生产厂家均为美国空气化工公司,市售。
所述发泡剂为五氟丙烷,优选HFC-245fa,生产厂家为美国霍尼韦尔公司,市售。采用HFC-245fa有利于环保。
所述泡沫稳定剂为非水解硅碳类表面活性剂。
所述泡沫稳定剂采用B8538或L-6920;B8538生产厂家为赢创德固赛特种化学有限公司,L-6920,生产厂家为迈图高新材料集团,市售。所述泡沫稳定剂优选L-6920。
为非水解硅碳类表面活性剂。
制备喷涂型管道专用环保型组合聚醚,制备步骤如下:
制备A组分料:
先将聚醚多元醇A,聚醚多元醇B、聚醚多元醇C、聚酯多元醇、交联剂、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂、发泡剂,在常温下搅拌混合,搅拌0.5-1.5小时,取出进行检验,满足设定发泡参数,即可装桶备用;
B组分料为多甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯。
使用时,将A、B组份料按A:B=100:100-105的重量配比经喷涂机喷涂即可制成喷涂型管道专用环保型聚氨酯泡沫制品。
经检测使用喷涂型管道专用环保型组合聚醚生产的聚氨酯泡沫,可以达到:
密度:≥60Kg/m3;导热系数:≤0.033W/(m.k);径向压缩强度:≥0.3Mpa;吸水率:≤10%;闭孔率:≥88%;空洞平均泡孔尺寸:≤0.5mm;泡沫体空洞:≤1/3保温层厚度或<5%截面积;性能完全达到CJ/T114-2000规定的聚氨酯泡沫性能要求。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明A组分料是在常温下进行生产,既节约能源又减少供能设备和繁琐的操作,制备方法简单,易操作,无破坏大气层气体挥发,产品质量稳定,生产成本低。通过聚醚多元醇及其他助剂的优化选择,完全使用环保的物理发泡剂发泡而不使用化学发泡剂水,达到环保目的的同时,解决了喷涂泡沫内部开裂、烧心、表面不平整,同时进一步提高泡沫体与基材的粘结强度,延长使用寿命,各项指标达到国家标准的要求,满足本工艺生产的需求。

以下结合实施例说明本发明,但不限定本发明。
实施例1
原料:聚醚多元醇A(4.5官能度,数均分子量为500-600)45公斤;
聚醚多元醇B(4官能度,数均分子量为500-700)15公斤;
聚醚多元醇C(3官能度,数均分子量为900-1000)7公斤;
聚酯多元醇(2官能度,粘度为2000-4000mpa.s/25℃,酸值≤1.0mgKOH/g)5公斤;
TEA3公斤;
泡沫稳定剂L-69201.5公斤;
催化剂DabcoPT3031.5公斤,A-332.7公斤,PT3042公斤,DabcoT-120.3公斤;
发泡剂:HFC-245fa17公斤。
制备步骤如下:
A组分料:
将称量好的各种原料装入反应釜中搅拌1小时,取出进行检验,满足设定发泡参数,即得A组份合格产品,从反应釜中取出装桶入库;
B组分料:
多甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯。
使用时,将A、B组份料按A:B=100:100重量配比经喷涂机喷涂混合,制成喷涂型管道专用环保型聚氨酯泡沫。
测试泡沫制品指标如下:
密度:64Kg/m3;导热系数:0.027W/(m.k);径向压缩强度:0.46Mpa;吸水率:4.22%;闭孔率:92%;平均泡孔尺寸:符合;泡沫体空洞:泡沫体表面平整,内部无空洞;性能完全达到CJ/T114-2000规定的聚氨酯泡沫性能要求。
实施例2
原料:聚醚多元醇A(4.5官能度,数均分子量为500-600)40公斤;
聚醚多元醇B(4官能度,数均分子量为500-700)15公斤;
聚醚多元醇C(3官能度,数均分子量为900-1000)9公斤;
聚酯多元醇(2官能度,粘度为2000-4000mpa.s/25℃,酸值≤1.0mgKOH/g)7公斤;
交联剂TEA3公斤;
泡沫稳定剂L-69201.5公斤;
催化剂DabcoPT3031.4公斤,A-332.9公斤,PT3041.8公斤,DabcoT-120.4公斤;

密度:62Kg/m3;导热系数:0.026W/(m.k);径向压缩强度:0.43Mpa;吸水率:4.37%;闭孔率:92%;平均泡孔尺寸:符合;泡沫体空洞:泡沫体表面平整,内部无空洞;性能完全达到CJ/T114-2000规定的聚氨酯泡沫性能要求。
实施例3
原料:聚醚多元醇A(4.5官能度,数均分子量为500-600)40公斤;
聚醚多元醇B(4官能度,数均分子量为500-700)18公斤;
聚醚多元醇C(3官能度,数均分子量为900-1000)7公斤;
聚酯多元醇(2官能度,粘度为2000-4000mpa.s/25℃,酸值≤1.0mgKOH/g)5公斤;
交联剂TEA5公斤;
泡沫稳定剂L-69201.8公斤;
催化剂DabcoPT3031.5公斤,A-333.0公斤,PT3041.4公斤,催化剂DabcoT-120.3公斤;
发泡剂:HFC-245fa17公斤。
制备步骤如下:

将称量好的各种原料装入反应釜中搅拌1小时,取出进行检验,满足设定发泡参数,即得A组份合格产品,从反应釜中取出装桶入库;

密度:63Kg/m3;导热系数:0.027W/(m.k);径向压缩强度:0.52Mpa;吸水率:4.10%;闭孔率:92%;平均泡孔尺寸:符合;泡沫体空洞:泡沫体表面平整,内部无空洞;性能完全达到CJ/T114-2000规定的聚氨酯泡沫性能要求。

Claims (3)

1.一种喷涂型管道专用环保型聚氨酯泡沫制品,其特征是由A组分和B组分构成,其中:
A组份为,以重量百分数计:
聚醚多元醇A:40-50%;
聚醚多元醇B:15-20%;
聚醚多元醇C:7-10%;
聚酯多元醇:5-10%;
交联剂:3—5%;
泡沫稳定剂:1.4—1.8%;
催化剂:4.5—8.8%;
发泡剂:12-18%;
B组份为:
多甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯;
其中:
聚醚多元醇A为4.5官能度,数均分子量为500-600的聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇;
聚醚多元醇B为4官能度,数均分子量为500-700的聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇;
聚醚多元醇C为3官能度,数均分子量为900-1000的聚环氧丙烷醚多元醇;
聚酯多元醇为2官能度的邻苯二甲酸酐系列多元醇,粘度为2000-4000mpa.s/25℃,酸值≤1.0mgKOH/g;
交联剂为醇氨类物质,分子量在120-200;
所述催化剂为DabcoPT303、DabcoPT304、三乙烯二胺A-33、二丁基锡二月桂酸酯DabcoT-12;
所述泡沫稳定剂采用B8538或L-6920;
所述发泡剂为五氟丙烷HFC-245fa。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的喷涂型管道专用环保型聚氨酯泡沫制品的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
制备A组分料:
先将聚醚多元醇A,聚醚多元醇B、聚醚多元醇C、聚酯多元醇、交联剂、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂、发泡剂,在常温下搅拌混合,搅拌0.5-1.5小时,取出进行检验,满足设定发泡参数,即可装桶备用;
B组分料为多甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯。
3.根据制备权利要求2所述的喷涂型管道专用环保型聚氨酯泡沫制品的制备方法,其特征是,使用时,将A、B组份料按A:B=100:100-105的重量配比经喷涂机喷涂即可制成喷涂型管道专用环保型聚氨酯泡沫制品。
