技术领域
本发明涉及保温砂浆领域,确切地说是一种剑麻纤维增强墙体保温砂浆。
背景技术
保温砂浆是以各种轻质材料为骨料,以水泥为胶凝料,掺和一些改性添加剂,经生产企业搅拌混合而制成的一种预拌干粉砂浆。用于构筑建筑表面保温层的一种建筑材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种剑麻纤维增强墙体保温砂浆。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种剑麻纤维增强墙体保温砂浆,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:膨胀珍珠岩70-80、铝酸盐早强水泥45-55、剑麻短纤维1-2、有机硅防水剂1-2、β-半水石膏1.5-3、磷酸二氢钾1-2、聚羧酸盐类脂类减水剂1.4-2.5、生石灰3-5、脱硫石膏1-2、丁香油0.1-0.2、脱硫灰2-4,改性海泡石粉5-8;所述的改性海泡石粉的制备方法为:
取海泡石破碎后,与相当于其重量份1-2%的咪唑啉、1.5-2%的维生素C、1-2%的甘油三醋酸酯混匀,于600-700℃下烧结2-4小时,再加加适量水,搅拌均匀,成悬浮液,再加浓度为10-15%的盐酸溶液调PH为5-6,研磨浆料至400-500目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,干燥,即得。
所述的一种剑麻纤维增强墙体保温砂浆,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
(1)取膨胀珍珠岩破碎,再于浓度为10-15%的盐酸溶液中浸泡3-5小时,取出,去离子水洗涤,烘干,再加入相当于其重量1-1.5%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、1-2%的硅烷偶联剂KH550,以及适量的水,于100-200转/分下搅拌10-15分钟后,烘干,即得改性膨胀珍珠岩;
(2)将改性膨胀珍珠岩、铝酸盐早强水泥、剑麻短纤维混匀,于800-900转/分下搅拌5-10分钟,取出,再与剩余全部原料混匀后,300-400转/分钟匀速搅拌45-55分钟,加水适量水后即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明利用剑麻纤维增韧使的本发明制成的保温层强度增高;,同时其他原料配合混匀,是的本发明具有导热率低、强度高、抗弯曲和抗冲击性能好的优点。
具体实施方式
一种剑麻纤维增强墙体保温砂浆,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:膨胀珍珠岩70、铝酸盐早强水泥48、剑麻短纤维1、有机硅防水剂1、β-半水石膏3、磷酸二氢钾2、聚羧酸盐类脂类减水剂1.4、生石灰5、脱硫石膏2、丁香油0.2、
脱硫灰4,改性海泡石粉8;
所述的改性海泡石粉的制备方法为:
取海泡石破碎后,与相当于其重量份2%的咪唑啉、2%的维生素C、2%的甘油三醋酸酯混匀,于700℃下烧结4小时,再加加适量水,搅拌均匀,成悬浮液,再加浓度为15%的盐酸溶液调PH为5,研磨浆料至500目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,干燥,即得。
所述的一种剑麻纤维增强墙体保温砂浆,制备方法为:
(1)取膨胀珍珠岩破碎,再于浓度为10%的盐酸溶液中浸泡5小时,取出,去离子水洗涤,烘干,再加入相当于其重量1.5%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、1%的硅烷偶联剂KH550,以及适量的水,于200转/分下搅拌15分钟后,烘干,即得改性膨胀珍珠岩;
(2)将改性膨胀珍珠岩、铝酸盐早强水泥、剑麻短纤维混匀,于800转/分下搅拌5分钟,取出,再与剩余全部原料混匀后,400转/分钟匀速搅拌45分钟,加水适量水后即得。
所得产品测试结果如下:

1.一种剑麻纤维增强墙体保温砂浆,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:膨胀珍珠岩 70-80、铝酸盐早强水泥45-55、剑麻短纤维1-2、有机硅防水剂1-2、β-半水石膏1.5-3、磷酸二氢钾1-2、 聚羧酸盐类脂类减水剂1.4-2.5、生石灰3-5、脱硫石膏1-2、丁香油0.1-0.2、脱硫灰2-4,改性海泡石粉5-8;
所述的改性海泡石粉的制备方法为:
取海泡石破碎后,与相当于其重量份1-2%的咪唑啉、1.5-2%的维生素C、1-2%的甘油三醋酸酯混匀,于600-700℃下烧结2-4小时,再加加适量水,搅拌均匀,成悬浮液,再加浓度为10-15%的盐酸溶液调PH为5-6,研磨浆料至400-500目后,再加氢氧化钠调为中性,干燥,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种剑麻纤维增强墙体保温砂浆,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
(1)取膨胀珍珠岩破碎,再于浓度为10-15%的盐酸溶液中浸泡3-5小时,取出,去离子水洗涤,烘干,再加入相当于其重量1-1.5%的邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、1-2%的硅烷偶联剂KH550,以及适量的水,于100-200转/分下搅拌10-15分钟后,烘干,即得改性膨胀珍珠岩;
(2)将改性膨胀珍珠岩、铝酸盐早强水泥、剑麻短纤维混匀,于800-900转/分下搅拌5-10分钟,取出,再与剩余全部原料混匀后,300-400转/分钟匀速搅拌45-55分钟,加水适量水后即得。
