背景技术
小麦经磨制加工后,即成为小麦面粉,也称小麦粉或者面粉。小麦面粉按加工精度和用途不同分为等级粉和专用粉两大类:(1)等级粉:按加工精度不同可分为特一粉、特二粉、标准粉、普通粉四类;(2)专用粉:专用粉是利用特殊品种小麦磨制而成的面粉;或根据使用目的的需要,在等级粉的基础上加入食品添加剂,混合均匀而制成的面粉。专用粉的种类多样,配方精确,质量稳定,为提高劳动效率、制作质量较好的面制品提供了良好的原料。传统的面粉制备工艺落后,所制得的面粉质量低,而且生产效率低,造成面粉成本高昂,面粉价格受到很大影响。

为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种质量好、成本低廉的小麦面粉的生产工艺。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种小麦面粉的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、选取小麦原粮,进行初步筛选清理;
步骤二、将经步骤一处理过的原粮用磁选机进行磁选处理,时间为20-30min,之后将所得小麦原粮进行水分调节处理,使其湿度保持在30%-65%之间;
步骤三、将经步骤二处理过后的小麦原粮进行二次清理并使用磁选机进行二次磁选,磁选过程时间为50-80min;
步骤四、将步骤三处理过后的小麦原粮用研磨机进行磨研处理,得小麦初粉后备用;
步骤五、将所得小麦初粉使用200-240目筛进行筛选处理,之后向其中添加对人体有益的微量元素,之后使用绞龙输送机将所得面粉收集,最终经过筛选处理并再次进行磁选处理,即得成品。
有益效果:本发明一种小麦面粉的生产工艺采用先进的生产设备,结合先进的生产工艺,极大的提高了小麦面粉的生产效率,而且使得小麦面粉的质量也同时得到了极大的提升。
