Description

本发明涉及到一种带模制绝缘外壳的辅助跳闸单元,它能在侧面与一个多极断路器连接和耦合。多极断路器至少包括一对可分离触头和一个与热、磁主跳闸装置联系的切换机构。辅助单元的外壳容纳一个操作机构,它包括:
一个由具有一个工作线圈和跳闸帽的跳闸继电器控制的跳闸杠杆;
一个借助继电器帽将跳闸命令传送到断路器单元的切换机构的机械传动杆,以与上述继电器线圈配合,使断路器跳闸;
一个安装在一个把手和一个板之间的挂钩,该板枢轴地安装在承载位置和卸载位置之间的第一固定心轴上;
一个储能弹簧,当跳闸杠杆使挂钩分离时它将板推到卸载位置;
以及一个继电器的中间自动复归杠杆,由于板的动作它移动到卸载位置,该杠杆绞接到外壳的第二固定心轴上。

本发明的目的在于缩短与一个辅助单元的继电器联系的断路器单元机构的跳闸时间。
辅助跳闸单元的特征在于:板支承着一个机械跳闸连杆的短柱和一个跳闸杠杆第三绞链心轴;该跳闸杠杆包括一个与挂钩相配合的第一臂和一个靠安装在第二心轴上自由转动的复归杠杆使之与继电器跳闸帽分离的第二臂。
继电器的功能只在于将挂钩松开,然后将板释放。随着储能弹簧的伸张获得的机械能,可用于传递断路器单元的跳闸力与复归继电器两个目的。
继电器已复归后,当把手被驱动至闭合位置且挂钩使弹簧保持在承载位置时,机械能再次储存在板的储能弹簧中。
复归杠杆装有一个阻尼弹簧,当板运动到卸载位置时,板的一个突出部首先作用在阻尼弹簧上。设置该弹簧,以调整施加到继电器帽上的复归力。该阻尼弹簧加工成柱形是有利的,在复归杠杆安装在外壳的第二心轴上之前,它预先安装在复归杠杆上。一个定位(polarization)弹簧与复归杠杆联系,在板处于承载位置时,该弹簧使复归杠杆靠压在跳闸杠杆上。在整定继电器时,跳闸帽与复归杠杆分开一个预定的间隔。

参考图1至3,具有模制绝缘外壳12的辅助跳闸单元10可以在侧面与一个成对配置的多极断路器单元(未示出)连接和耦合。
断路器单元的每一极都设有一个切换机构,例如法国专利申请第2,616,583号中叙述的型式。切换机构与一个枢轴转动的手动操作把手联系,并与一个设计用来监测流过极电流强度的热、磁主跳闸装置联系,一对可分离触头连同切换机构一起动作,以使在该极的二个连接端子间设置的电气回路断路或闭合。
辅助跳闸单元10容纳有一个由复归把手16控制的操作机构14鸵桓鎏⑾呷痰缙?8。机构14将跳闸命令从继电器18,经过一个机械跳闸连杆19传送到断路器单元。由一个通过外壳12开口22的短柱20构成这一联系,以连同断路器单元切换机构的跳闸杆(未示出)一起动作。
辅助单元10可以或构成差动跳闸装置,或构成低电压跳闸装置MN,或构成并联跳闸装置MX。操作机构14是标准化的,而继电器18适用于各种型式的跳闸装置。
对差动跳闸装置而言,继电器18与一个差动检测器电气相连,该检测器带有一个总加电流互感器,可测量流过断路器单元各有源输入导体的电流的总和。当绝缘发生故障时,差动检测器使继电器18的线圈激励,继电器致使操作机构14跳闸,并借助机械连杆19使断路器单元级联跳闸。
对低压跳闸装置MN而言,当被监测的电源系统电压消失或达到一个低于预整定起动值的值时,继电器18动作。这就导致断路器单元以低电压方式自动跳闸。
对并联跳闸装置MX而言,借助于由一个按钮或控制器控制的远方控制电路,从外部使继电器18激励。这就导致断路器单元的远方强迫跳闸。
辅助跳闸单元10的操作机构14包括一块板24,该板枢轴地安装在承载位置(图1)和卸载位置(图3)之间的第一固定心轴26上。板24支撑着机械跳闸连杆19的短柱20和第三心轴28。在该第三心轴上,设置了一个跳闸杠杆30,其上部第一臂在闭锁位置与一个挂钩杠杆31相配合,形成挂钩32。挂钩杠杆31在板24的心轴34上为有限枢轴转动安装,并靠一根传动杆36与把手16相联。复归把手16可转动地安装在固定的心轴38上。肘节铰接点40相对于把手16的心轴38是偏心的。
跳闸杠杆30靠一个起复归弹簧作用的弹性舌片42被偏置到闭锁位置。在继电器18和板24之间设有一个继电器18的中间复归杠杆44,杠杆44的一端安装在第二心轴46上可自由转动。相对端48左边与继电器18的驱动帽50相配合,而右边与跳闸杠杆30的下部第二臂相配合。在复归杠杆44的两端之间设有一个支柱52。支柱52上装有一柱状弹簧54,当机构14发生跳闸时,弹簧54的一端钢股53靠板24的一突起部56移动,而另一端的钢股58永久地靠压在端部48的一个突出部上。
操作机构14的储能弹簧60由共轴安装在板24的心轴26上的一扭力弹簧构成。该弹簧60压在绝缘外壳12的突出物62上,并在由跳闸继电器18的帽50致使挂钩断开后,促使板24反时针方向运动到卸载位置(图3)。当把手16达到断路器的断开位置时(见图3),挡块64使板24停止运动。
板24的顶边装有一个指示器标记66,它能面向设在外壳12的前面板的一个显示孔68定位。以指示出由于辅助单元10的机构14动作造成的断路器跳闸。该指示器标记66有一彩色区,通过孔68明显可见。
辅助跳闸单元10的操作机构14动作如下:
断路器在闭合位置
辅助单元10在承载位置,如图1所示,把手16处在稳定的右侧位置,且帽50与复归杠杆44的端部48相隔一个小的间隙。储能弹簧60被拉伸,靠跳闸杠杆30使挂钩32锁住,从而维持在板24和把手16之间的运动联系。
断路器的跳闸过程
在继电器18的激励情况下,跳闸帽50按箭头F(见图2)方向被驱动,并作用到围绕心轴46反时针转动的复归杠杆44上,复归杠杆44的运动,驱动跳闸杠杆30从闭锁位置到卸载位置,以使挂钩32脱开,并使把手16和板24之间的运动联系断开。受到储能弹簧60的释放作用力,则板24围绕着它的心轴26反时针方向旋转到图3所示位置,实现了两个截然不同的功能,即:使并列的断路器单元跳闸的第一功能,和使继电器18复归的第二功能。
第一跳闸功能借助板24的柱20来实现,它使机械连杆19沿着外壳的弧形开口22,从低位(图2)运动到高位(图3),致使断路器单元切换机构跳闸,并使各极触头自动断开。
继电器18的第二复归功能借助突起物56来实现,它与弹簧54的钢股53接触,顺时针驱动中间复归杠杆44,以将跳闸帽50向内推动(见图3)。当板24与挡块64接触时,继电器18复归,且把手16处于稳定的左侧位置,该位置相应于断路器单元的断开位置。在图3中的该位置,挂钩32再次被自动地卡住,重新建立起把手16和板24之间的运动联系。阻尼弹簧54能弹性地消除操作机构14的任何超程,并限制作用在继电器18帽50上的复归力。只要板24靠压在挡块64上,储能弹簧60保持卸载状态。
辅助单元的最终复归
辅助单元10最终复归是靠把手16从左侧位置(图3)顺时针转到右侧位置(图1)来完成的。把手16的这种运动使板24从卸载位置运动到承载位置。在板24的运动过程中,储能弹簧60自动被拉伸,并将跳闸连杆19的短柱20推到能使断路器闭合的下部待用位置。
转动把手16使辅助单元10最终复归,可以手动或自动实现。在手动情况,把手16与相连的断路器单元的切换机构无关。在自动情况,把手16借助一个机械复归连杆与切换机构相连。
可以注意到,复归杠杆44设有一个定位弹簧70,当板24处在承载位置时,该弹簧使上述杠杆44靠在跳闸杠杆30的下部第二臂上。当继电器18承载时,帽50与复归杠杆44的端部48相隔一个恒定的最小距离(见图1)。
当跳闸命令被传送到切换机构时,本装置能使断路器响应时间减少。

Claims (9)

1、一个带模制绝缘外壳(12)的辅助跳闸单元(10),它能在侧面与一个多极断路器连接和耦合;多极断路器至少包括一对可分离的触头和一个与热磁主跳闸装置相联系的切换机构;辅助单元(10)的外壳(12)容纳一个操作机构(14),它包括:
一个由具有工作线圈和跳闸帽(50)的跳闸继电器(18)控制的跳闸杠杆(30);
一个借助继电器(18)的帽(50)将跳闸命令传送到断路器单元的切换机构的机械传动杆(19),以与上述继电器(18)线圈配合,使断路器跳闸;
一个安装在一个把手(16)和一个板(24)之间的挂钩(32),该板(24)枢轴地安装在承载位置和卸载位置之间的第一固定心轴(26)上;
一个储能弹簧(60),当跳闸杠杆(30)使挂勾(32)分离时,它将板(24)推到卸载位置;
以及一个继电器(18)的中间自动复归杠杆(44),由于板(24)的动作它移动到卸载位置,该杠杆(44)铰接到外壳(12)的第二固定心轴(46)上;

3、根据权利要求2的辅助跳闸单元,其特征为:阻尼弹簧(54)加工成柱形,在复归杠杆(44)安装到外壳(12)的第二心轴(46)上以前,它预先装到复归杠杆(44)上。
4、根据权利要求1的辅助跳闸单元,其特征为:板(24)设有一块指示器标志(66),它面向设在外壳(12)的前面板的一个显示孔(68),当板(24)处于稳定的卸载位置时,指示辅助单元(10)的跳闸。
5、根据权利要求1的辅助跳闸单元,其特征为:复归杠杆(44)与一个定位弹簧(70)相联系,当板(24)处于承载位置时,该弹簧(70)使上述杠杆靠在跳闸杠杆(30)的第二臂上,且在继电器(18)在承载位置,跳闸帽(50)与复归杠杆(44)隔开一个预定的距离。
6、根据权利要求1的辅助跳闸单元,其特征为:挂钩(32)包括一个挂钩杠杆(31),它在板(24)的第四心轴(34)上为有限转动地安装,并靠一个传动杆(36)与把手(16)机械耦合。
7、根据权利要求1的辅助跳闸单元,其特征为:极化继电器(18)的工作线圈与一个差动电流检测器相连。
8、根据权利要求1的辅助跳闸单元,其特征为:跳闸继电器(18)的工作线圈由一个外部遥控回路控制,由此构成一个并联跳闸装置MX。
