本发明提供了四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构，包括第一法兰片及第二法兰片，第一法兰片与第二法兰片间设有第一压盖及第二压盖，第一法兰片与第一压盖之间设有第一密封垫，第一压盖与第二压盖间设有第二密封垫，第一法兰片与第二法兰片通过螺栓连接并压紧。本发明提供的四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构，采用双层法兰加密封垫结构，提高了液体进出口的密封性。

技术领域
本发明涉及石墨合成炉密封技术领域，尤其涉及一种四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构。
背景技术
工业盐酸的生产主要采用氯气与氢气在合成炉内燃烧合成氯化氢气体，合成温度＞1500℃，因此需要进行降温，降温后的氯化氢气体再用稀盐酸或水吸收生成合成盐酸，即包括三道工序：合成——冷却——吸收。
常规的生产采用三台设备分别完成上述三道工序，其生产成本较高，生产效率低，原料浪费较严重。
较为先进的流程为：将上述合成——冷却——吸收三道工序合成到一台设备内完成，即采用三合一盐酸合成炉。
三合一盐酸合成炉仅仅对合成气体进行一次吸收，其盐酸生成率较低，造成能源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提高密封性的四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供的四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构，为液体进出口的法兰连接结构，包括第一法兰片及第二法兰片，第一法兰片与第二法兰片间设有第一压盖及第二压盖，第一法兰片与第一压盖之间设有第一密封垫，第一压盖与第二压盖间设有第二密封垫，第一法兰片与第二法兰片通过螺栓连接并压紧。
    在一些实施方式中，第一密封垫为平面密封垫片。
在一些实施方式中，第二密封垫为“O”形圈。
本发明提供的四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构，采用双层法兰加密封垫结构，提高了液体进出口的密封性。

下面结合附图及具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的详细描述说明。
图1示意性地显示了根据本发明一种实施方式的四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构。
本发明的四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构，为液体进出口的法兰连接结构。
液体进出口管道包括钢制外壳体7及石墨内管8。
如图1所示，本发明的四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构包括套设于石墨内管8的第一法兰片1及第二法兰片2，其中第一法兰片1与钢制外壳体7相邻，第一法兰片1与第二法兰片2间设有第一压盖3及第二压盖4，第一压盖3与第一法兰片1相邻；第一法兰片1与第一压盖3之间设有第一密封垫5，第一密封垫5为平面密封垫片；第一压盖3与第二压盖4间设有第二密封垫6，第二密封垫6为“O”形圈；第一法兰片1与第二法兰片2通过螺栓7连接并压紧。
综上所述，本发明提供的四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构，采用双层法兰加密封垫结构，提高了液体进出口的密封性。

1.四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构，为液体进出口的法兰连接结构，其特征在于，包括第一法兰片（1）及第二法兰片（2），所述第一法兰片（1）与第二法兰片（2）间设有第一压盖（3）及第二压盖（4），所述第一法兰片（1）与所述第一压盖（3）之间设有第一密封垫（5），所述第一压盖（3）与所述第二压盖（4）间设有第二密封垫（6），所述第一法兰片（1）与第二法兰片（2）通过螺栓（7）连接并压紧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构，其特征在于，所述第一密封垫（5）为平面密封垫片。
3.    根据权利要求2所述的四合一石墨合成炉用双层法兰密封结构，其特征在于，所述第二密封垫（6）为“O”形圈。
