新型电动阀门,它涉及阀门技术领域。它的阀门外壳(1)的内部设置有球体(2),球体(2)的中部开设有圆形孔,圆形孔内设置有过滤装置(3),球体(2)的上端与转轴(4)连接,转轴(4)上安装有从动齿轮(5),从动齿轮(5)与过渡齿轮(6)啮合,过渡齿轮(6)与主动齿轮(7)啮合,主动齿轮(7)安装在电机(8)上,蓄电池(9)与电机(8)连接,第一隔板(10)、第二隔板(12)分别设置在主动齿轮(7)的上下端,第一隔板(10)与第二隔板(12)之间设置有润滑油(11)。它不易出现卡死的现象,能随意安装,寿命长,适用范围广,使用方便。

    本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种新型电动阀门。
背景技术:
阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。用于流体控制系统的阀门,从最简单的截止阀到极为复杂的自控系统中所用的各种阀门,其品种和规格相当繁多。阀门可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。阀门根据材质还分为铸铁阀门,铸钢阀门,不锈钢阀门,铬钼钢阀门,铬钼钒钢阀门,双相钢阀门,塑料阀门,非标订制等阀门材质。
电动阀门动作力距比普通阀门大,电动阀门开关动作速度可以调整,结构简单,易维护,动作过程中因气体本身的缓冲特性,不易因卡住而损坏,但是电动阀门在管道中一般只能当水平安装,适用性小,不能广泛的使用,而且使用时容易出现卡死的现象,导致阀体不能运转。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种新型电动阀门,它不易出现卡死的现象,能随意安装,寿命长,适用范围广,使用方便。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案:它包含阀门外壳1、球体2、过滤装置3、转轴4、从动齿轮5、过渡齿轮6、主动齿轮7、电机8、蓄电池9、第一隔板10、第二隔板12,阀门外壳1的内部设置有球体2,球体2的中部开设有圆形孔,圆形孔内设置有过滤装置3,球体2的上端与转轴4连接,转轴4上安装有从动齿轮5,从动齿轮5与过渡齿轮6啮合,过渡齿轮6与主动齿轮7啮合,主动齿轮7安装在电机8上,蓄电池9与电机8连接,第一隔板10、第二隔板12分别设置在主动齿轮7的上下端,第一隔板10与第二隔板12之间设置有润滑油11。
本发明通过齿轮传递动力,其动力大,通过润滑油11来保证齿轮的寿命,不易出现卡死的现象,当突然停电时,通过蓄电池9提供电源,而且可以随意方向安装,适用范围广,使用方便、简单。

参看图1,本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案:它包含阀门外壳1、球体2、过滤装置3、转轴4、从动齿轮5、过渡齿轮6、主动齿轮7、电机8、蓄电池9、第一隔板10、第二隔板12,阀门外壳1的内部设置有球体2,球体2的中部开设有圆形孔,圆形孔内设置有过滤装置3,球体2的上端与转轴4连接,转轴4上安装有从动齿轮5,从动齿轮5与过渡齿轮6啮合,过渡齿轮6与主动齿轮7啮合,主动齿轮7安装在电机8上,蓄电池9与电机8连接,第一隔板10、第二隔板12分别设置在主动齿轮7的上下端,第一隔板10与第二隔板12之间设置有润滑油11。
本具体实施方式通过齿轮传递动力,其动力大,通过润滑油11来保证齿轮的寿命,不易出现卡死的现象,当突然停电时,通过蓄电池9提供电源,而且可以随意方向安装,适用范围广,使用方便、简单。

1. 新型电动阀门,它包含阀门外壳(1)、球体(2)、过滤装置(3)、转轴(4)、从动齿轮(5)、过渡齿轮(6)、主动齿轮(7)、电机(8)、蓄电池(9)、第一隔板(10)、第二隔板(12),其特征在于阀门外壳(1)的内部设置有球体(2),球体(2)的中部开设有圆形孔,圆形孔内设置有过滤装置(3),球体(2)的上端与转轴(4)连接,转轴(4)上安装有从动齿轮(5),从动齿轮(5)与过渡齿轮(6)啮合,过渡齿轮(6)与主动齿轮(7)啮合,主动齿轮(7)安装在电机(8)上,蓄电池(9)与电机(8)连接,第一隔板(10)、第二隔板(12)分别设置在主动齿轮(7)的上下端,第一隔板(10)与第二隔板(12)之间设置有润滑油(11)。
