Abstract
本发明公开了一种高密封性、耐腐蚀全衬球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、球体及填料函,阀体、阀盖、阀杆与介质接触处设有若干个凹槽,槽内填充有耐腐蚀材料,阀体与阀盖之间设有与球体紧密贴合的外密封圈,外密封圈外圆表面向内开有46°~48°的V形槽;V形槽内置有由聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维制成的内密封圈,V形槽的斜度略小于密封面,槽口宽度小于外密封圈厚度1/2,槽深小于外密封圈截面直径的2/5;球体上、下球面分别置有两端倒角的通孔,耐腐蚀材料渗入通孔内与球体金属基体合为一体。本发明内设的密封圈与球体之间不易粘着磨损,且能实现良好的弹性密封不致泄漏,安全可靠,密封性高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,特别涉及一种用于氯碱化工行业输送氯碱等强腐蚀介质的全衬球阀。
背景技术
目前,公知的球阀一般由阀体、阀盖、阀杆、球体及填料函等主要部件组成,在用于氯碱化工输送氯碱等强腐蚀介质时,阀内与输送介质接触部分一般会开设凹槽,槽内填充有耐腐蚀材料,以防球阀被腐蚀而泄漏。为增强安全性,氯碱专用全衬球阀往往还会在阀体与阀盖之间设置密封圈,以增强密封性质,防止介质泄漏。但是,实际使用时,易发生密封圈与球体之间粘着磨损而导致泄漏的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有全衬球阀普通存在的密封圈与球体间易发生粘着磨损以致泄漏的不足,本发明提供了一种高密封性、耐腐蚀全衬球阀,该种全衬球阀中的密封圈与球体之间不易粘着磨损且能实现良好的弹性密封不致泄漏。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
高密封性、耐腐蚀全衬球阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀杆、球体及填料函,阀体、阀盖、阀杆与介质接触处设有若干个凹槽,槽内填充有耐腐蚀材料,其改进之处在于:阀体与阀盖之间设有与球体紧密贴合的外密封圈,所述外密封圈外圆表面向内开有46°~48°的V形槽。
作为本发明进一步的改进,所述V形槽内置有由聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维制成的内密封圈,密封圈为O形密封圈;所述V形槽的斜度略小于密封面,槽口宽度小于外密封圈厚度1/2,槽深小于外密封圈截面直径的2/5。
作为本发明更进一步的改进,所述球体上、下球面分别置有两端倒角的通孔,耐腐蚀材料渗入通孔内与球体金属基体合为一体。
所述凹槽为槽底宽度大于槽口宽度的燕尾槽;所述燕尾槽槽底宽度≤2.5mm,槽口宽度≤2mm,槽深≤1.5mm;所述耐腐蚀材料为聚聚四氟乙烯树脂。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、密封良好。本发明在阀体与阀盖之间设置与球体紧密贴合的外密封圈,可有效防止介质泄漏。同时在外密封圈外圆表面向内开有46°~48°的V形槽,在V形槽内置有由聚四氟乙烯玻璃纤维制成的内密封圈,该材质的内密封圈既具有较强的弹性,又可进一步增加密封可靠性,同时还可使外密封圈与球体之间保持适当的弹性,减少外密封圈与阀体之间的附着磨损。通过其弹性形变,不仅能保持良好的密封性能,而且球阀开关也较为灵活。
2、安全可靠。本发明外密封圈外圆表面开设的V形槽的斜度略小于外密封面,槽口宽度小于外密封圈厚度1/2,槽深小于外密封圈截面直径的2/5,一方面可以使外密封圈在受压后保持弹性,另一方面不至影响外密封圈的总体强度。在球体上、下球面分别置有两端倒46°~48°角的通孔,耐腐蚀材料渗入通孔内与球体金属基体合为一体,在阀体、阀盖、阀杆与介质接触处设有若干个槽底宽度≤2.5mm,槽口宽度≤2mm,槽深≤1.5mm的燕尾槽,在将耐腐蚀材料填充到这些孔内和槽中,既不影响阀杆、阀体、球体的整体强度,又可使耐腐蚀材料完全与金属基体构成一体,保证其工作时不松动、起层、鼓包,可以起到好的耐腐蚀、抗冲刷的效果,整体密封性更佳,更为安全可靠。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示的高密封性、耐腐蚀全衬球阀,包括阀体1、阀盖2、阀杆4、球体3及填料函7,阀体1、阀盖2、阀杆4与介质接触处设有1-4个槽底宽度≤2.5mm、槽口宽度≤2mm、槽深≤1.5mm的燕尾槽8,槽内填充有聚聚四氟乙烯树脂,阀体1与阀盖2之间设有与球体紧密贴合的外密封圈5,其外圆表面向内开有夹角为46°~48°的V形槽9,V形槽9的斜度略小于密封面,槽口宽度小于外密封圈厚度1/2,槽深小于外密封圈截面直径的2/5,V形槽9内置有由聚四氟乙烯填充玻璃纤维制成的内密封圈6,密封圈6为O形密封圈;球体3上、下球面分别置有两端倒45°角的通孔10,耐腐蚀材料渗入通孔内与球体金属基体合为一体。

1.一种高密封性、耐腐蚀全衬球阀,包括阀体(1)、阀盖(2)、阀杆(4)、球体(3)及填料函(7),阀体(1)、阀盖(2)、阀杆(4)与介质接触处设有若干个凹槽,槽内填充有耐腐蚀材料,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)与阀盖(2)之间设有与球体(3)紧密贴合的外密封圈(5),所述外密封圈(5)外圆表面向内开有46°~48°的V形槽(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高密封性、耐腐蚀全衬球阀,其特征在于:所述V形槽(9)内置有内密封圈(6),所述密封圈(6)为O形密封圈。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高密封性、耐腐蚀全衬球阀,其特征在于:所述V形槽(9)的斜度略小于密封面,槽口宽度小于外密封圈(5)厚度1/2,槽深小于外密封圈(5)截面直径的2/5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高密封性、耐腐蚀全衬球阀,其特征在于:所述球体(3)上、下球面分别置有两端倒角的通孔(10),耐腐蚀材料渗入通孔(10)内与球体(3)金属基体合为一体,所述耐腐蚀材料为聚四氟乙烯树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高密封性、耐腐蚀全衬球阀,其特征在于:所述凹槽为槽底宽度大于槽口宽度的燕尾槽(8)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高密封性、耐腐蚀全衬球阀,其特征在于:所述燕尾槽(8)槽底宽度≤2.5mm,槽口宽度≤2mm,槽深≤1.5mm。
