本发明公开了一种齿轮传动扇形盘阀,包括阀体(1)和阀杆(19),阀杆(19)外端设有手轮(26),手轮(26)里侧设有叠簧一(22),阀杆(19)内端设有与传动轴(6)上大椎齿轮(29)啮合的小锥齿轮(28),传动轴(6)靠近进流口一端设有动阀瓣(7)及锁紧螺母(5),在大锥齿轮(19)和动阀瓣(7)之间的静阀瓣(8)固定在阀体(1)上,阀体(1)、静阀瓣(8)和动阀瓣(7)均布三条相同的扇形流道;动阀瓣(7)和静阀瓣(8)均采用高硬度合金材料。本发明的有益效果:结构设计紧凑、合理,实现了自密封和自清渣,扭矩小,密封性能好,安全可靠,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门,具体涉及一种齿轮传动扇形盘阀。
背景技术
现有的盘阀大多采用增强密封面硬度、采用偏心式转动,扭矩很大,结构尺寸过大,腔体内部容易结渣、堆积物料,对阀体内腔及管道冲刷严重。另外,在高温工况下容易引起热锁问题、阀门外漏问题。因此,需要把整阀拆开清理完阀内的结疤介质之后,才能继续工作。但是,在清理的过程中由于阀体内腔结构的设计不合理,使得清理工作比较困难,甚至无法彻底清理干净,造成清理周期长、清理成本大。
发明内容
针对目前盘阀缺点,本发明提供一种新型的齿轮传动扇形盘阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采取的措施:
一种齿轮传动扇形盘阀,包括阀体和阀杆,阀杆外端设有手轮,手轮里侧设有叠簧一,阀杆内端设有与传动轴上大椎齿轮啮合的小锥齿轮,传动轴靠近进流口一端设有动阀瓣及锁紧螺母,在大锥齿轮和动阀瓣之间的静阀瓣固定在阀体上,阀体、静阀瓣和动阀瓣均布三条相同的扇形流道。
阀杆及传动轴与阀体之间设有用于密封的填料。
阀杆及传动轴与阀体之间均设有润滑轴承。
阀体上设有与其内腔相通的吹扫排污孔。
动阀瓣与锁紧螺母之间设有叠簧二。
动阀瓣和静阀瓣均采用高硬度合金材料。
叠簧一和叠簧二均采用耐高温、高压的高强度合金材料。
本发明的有益效果:结构设计紧凑、合理,实现了自密封和自清渣,扭矩小,密封性能好,安全可靠,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
一种齿轮传动扇形盘阀,包括阀体1和阀杆19,阀杆19外端设有手轮26,手轮26里侧设有叠簧一22,阀杆19内端设有与传动轴6上大椎齿轮29啮合的小锥齿轮28,传动轴6靠近进流口一端设有动阀瓣7及锁紧螺母5,在大锥齿轮19和动阀瓣7之间的静阀瓣8固定在阀体1上,阀体1、静阀瓣8和动阀瓣7均布三条相同的扇形流道;阀杆19及传动轴6与阀体1之间设有用于密封的填料。阀杆19及传动轴6与阀体1之间均设有润滑轴承;阀体1上设有与其内腔相通的吹扫排污孔;动阀瓣7与锁紧螺母5之间设有叠簧二21;动阀瓣7和静阀瓣8均采用高硬度合金材料;叠簧一22和叠簧二21均采用耐高温、高压的高强度合金材料。本发明的有益效果:结构设计紧凑、合理,实现了自密封和自清渣,扭矩小,密封性能好,安全可靠,使用寿命长。

1.一种齿轮传动扇形盘阀,包括阀体(1)和阀杆(19),其特征在于,阀杆(19)外端设有手轮(26),手轮(26)里侧设有叠簧一(22),阀杆(19)内端设有与传动轴(6)上大椎齿轮(29)啮合的小锥齿轮(28),传动轴(6)靠近进流口一端设有动阀瓣(7)及锁紧螺母(5),在大锥齿轮(19)和动阀瓣(7)之间的静阀瓣(8)固定在阀体(1)上,阀体(1)、静阀瓣(8)和动阀瓣(7)均布三条相同的扇形流道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮传动扇形盘阀,其特征在于,阀杆(19)及传动轴(6)与阀体(1)之间设有用于密封的填料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的齿轮传动扇形盘阀,其特征在于,阀杆(19)及传动轴(6)与阀体(1)之间均设有润滑轴承。
4.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮传动扇形盘阀,其特征在于,阀体(1)上设有与其内腔相通的吹扫排污孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮传动扇形盘阀,其特征在于,动阀瓣(7)与锁紧螺母(5)之间设有叠簧二(21)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮传动扇形盘阀,其特征在于,动阀瓣(7)和静阀瓣(8)均采用高硬度合金材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮传动扇形盘阀,其特征在于,叠簧一(22)和叠簧二(21)均采用耐高温、高压的高强度合金材料。
